四川轮环藤根中两种海岛轮环藤-N-氧化物的分离鉴定

从中国特有植物四川轮环藤(Cyclea sutchuenensis Gagnep.)根中分得两种海岛轮环藤碱-N-氧化物。采用波谱分析和化学方法鉴定, 证明分别为海岛轮环藤碱-2β-N-氧化物(3)和海岛轮环藤碱-2'β-N-氧化物(4)。二者均为新生物碱, 是首尾氧桥双苄基异喹啉生物碱-N-氧化物。从该植物根中还分得已知的海岛轮环藤碱(1)和海岛轮环藤酚碱(2)。本文首次详细报道并分析了2的1^H NMR和13^C NMR数据。经三种人癌细胞实验, 证明2具有显著的抗癌活性。     

Synthesis and Crystallization of a Cyclic Decapeptide GG-110824

A highly hydrophobic cyclic peptide GG-110824,cyclo（Gly-Leu-Val-Leu-LeuVal-Pro-Ile-Gly-Leu）（C49H86N10O10）,has been synthesized by a strategy combined with solid-phase synthesis（SPPS） of linear peptide and cyclization in solution.The structure including the absolute configuration of synthesized GG-110824 was confirmed by CuK radiation X-ray crystallography in the monoclinic system,space group P21 with a = 11.4966（10）,b = 18.5286（2）,c = 13.3943（10）,= 95.03o,V = 2842.20（4）3,F（000） = 1080 and Z = 2.     

空调机组嵌入纳米流体热管传热特性的实验研究

将CuO纳米颗粒用于空调机组的嵌入式热管中,研究充液率,迎面风速及空气进口温度对显热效率的影响。研究表明,采用嵌入式热管的空调机组在其设计风速范围内,进口温度为34℃时,充液率为66%,其显热效率最高;迎面风速较低时,显热效率较高,随着CuO纳米颗粒体积浓度的从1%增加至3%时,显热效率逐渐升高;空气进口温度超过38℃,显热效率急剧降低。     

Characteristics of High In-Content InGaN Alloys Grown by MOCVD

InN and In0.46 Ca0.54N films are grown on sapphire with a CaN buffer by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition （MOCVD）. Both high resolution x-ray diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy results reveal that these films have a hexagonal structure of single crystal. The thin InN film has a high mobility of 4 75 cm^2V^-1s^-1 and that oflno.46 Gao.54N is 163 cm^2 V^-1s^-1. Room-temperat ure photoluminescence measurement of the InN film shows a peak at 0.72eV, confirming that a high quality InN film is fabricated for applications to full spectrum solar cells.     

添加剂对含盐废水焚烧结焦特性的影响

本文在鼓泡流化床废水焚烧实验台上,以SEM/EDX分析和XRD检测为手段,系统研究不同添加剂对床层结焦特性的影响,探讨其抑制床层结焦的机理。实验结果表明:Al_2O_3对结焦的抑制作用最明显,高岭黏土,Fe_2O_3和CaCO_3其次。在本实验涉及的床温范围内,添加剂对结焦的抑制主要是物理作用的结果。     

固相萃取分离-气相色谱-质谱法测定尿中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂

在尿样中加入混合同位素内标(D4-DBP和D4-DEHP)后,使之通过自制的SPE柱(取LC-C18填料,Envi-carb填料和PSA填料装入于玻璃柱中,用旋涡混合器使之混匀)对尿样中存在的邻苯二甲酯类化合物(PTA′s)进行SPE。SPE柱用正己烷-乙酸乙酯(1+1)混合液洗脱。用DB-5MS毛细管柱进行色谱分离,质谱分析中采用EI离子源和SIM模式进行测定,所测18种PTA′s在一定质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.002 5~0.005mg·kg-1之间。加标回收率在80.0%~120%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.5%~14%之间。     

Two Ion-pair Complexes Constructed by[M（mnt）2]n- （M=Ni,Co,mnt = Maleonitriledithiolate）:Syntheses,Characterization and Thermal Stability

Two new ion-pair complexes [Co(BBP)2]2[Ni(mnt)2]Cl2·4DMF·2H2O(1, BBP =2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2'-yl) pyridine, mnt = maleonitriledithiolate) and [(Py)2CH2][Co(mnt)2]2·4DMF(2) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction studies show that complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c. The crystal of 2 belongs to a triclinic system with space group P1. Due to the hydrogen bonding interactions, anions and cations formed the mixed packing in complex 1 while the anions and cations formed segregated columns in 2. In addition, thermogravimetric analyses of the two complexes are also investigated.     

TIE和角谱迭代用于光学元件表面划痕深度检测

针对散射法在检测光学元件表面划痕时只能得到其光场分布而无法直接得到划痕深度信息的问题,将角谱迭代算法、光强传输方程（TIE）和角谱迭代结合的算法应用到光学元件表面划痕深度检测中。首先,采集光学元件表面的光场分布,分别利用两种重建算法得到表面划痕的相位分布,通过表面划痕对相位的调制特性计算出划痕深度;然后,从强度误差、相关系数及相对均方根误差来对两种算法的有效性进行评价;最后,通过实验验证了光学元件表面划痕深度重建结果的准确性。结果表明,与角谱迭代算法相比,TIE和角谱迭代相结合的算法重建划痕深度的相对误差更小,重建效果更好,重建精度更高。
