Calcium deposition in the femur and tibia ofnormal mice and the effect of Radix Salviac Miitiorr.hizae on calcium deposition following a standardizedmid-femur fracture were studied by ~(45)Ca LiquidScintillation Counting method.It was found that the corresponding one-thirdportions of the left and right femora showed similarcalcium accretion.And following fracture of theright mid.femur caleium accretion in the middlethirds of both the saline and the Radix SalviaeMihiorrhizae groups increased considerably,whilea decrease in calcium accretion of the upper andlower thirds was noticed,the decrease being moresignificant in the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae groupthan ia the saline group.Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizaeapparently mobilized more calcium from the adjoin-ing hone tissues than saline to meet the increasedcalcium demand of the new bone formation. 相似文献

The mitotic activities of various cellular components of callus tissues in different periods after tibial fracture of rat were studied with 3H-thymidine labeling and electron radioautographic method. Silver grains were accumulated over the nuclear areas of mesenchymal cells, monocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells of capillaries, fibroblasts, chondroblasts and chondrocytes, as a result of incorporation of the labelling material during their mitosis. Although osteoblasts and osteocytes could not undergo mitosis, they also revealed silver grains over nuclear areas because of their derivation from the mesenchymal cells or osteogenic cells. 相似文献

Thoracic scoliosis was produced in 24 New Zealand rabbits by 2 methods of rib resection. Scoliosis was detected in X-ray film taken one month and 3 or 5 months after operation. Aortic blood specimens were obtained for gas analysis in 18 of the 24 animals. Out of the 18 animals, 5 had scoliosis with a curvature less than 15°, another 5 with a curvature between 18°-27°, while the remaining 8 with a curvature greater than 30°. The blood gas of the scoliotic rabbits was compared with that of 6 normal adult rabbits. With increase in scoliotic curvature the PaCO_2 increased, while the PaO_2 decreased. The PaCO_2 and PaO_2 of the group with curvature greater than 30°showed sigrificant difference as compared with those of the normal animals (P<0.01 and P<0.001 respectively ), signifying a hypoxemia with severe scoliosis.Scoliotic curvature of patients greater than 30°constitutes an indication for surgical correction. As these scoliotic patients may have subclinical abnormal pulmonary function with potential danger of post-operative respiratory complication, orthopaedic surgeons should give them careful consideration before resorting to operation. 相似文献

目的:体外探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TN F-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对关节软骨细胞胶原表型表达的影响。方法:分离成人正常关节软骨细胞,用 TN F-α单独或与IL-6联合干预培养,采用形态学观察、流式细胞仪分析、Nort hern杂交技术,检测关节软骨细胞表型。结果:TNF-α可促使软骨细胞向成纤维细胞样细胞形态转化及分裂、增殖,抑制其表达特异性Ⅱ型胶原,而诱导其表达非特异性Ⅲ型胶原;IL-6有协同 TN F-α干扰软骨细胞表型表达的作用。结论: TNF-α和IL-6是参与关节软骨细胞变性的介导因素。 相似文献

目的进一步探讨滑膜参与骨关节炎病理进程的机理。方法 采用L929细胞毒活性法检测了24例急、慢性关节内损伤及晚期骨关节炎(OA)患者关节滑兴中肿瘤坏死因子生物活性,并用光镜和电镜观察比较三者滑膜组织间的形态学差异。结果 OA滑液中所含TNF-α水平较高;OA滑膜细胞性内膜,细胞增殖与脱落同时发生,内膜下层呈现明显的纤维增生性高、滑膜增厚;B型和A型滑膜细胞的超微结构变化分别呈现旺盛的蛋白分泌相和活 相似文献
