从多元系统论视角对儿童文学翻译的重新审视

从多元系统理论出发,将儿童文学翻译置于社会文化环境中考察,发现儿童文学处于文学系统的边缘。这种边缘位置导致儿童文学的翻译和创作受到了局限和压制,但是儿童文学系统和成人文学系统间模式的迁移和融合有利于产生一种新的成功模式。     

组织支持视角下领导—下属交换关系感知匹配的形成机制研究

领导—下属交换关系的感知匹配存在双方融洽型、领导高估型、下属高估型和双方冷漠型四种形态.领导给予下属的支持越高,双方关系的质量将越高;同样,下属觉察到来自领导支持越高,也越容易促进双方关系的融洽.本研究收集了来自长三角地区企业252对领导—下属配对样本,运用多元Logistic回归分析方法.结果证明了支持性人力资源实践、领导支持感,以及二者的交互作用都显著影响领导—下属交换关系的感知匹配.     

获得感：概念、机制与统计测量

获得感作为一个极具中国特色的本土化概念,近年来得到了越来越多的重视。获得感有一个从顾客满意度到获得感的发展过程,是指个体在获取某种利益之后,内心深处所产生的一系列主观感受,是一种满足和幸福的积极情绪体验,而这种感受要建立在实实在在的获得基础之上,具有主观性、客观性以及可测性等主要特征。基于此,获得感的结构兼具物质根源和心理根源,物质根源是获得感的基础,心理根源是获得感的核心。而获得感的测量方法应该注重自陈式路径,统计测量指标也需要主客观指标相结合。在技术上,研究者可利用自上而下的方法和自下而上的方法确定合理的指标维度,用主观评定法以及因子分析法确定获得感各指标的权重系数。     

Where tradition and ‘modern’ knowledge meet: exploring two Islamic schools in Singapore and Britain

Muslims live in a ‘modern’ world where subjects such as the English language, mathematics, sciences, and information and communication technology (ICT) are highly valued and enthusiastically transmitted in schools. How some Islamic schools attempt to equip their students with ‘modern knowledge’ while remaining faithful to their religious traditions is the focus of this exploratory study. Using two Islamic schools in Singapore and Britain as illustrative case studies, this paper examines their history, aims, curriculum and pedagogy in their aspiration to acquire ‘modern’ knowledge within their Islamic world views. It further explores some common challenges faced by students and teachers in both schools in their quest for a balanced curriculum. By highlighting the Islamic schools in two Muslim minority countries, this paper aims to contribute towards the international literature on how religious schools assert their cultural heritage and negotiate their learning in the modern age.     

非税收入改革的政治逻辑——基于J省A区的个案研究

我国地方政府非税收入管理中采取了准市场治理机制。一方面,职能部门必须依靠自身征收的非税收入,而非财政的无条件拨款,这体现了市场机制的逻辑;另一方面,财政部门对非税收入的征收和管理实行了较为严格的规范,这体现了等级机制的逻辑。这种准市场机制导致了非税收入管理中的种种乱象。A区的案例表明：非税收入管理中准市场机制的形成,与A区的政府人员规模膨胀密切相关;现有制度环境下,A区无法废除非税收入管理中的准市场机制;A区采取的选择性保护策略,可以保护辖区内的大企业,无法从根本上遏制职能部门的“攫取之手”。     

Feature selection based on distance correlation: a filter algorithm

Feature selection (FS) is one of the most powerful techniques to cope with the curse of dimensionality. In the study, a new filter approach to feature selection based on distance correlation is presented (DCFS, for short), which keeps the model-free advantage without any pre-specified parameters. Our method consists of two steps: hard step (forward selection) and soft step (backward selection). In the hard step, two types of associations, between univariate feature and the classes and between group feature and the classes, are involved to pick out the most relevant features with respect to the target classes. Due to the strict screening condition in the first step, some of the useful features are likely removed. Therefore, in the soft step, a feature-relationship gain (like feature score) based on the distance correlation is introduced, which is concerned with five kinds of associations. We sort the feature gain values and implement the backward selection procedure until the errors stop declining. The simulation results show that our method becomes more competitive on several datasets compared with some of the representative feature selection methods based on several classification models.

Environmental Migration and Sustainable Development in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River

This paper explores the demographic impacts of the implementation of the Grand Development in West China policies and environmental rehabilitation projects in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. It analyses the interaction between the environmental reconstruction and environment-related migration in this region. The intertwined nature of environmental, ethnic, and poverty problems not only bears negatively upon the alleviation of poverty conducing to the accruement of wealth of the poverty-stricken population, but also hinders the rehabilitation of the environment. It brings forth some opinions regarding improving the capacity of regional sustainable development through environmental migration.     

试论建国初期毛泽东建立社会保障体系的思想

社会保障是社会建设的重要组成部分,是社会安定的重要保证。建国初期,党和人民政府除进行新民主主义的经济建设、政权建设、文化建设外,还进行了包括建立社会保障体系在内的社会建设。通过对建国初期毛泽东关于建立社会保障体系思想的内容、局限性及其历史作用的探讨,可以为今天覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系建立和完善,提供有益的启示和借鉴。     

多音网格编码调制(MT—TCM)

结合MFSK调制和卷积编码,提出多音网格编码调制方案。该方案可保证频带宽度和符号速率同未编码的MFSK系统一样。最后从编码增益和频带有效性角度对该方案的性能作了评价。
