Triton X-100存在下钴与α-(α-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸的胶束显色反应

本文简化并改进了2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(TAMB)的合成方法. 详细研究了在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下TAMB与钴的胶束增敏显色反应.     

高效液相色谱法测定碳纤维凝固浴中二甲基亚砜

建立碳纤维凝固浴中二甲基亚砜含量测定的高效液相色谱法。选用安捷伦SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(体积比为20∶80)为流动相,流量为0.8 mL/min,进样体积为20μL,柱温为35℃,检测波长为207 nm,检测器为紫外可见分光光度检测器。二甲基亚砜的质量浓度在9.04~361.69 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为7.04μg/L。8次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.03%,样品加标回收率为100.2%。该方法具有良好的精密度与准确度,可用于凝固浴中二甲基亚砜含量的测定。     

前舱物对低速大质量平头弹侵彻金属薄板的影响

为了研究前舱物对低速大质量平头弹侵彻金属薄靶的影响,根据前舱物的力学特性,将前舱物等效为轻质泡沫铝材料,建立了含前舱物的平头弹结构有限元分析模型,开展了不同工况下带前舱物平头弹侵彻金属薄板的数值模拟计算,分析了带前舱物平头弹侵彻金属薄板的过程,对比了带前舱物平头弹和不计前舱物平头弹在不同工况下剩余速度的差异。数值计算结果表明:带前舱物平头弹与不计前舱物平头弹的侵彻过程存在明显差异,但靶板破坏模式相同;前舱物等效材料的屈服强度对平头弹侵彻性能的影响很小,可以忽略不计;前舱物有助于提高平头弹侵彻金属薄板的能力,但提升幅度有限。在实际工程应用中,可以忽略前舱物对平头弹侵彻金属薄板的影响。

多分支中性受体的合成及αω-二羧酸阴离子识别研究

Two new multi-armed neutral receptors 1 and 2 containing thiourea and amide groups were synthesized by simple steps in good yields. Receptors 1 and 2 have a better selectivity and higher association constants for malonate anion than other anions examined by the present work. In particular, distinct color changes were observed upon addition of dicarboxylate anions to the solution of 1 in DMSO. The UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra data indicate that a 1 ： 2 stoichiometry complex was formed between compound 1 or 2 and dicarboxylate anions of shorter carbon chain, and a 1 ： 1 stoichiometry complex was formed between compound 1 or 2 and dicarboxylate anions of longer carbon chain through hydrogen bonding interactions.     

Study on Syntheses and Anti-bacterial Activities of Some New Transition Metal Complexes with Schiff Base Ligand Containing Pyridine and Amide Moieties

Several new transition metal complexes using Schiff base containing pyridine and amide moieties (N, N′-bis(β-salicylaliminoethyl)-2, 6-pyridinedicarboxylic amide, H4L) as the ligand have been prepared. Their compositions and structures are corroborated by elemental analysis, IR, UV, ^1H NMR, DTA-TG and molar conductivity data.Their anti-bacterial activities have been studied by microcalorimetry. The result shows that the ligand and all complexes are potential anti-bacteria reagent and their inhibitory capacities are concentration-depended. The Mn complex has the strongest inhibitory capacity.     

Selective Synthesis of [2＋2] Macrocyclic Schiff Bases from Chiral 1,4-Diamines

[2＋2] macrocyclic Schiff bases of three kinds have been synthesized from chiral 1,4-diamines by use of different methods. Macrocyclic Schiff bases 1a-1c have been selectively obtained based on a non-templated dilution method from chiral 1,4-diamines a-c and dialdehyde DA1, whereas macrocycles 2a-2c have been selectively produced from reaction of diamines a-c and dialdehyde DA2 in the presence of boric acid as templates. Macrocyclic Schiff bases 3a-3c have been afforded in high selectivity from diamines a-c and dialdehyde DA3 by means of sodium-template. All the titled compounds have been confirmed by ^1H NMR and ESI-MS analyses.
