采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对广藿香精油成分进行分析。通过细胞毒性实验确定广藿香精油对人急性单核细胞(THP-1)的安全质量浓度。利用痤疮丙酸杆菌(P.acnes)刺激THP-1建立的特异性痤疮炎症细胞模型考察广藿香精油对炎症因子IL-1β的影响。通过荧光实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)初步探讨广藿香精油抗炎祛痘的作用机制。研究结果表明:广藿香精油在最大安全质量浓度12.5 mg/L时,对炎症细胞模型中P.acnes活性影响较小,对IL-1β的分泌具有明显的抑制作用(抑制率66.54%),可显著降低细胞内Toll样受体2(TLR2)mRNA的转录(抑制率73.73%),从而起到抑制炎症信号转导和继发性炎症介质生成的作用。  相似文献

The ratio of crack initiation stress to the uniaxial compressive strength(SCI,B/SUC,B) and the ratio of axial strain at the crack initiation stress to the axial strain at the uniaxial compressive strength(B,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS) were studied by performing numerical stress analysis on blocks having multi flaws at close spacing’s under uniaxial loading using PFC3 D. The following findings are obtained: SCI,B/SUC,B has an average value of about 0.5 with a variability of ± 0.1. This range agrees quite well with the values obtained by former research. For joint inclination angle, β=90°,B,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS is found to be around 0.48 irrespective of the value of joint continuity factor, k. No particular relation is found betweenB,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS and β; however, the average B,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS seems to slightly decrease with increasing k. The variability ofB,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS is found to increase with k.Based on the cases studied in this work,B,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS ranges between 0.3 and 0.5. This range is quite close to the range of 0.4to 0.6 obtained for SCI,B/SUC,B. The highest variability of ± 0.12 forB,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS is obtained for k=0.8. For the remaining k values the variability ofB,UCB,CI,A,A/SSSS can be expressed within ± 0.05. This finding is very similar to the finding obtained for the variability of SCI,B/SUC,B.  相似文献

The subcritical crack growth and fracture toughness in peridotite, lherzolite and amphibolite were investigated with double torsion test. The results show that water-rock interaction has a significant influence on subcritical crack growth. With water-rock interaction, the crack velocity increases, while the stress intensity factor declines, which illustrates that water-rock interaction can decrease the strength of rocks and accelerate the subcritical crack growth. Based on Charlse theory and Hilling & Charlse theory, the test data were analyzed by regression and the correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.7, which shows the correlation is significant. This illustrates that both theories can explain the results of tests very well. Therefore, it is believed that the subcritical crack growth attributes to the breaking of chemical bond, which is caused by the combined effect of the tensile stress and the chemical reaction between the material at crack tip and the corrosive agent. Meanwhile, water-rock interaction has a vital effect on fracture toughness. The fracture toughness of samples under atmospheric environment is higher than that of samples immersed in water. And water-rock interaction has larger influence on fracture toughness in amphibolite than that in peridotite and lherzolite.  相似文献

根据断裂力学理论,建立渗透水压下多裂隙岩体的力学模型,运用叠加原理,推导远场应力和裂隙水压力共同作用下的多裂纹尖端应力强度因子的计算公式,并在此基础上探讨了近置多裂纹间的相互影响。计算结果表明,如果裂纹之间间距较小,裂纹的相互作用对裂纹尖端处的应力场影响较大,根据裂纹的相对几何位置和裂纹倾角变化,进行不同叠加后的应力场可产生2种效应,应力强度影响加强区与应力强度影响减弱区,当相邻裂纹尖端处于加强区时,该裂纹的应力强度因子将会变大,反之则变小。考虑裂纹间的相互作用与裂纹间的相对距离有关,随着裂纹间距的增大,计算所得出的应力强度因子值都趋于一个定值,该值为不考虑相邻裂纹的影响,计算单一裂纹所得到的应力强度因子值,即当裂纹间距〉裂纹长度时,可以忽略邻近裂纹的相互作用对裂纹尖端应力场的影响。同时,裂隙渗透压的存在,显著影响裂纹尖端的应力场,各条裂纹尖端KI随着渗透压的增大而增加(使-KI逐渐减小),这表明渗透压抵消了一部分裂纹表面正应力。  相似文献

