Fabrication of Ti_2AlC by Spark Plasma Sintering from Elemental Powders and Thermodynamics Analysis of Ti-Al-C System

A ternary-layered carbide Ti 2 AlC material could be synthesized by spark plasma sintering(SPS)technology using elemental powder mixture of Ti,Al and active carbon.By means of XRD and SEM,phases were identified and microscopically evaluated.The experimental results show that the main phase in the product was fully crystallized Ti 2 AlC with small particle size when sintered at 1200 C.The syn-thesis temperature of SPS was 200-400 C lower than that of hot pressing(HP)or hot isostatic pressing(HIP). Through thermodynamics calculations,the mechanism of Ti 2 AlC was studied by calculating changes of Gibbs free energy of reactions.     

某金锑矿选矿试验研究

对某Sb品位7.94%、Au品位1.95 g/t的石英脉型金锑硫化矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用混合浮选工艺,以丁基黄药和丁铵黑药为捕收剂、硫酸为pH值调整剂、硝酸铅和硫酸铜为活化剂,经一次粗选三次精选三次扫选闭路浮选,获得了产率20.17%、Sb品位和回收率分别为37.35%和94.87%、Au品位和回收率分别为7.79 g/t和80.39%的金锑混合精矿,精矿品级符合锑精矿质量标准(YB 2419—82)中硫化锑精矿三级品,金和锑都得到较好地回收。

“五常法”在骨科护理中的应用

“五常法”源至于5个以“S”为首的日文,包括5个方面,即常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律。1、常组织全面检查和整理各个治疗室、办公室、准备室、储物室,首先把所有物品分为必需的、非必需的两类,将必需物品的数量降至最低,保存基数,合理放置非必需物品,抛弃不需要物品,无菌物品保证不过期,工作区域只能储存工作必需品,私人物品集中放置。     

心理干预在截肢患者护理中的应用

目的：探讨心理干预对截肢患者心理反应的有效性。方法：以我院收治22例截肢患者为对象,采用观察患者的心理行为,激励机制等方法进行心理干预。结果：提高了截肢患者的依从性、社会适应力、自我概念改变等心理。结论：有效的心理干预有利于患者的心理调适,对患者的自信心、重建自我形象、早日回归于社会有着极其重要的促进作用。     

健康教育在全膝关节置换患者护理中的应用

1临床资料 本组136例病人,其中男69例,女77例,年龄55岁至83岁,平均68岁,均行人工全膝关节置换术,平均住院时间15．8d,术后恢复良好,全部治愈出院。     

Synthesis of Ti2AlC by hot pressing and its mechanical and electrical properties

Ti2AlC bulk material was synthesized by hot pressing of mixture powders of TiC, Ti, Al and active carbon. The phase compositions of resultant product at different temperature were detected by X-ray diffractometer. The microstructures of the samples were observed by SEM. Finally, the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the sample at 1 400 ℃ were measured. The results show that high purity Ti2AlC material with little Ti3AlC2 can be synthesized by hot pressing 0.5TIC/1.5Ti/1.0A1/0.5C at 1 400 ℃. Ti2AlC exhibits high mechanical properties and metallic electrical properties. Its fractm＇e toughness is 7.0 MPa·m^1/2, its flexural strength is 384 MPa at room temperature, and its electrical conductivity is 2.56 × 10^6 Ω^-1·m^-1 at room temperature.
