广东省地方教育立法：现状、比较与建议

加强地方教育立法是我国整个立法工作不可或缺的一部分。文章以广东省为例，对广东省教育法规体系建设的现状和现存的问题进行剖析，并与北京、上海等省市的地方教育立法内容现状进行比较研究，提出广东省教育教育法规体系建设的重点及策略。

石蜡微胶囊中脲醛树脂壁材渗透性的研究

利用差示扫描量热法研究了石蜡微胶囊中脲醛树脂壁材对水及甲苯的渗透性 ,结果表明 ,水不能透过脲醛树脂壁材 ,而甲苯则易透过脲醛树脂壁材。因此 ,该石蜡微胶囊不能用于芳香族溶剂存在的场合。     

Density Measurement of Liquid Ni-Ta Alloys by a Modified Sessile Drop Method

The density of liquid Ni- Ta alloys was measured by using a modified sessile drop method. It is found that the density of the liquid Ni- Ta alloys decreases with the increasing temperature, but increases with the increase of tantalum concentration in the alloys. The molar volume of liquid Ni- Ta binary alloys increases with the increase of temperature ancl tantalum concentration.     

A further result on global stabilization of oscillators with bounded delayed input

This note revisits the problem of globally stabilizing an oscillator with a bounded delayed input. It establishes that an oscillator with input saturation can be globally asymptotically stabilized by a linear state feedback even in the presence of an arbitrarily large delay in the input. This result strengthens a recent result in the literature, which shows that such an oscillator can be globally asymptotically stabilized with a sufficiently small control input and the magnitude of the control input goes to zero as the delay increases to infinity. The controller constructed in this note thus improves the efficiency of the closed-loop system by fully utilizing the actuator capacity.     

Effect of oxygen vacancies on transformation of zirconia at low temperatures

The effect of oxygen vacancy on the stability of phase structures and phase transformation of zirconia at low temperatures was studied using an electrochemical technique. It is suggested that the decrease of oxygen vacancies decreases the stability of metastable tetragonal zirconia and promotes its transformation to the monoclinic phase. This revised version was published online in November 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.

一种弧长参数曲线及其计算机实现

本文提出了一种弧长参数曲线的数值算法，这种算法具有收敛迅速，迭代过程自动确定等优点。     

非线性岩土中圆孔对波的散射和动应力集中问题

本文利用小参数摄动法研究了非线性弹性岩土中孔室对平面波的散射和动应力集中问题,对于圆孔情况给出了各渐近方程的解析解和应力集中系数的数值结果。     

重馏分油加氢脱氮反应动力学模型的研究

简要地介绍了一些典型的模型氮化物的ＨＤＮ反应规律。根据胜利ＶＧＯ在３７２２Ｂ催化剂上的大量ＨＤＮ实验数据，提出了如下的ＨＤＮ基本反应动力学方程：ｄＣＮｄｔ＝－ｋ１＋Ｋ＊ＣＮＣＮＰＨ２为了扩大上式的应用范围，详细分析了各种因素（如原料油种类和馏程及Ｈ２Ｓ等）对ＨＤＮ的影响，并开发了相应的经验关联式，从而得到了一个较完整的馏分油ＨＤＮ反应动力学模型。验证实验表明，该模型是成功的。
