In the present research, the influence of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of Al2O3–Cu–Ni hybrid composites prepared by the Pulse Plasma Sintering (PPS) technique were described. In this research, three temperatures have been selected: 1250°C, 1300°C, and 1350°C. SEM observations were carried out to determine the distribution of the metallic phase in the composite depending on the sintering temperature. The conducted experiments and microscopic observations enabled a better understanding of the phenomena occurring between the ceramic matrix and metallic phase in the obtained materials. The mechanical properties like a hardness and fracture toughness were measured. The technology applied allowed us to obtain ceramic-metal composites with a homogeneous microstructure. It was found that the sintering temperature influences the selected physical and mechanical properties of the composites produced. It was found that samples produced at 1300°C are characterized by the highest relative density and the mechanical properties. 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to compare different rape varieties. For this purpose oil from six different varieties of rapeseeds was cold pressed under laboratory conditions. In the obtained rapeseed oils the fatty acids composition and minor components, characteristic values (acid value; AV and TOTOX), oxidative stability (DSC test), and volatiles were determined and a sensory evaluation was carried out. The highest oxidative stability was found for oil from sample 5 (IP = 158 min), which also has the lowest amount of C18:3 (7.8%), chlorophylls (0.083 mg/kg), and metals (Cu2+ 0.02 mg/kg and Fe2+ 0.08 mg/kg). This oil has also the lowest AV (0.17 mg KOH/g), which may be related to the lowest moisture content of the seeds prior to extraction. It was characterized by the highest rapeseed flavor intensity. The lowest induction period was observed for samples 3 and 6 (100 min). Although sample 3 had the same low level of metals as sample 5 and the highest concentration of tocopherols (635 mg/kg), PUFA (33.9%), and AV (1.37 mg KOH/g) it also had the lowest intensity of rapeseed flavor among the analyzed oils. Sample 6, despite its low percentage of PUFA (24.7%), conjugated diens and triens, and the lowest content of total volatiles (0.4Vs), had the highest concentration of metals (Cu2+ 0.04 mg/kg and Fe2+ 0.34 mg/kg). 相似文献

A review of literature about the effect of oil pockets on improvement of sliding elements tribological performance as well as about the changes of surface topography during “zero-wear” process is shown. The paper presents also the results of experimental investigations done in the Department of Manufacturing Processes and Production Organisation of Rzeszow University of Technology, connected with the creation of oil pockets on sliding surfaces. In order to simulate a deterministic surface a program for the visualisation of pits was written. The procedures for assessment of the oil pocket size of specific shape and oil pockets coverage are presented. Glycerophosphonolipids are a relatively unknown class of polar lipids. Little information is available on any special biological
function of these substances or specific technological use for them. Since glycerophosphonolipids have been reported to occur
in egg yolk, further studies are needed in order to determine their relevancy. However, analysis of these lipids is rather
difficult, due both to their chemical similarity to phospholipids and the lack of commercially available reference substances.
Therefore, a reference substance for phosphono analogues of phosphatidylethanolamine (PnE)—1,2-dioctadecanoyl-glycero-3-aminoethylphosphonate—has
been synthesized and an HPLC/ELSD method to separate PnE from its phosphonoanalog was developed. Although the present results
showed no evidence of glycerophosphonolipids in egg yolk (limit of detection <0.02% for PnE), the spectroscopic data gathered
here do point to an approach for further analysis of glycerophosphonolipids. Furthermore, a characteristic ESI–MS2 fragmentation pattern for PnE was established, which can be used as a “fingerprint” for the identification of this substance
in other biological systems. It was found to be characteristic for a fatty acid fragment to be split off as an internal anhydride
(ketene) [M–H–RCH=C=O]− along with the whole fatty acid fragment [M–H–RCH2COOH]− in the negative ion mode. In the positive mode, there was a selective loss of only the head group of the phosphonolipid [PO3H2–C2H4–NH3]+, resulting in the so-called “diacylglycerol-like fragment ion” [DAG]+. 相似文献

The investigation included kale, New Zealand spinach and spinach. The evaluation covered the raw material; the raw material
after blanching; the raw material after cooking; and frozen products prepared for consumption after 0, 4, 8 and 12 months
of refrigerated storage. Both the traditional method of freezing (blanching before freezing) and the modified method of freezing
(cooked before freezing) were used in the experiment, as well as two storage temperatures, T = −20 °C and T = −30 °C. The content of chlorophylls in fresh kale was four times that in New Zealand spinach and 1.5 times that in spinach.
With the exception of New Zealand spinach, blanching and cooking significantly reduced the content of chlorophylls. In kale
products prepared for consumption, the content of chlorophylls decreased in each successive stage of the investigation. In
products of New Zealand spinach and spinach, the losses were usually not significant. After 12 months of refrigerated storage,
frozen kale products prepared for consumption retained 52–65% of total chlorophylls compared with the content in the raw material;
products of New Zealand spinach and spinach retained 66–71%. In kale and New Zealand spinach, the content of chlorophyll a
decreased more rapidly than that of chlorophyll b, while in spinach the converse was true. The kale products obtained using
the modified method contained more chlorophylls, while in the two spinach species their content was lower. The lower storage

We introduce a new class of substrates (compounds I – III ) for leukocyte esterase (LE) that react with LE yielding anodic current in direct proportion to LE activity. The kinetic constants Km and kcat for the enzymatic reactions were determined by amperometry at a glassy carbon electrode. The binding affinity of I – III for LE was two orders of magnitude better than that of existing optical LE substrates. The specificity constant kcat/Km was equal to 2.7, 3.8, and 5.8×105 m ?1 s?1 for compounds containing the pyridine ( I ), methoxypyridine ( II ), and (methoxycarbonyl)pyridine ( III ), respectively, thus showing an increase in catalytic efficiency in this order. Compound III had the lowest octanol/water partition coefficient (log p=0.33) along with the highest topological surface area (tPSA=222 Å2) and the best aqueous solubility (4.0 mg mL?1). The reliability and validity of self-reported assessment of exposure and outcome variables were examined for manual lifting activities among ten physiotherapists. In this study, the participants evaluated the effects of five lifting variables on perceived effort, twice separated by a one-week period. One hundred and sixty-two lifting conditions were evaluated by each subject. The exposure and outcome lifting variables were described in linguistic terms. Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC(1,1)) analysis revealed a mean value of 0.62 for all lifting activities. The self-reported assessment was cross-validated with the NIOSH lifting index by mapping the linguistic variables into numerical ranges. Moderate correlations (r = 0.54 and 0.53, p<0.01) were obtained between perceived physical exertion/perceived risk and lifting index. The findings of this study provide preliminary indications that human-based methodologies may be further explored on experienced workers. 相似文献

A method for selecting and rating scientific and professional journals representing the discipline of ergonomics and human factors is proposed. The method is based upon the journal list, impact factors and citations provided by the Institute of Scientific Information (ISI), and the journal list published in the Ergonomics Abstracts. Three groups of journals were distinguished. The 'ergonomics journals' focus exclusively on ergonomics and human factors. The 'related journals' focus on other disciplines than ergonomics and human factors, but regularly publish ergonomics/human factors papers. The 'basic journals' focus on other technical, medical or social sciences than ergonomics, but are important for the development of ergonomics/human factors. Journal quality was rated using a maximum of four categories: top quality (A-level), high quality (B-level), good quality (C-level)) and professional (P-level). The above methods were applied to develop the Ergonomics Journal List 2004. A total of 25 'ergonomics journals', 58 'related journals' and 142 'basic journals' were classified. 相似文献