研究了在磷酸氢二钠-氢氧化钠介质中,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化PAR,使之褪色的反应,测定了其动力学条件,建立了一种高灵敏、高选择性测定痕量锰的新方法。可测0.01~1.4μg/10ml范围的锰(Ⅱ),方法的检测限为7.03×10-11g/ml,用于环境水及人发中锰(Ⅱ)的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

采用分级增量循环加卸载方式,对金川有色金属公司Ⅲ矿区软弱矿岩进行流变试验,探讨了软弱矿岩的黏弹塑性变形特性.建立了软岩的非线性蠕变模型.结果表明:分级增量循环加卸载下软岩有明显的瞬时应变硬化趋势,软弱矿岩JC1099试件的黏弹性应变分量与黏塑性应变分量之比为3.15~6.58,随应力水平的增加蠕应变中黏塑性应变占的份量总体上有增加走势;在低应力水平下,蠕变变形趋于稳定状态,在高应力水平下,软岩蠕变往往表现出加速蠕变特性.建立的非线性蠕变模型可以用统一的蠕变方程来描述软岩蠕变的3阶段,将该模型应用于金川Ⅲ矿区矿岩蠕变试验,蠕变试验曲线与理论曲线较为吻合.  相似文献

设计了一种基于CPCI总线、二级分布式海洋地震拖缆数据采集与记录系统,包括水下采集与传输系统、船载记录系统。系统的主要特点是单检波器、道间距为3.125m、24位ADC。系统主要指标动态范围为115dB,谐波畸变为-106dB,系统容量支持单缆1920道、1ms采样间隔,可同时连接4缆。系统经过海试,采集了地震数据,绘出了地震剖面图,各项技术指标达到了要求。  相似文献

The viscoelastic-plastic creep experiments on soft ore-rock in Jinchuan Mine III were performed under circular increment step load and unload. The experimental data were analyzed according to instantaneous elastic strain, visco-elastic strain, instantaneous plastic strain and visco-plastic strain. The result shows that instantaneous deformation modulus tends to increase with the increase of creep stress; soft rocks enhance the ability to resist instantaneous elastic deformation and instantaneous plastic deformation during the multi-level of load and unload in the cyclic process. In respect of specimen JC1099, the ratio of visco-elastic strain to visco-plastic strain varies from 3.15 to 6.58, and the ratio has decreasing tendency with stress increase as a whole; creep deformation tends to be a steady state at low stress level; soft rocks creep usually embodies accelerated creep properties at high stress level. With the damaging variable and the hardening function introduced, a nonlinear creep model of soft rocks is established, in which the decay creep is described by the nonlinear hardening function H of viscidity coefficient. The model can describe the accelerated creep of soft rocks since the nonlinear damaging evolvement variable D of deformation parameter of rocks is introduced. Three stages of soft rocks creep can be described with the uniform creep equation in the nonlinear creep model. With this nonlinear creep model applied to the creep experiments of the ore-rock of Jinchuan Mine III, the nonlinear creep model’s curves are in good agreement with experimental data. 基于简化Bishop条分法分析复杂边界边坡的稳定性,以圆弧滑裂面与边坡面的左右交点的两个X坐标--XL和XR以及滑裂面圆心坐标的Y坐标--Y0作为设计变量,提出一种加速混合遗传算法(AHGA)对设计变量进行优化。该方法是通过把无约束优化的Powell算法作为一个与遗传算法的选择、交叉和变异平行的算子,嵌入到改进的实数编码遗传算法中而得到的,它同时具有两个方法的优点,有较强的自适应能力,使得收敛速度加快,还有可能搜索到最优化问题的全局最优解。通过一高速公路边坡工程实例验证,加速混合遗传算法(AHGA)搜索到的圆弧滑动面与现场勘察结果很吻合,优于简单遗传算法(SGA)。  相似文献
