Efficient Phase Locking of Fiber Amplifiers Using a Low-Cost and High-Damage-Threshold Phase Control System 下载免费PDF全文
We propose a low-cost and high-damage-threshold phase control system that employs a piezoelectric ceramic transducer modulator controlled by a stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm. Efficient phase locking of two fiber amplifiers is demonstrated. Experimental results show that energy encircled in the target pinhole is increased by a factor of 1.76 and the visibility of the fringe pattern is as high as 90% when the system is in close-loop. The phase control system has potential in phase locking of large-number and high-power fiber laser endeavors. 相似文献

利用37单元哈特曼波前传感器实验研究不同工作条件下不同时刻自由旋涡气动窗口对输出激光波前的影响。将高速CCD所采集的畸变激光波前传送给高速波前处理机,采用模式法对其进行波前重构,进而计算给出畸变波前的波像差峰谷值、波像差均方根和斯特列尔比值等相关光学参数随气动窗口工作条件不同的变化曲线。结果表明,自由旋涡气动窗口对输出激光波前的影响主要是光束偏转和离焦,特别是气动窗口工作在设计状态时,其余低阶及高阶像差都比较小,能够满足实际需要。哈特曼波前传感器能很好地用于自由旋涡气动窗口对激光波前影响的二维动态测量,并能给出波前畸变的各项Zernike多项式的模式系数得到畸变波前,直接为气动窗口与强激光发射系统的对接和波前校正提供数据。 相似文献

We present an all-fber configuration of passive beam combining using an all-fber feedback loop and demonstrate passive coherent combining of a four-channel nanosecond pulsed laser. The output power, pulse characteristics, polarization extinction ratio and far field laser intensities of the combined output laser are investigated. The experimental results validate that passive phasing using an all-fiber feedback loop provides a simple while robust method for coherent beam combining of pulsed lasers. If replacing the fiber coupler used into a high power tapered fused bundle fiber combiner, this scheme ispromising to scale the output power up to the kW level. 相似文献

Using an external cavity with holographic grating, we demonstrate the spectral narrowing of a high power broad-area-diode with a single emitter. The spectral bandwidth of less than 15 GHz is obtained with output power exceeding 10 W and external cavity efficiency exceeding 60%. Absorption of 98% of the laser radiation by a 25-mm rubidium vapor cell filled with 600-torr ethane at a temperature of 368 K is acquired, which demonstrates the availability of this pump source for efficient rubidium laser pumping. 相似文献

采用气相沉积方法在硅油基底表面成功制备了一种具有近似自由支撑的新型铁薄膜系统,并研究了其生长机制、内应力分布以及低温磁特性.实验发现,此类铁薄膜的生长机制与沉积在液相基底表面非磁性薄膜的情况类似,即服从二阶段生长模型.在固定基底温度的条件下,当沉积速率较小时,可制得近似透明的连续铁薄膜,薄膜中呈现明显的特征尺寸达10^2μm数量级的带状准周期有序结构,它是由铁薄膜样品中内应力释放时所引起的薄膜板块间相互挤压而逐渐形成的.当沉积速率较大时,制得的连续铁薄膜呈金属色.实验发现,在临界温度Tc=10—15K附近,具有金属色的铁薄膜样品的矫顽力Hc有一明显的极大值峰.研究表明,这一奇异的矫顽力特性与液相基底表面铁薄膜中的原子团簇尺寸分布、无序的薄膜表面磁各向异性以及团簇间的磁性相互作用等因素有关. 相似文献

分析了大气湍流对采用多抖动法实现的相干合成阵列光束中相位调制信号的影响. 文章首先根据广义惠更斯-菲涅耳原理,采用折射率结构函数对大气湍流进行描述,推导了多抖动法相干合成中阵列光束通过大气湍流后相位调制信号的一般表达式. 在此基础上进行数值模拟,分析了传输距离、湍流强度、光束阵列占空比和光斑尺寸等因素对相位调制信号的影响. 研究发现随着传输距离的增大,相位调制信号强度会先增大后减小,存在一个极大值点;随着湍流强度的增强,相位调制信号强度极大值点的出现距离不断缩短;当光束阵列占空比一定时,随着光斑尺寸的增大
