冷链物流同时送取货车辆路径优化

针对冷链物流同时送取货车辆路径优化问题,分析冷链物流配送中的车辆固定成本、行驶成本、制冷成本和货损成本等成本构成,以总成本最小化为目标,将冷链物流配送的送货和取货业务综合到每一个客户节点,建立单个配送中心和多个客户节点的冷链物流配送车辆路径优化模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解,算例分析验证了所建模型和设计算法的适用性和可行性,结果表明优化后的同时送取货车辆配送方案能够降低配送成本,提高配送效率,研究结论对冷链物流配送决策具有重要的参考价值.     

Theoretical studies on NLO properties of push-pull multi-cycle electro-optical polymer intermediates including thiophene ring

The second-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities βijk,βμ and third-order non-linear optical susceptibilities γijkl,<γ> of a series of the novel push-pull multi-ring electro-photo polymer intermediates have been calculated.The influences of molecular structure,donor,acceptor and the frequency of external field on P and v,and the relationship between V and the number of thiophene rings(i.e.conjugated chain length)have been studied using UNDO/SCI methods combined with sum-overstate(SOS)formula.The calculated results show that γ is proportional to 2.69 power of the chain length of the conjugated molecular bonds when the length is not quite long.     

两种2-苯基吡啶铱配合物的合成及其在细胞中的应用

以4-(2-吡啶基)-苯甲醛、邻菲罗啉、对羟基苯甲醛、香草醛、溴丁烷和三氯化铱水合物为原料，合成了两种铱配合物IrL1和IrL2,其结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、质谱和傅里叶红外光谱表征。研究了两种配合物在不同溶剂中的紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱。结果表明：配合物IrL1和IrL2在乙醇中的荧光强度高于其它溶剂，最大发射波长位于542 nm。采用MTT实验和共聚焦显微成像技术研究了配合物IrL1和IrL2在HepG2细胞中的应用效果。结果表明：两种配合物细胞毒性较低，能够着色于固定细胞的细胞质中。
