非线性系统非平稳随机响应矩计算的Newmark递推算法

利用Ｎｅｗｍａｒｋ离散化格式，结合时变等价线性化步骤，导出了计算非线性系统受白噪声和非白噪声随机激励作用下非平稳响应协方差矩阵的递推算法。该算法计算步骤简单，易于在计算机上实现，计算效率高。算例表明，其所得计算结果和ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ模拟结果符合较好。     

临时围堰防渗墙施工的新模式

草街工程临时围堰防渗墙工期的紧迫性,一般施工方法无法办到,施工中采用了振孔高喷与可控灌浆相结合、振动切喷与可控灌浆相结合的强强联合,优势互补,边抽边堵,最终以最短的时间,最好的质量,完成了该工程,展示了一种防渗墙施工的新理念。

分辨率及多解性问题是地球物理勘探中长期存在的难题。针对这些问题，文中提出地球物理数据的综合参数法及对策，为解决这些问题进行了有效探索。     

建筑排水立管自循环通气试验研究和规范条文修订设想

通过对不伸顶通气的排水立管的各种自循环通气模式进行通水能力的测试,总结了排水立管自循环通气的设计要点及基本特征.并针对在《建筑给水排水设计规范》(GB 50015-2003)建议提出有关条文修订设想,将测试成果纳入规范.     

One-mask process for silicon accelerometers on Pyrex glass utilising notching effect in inductively coupled plasma DRIE

A one-mask process technology is proposed to fabricate silicon capacitive accelerometers using comb drive structures. A doped silicon wafer is anodically bonded on Pyrex glass substrate. High aspect ratio silicon accelerometer structures are micromachined using deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) and released from the glass substrate by further DRIE due to its notching effect.     

人类X染色体Xp21．3－11．3区YAC重叠群的构建

人类Ｘ染色体短臂２１．３—１１．３区是含有视网膜色素变性等数种遗传病基因位点的区域。我们对这个具有重要医学生物学意义的区段进行了ＹＡＣ重叠群构建。用这一区域已知的探针（ＯＴＣ、ＤＸＳ１６６、ＤＭＤｃＤＮＡ）及ＳＴＳ位标，以ＹＡＣ菌落原位杂交法及ＰＣＲ法进行了ＹＡＣ的筛选；也采用了法国ＣＥＰＨ和英国ＩＣＲＦ的部分ＹＡＣ；总共得到了５５个阳性ＹＡＣ。对上述ＹＡＣ进行了长度测定，２６对微卫星ＳＴＳ图谱分析，单拷贝探针的杂交定位，Ａｌｕ－ＰＣＲ指纹图谱分析。综合上述信息，对这些ＹＡＣ进行了排序，在Ｘｐ２１．３－１１．３区得到了６个０ＹＡＣ重叠群，覆盖了约１５Ｍｂ的范围。这些ＹＡＣ重叠群的构建为开展该区域疾病基因的定位克隆（Ｐｏｓｉｔｉｏｎａｌｃｌｏｎｉｎｇ）及ＤＮＡ顺序测定奠定了基础。     

Fabrication of thick, high-quality strained SiGe layer on ultra-thin silicon-on-insulator and modeling of film strain

Fabrication of a thick strained SiGe layer on bulk silicon is hampered by the lattice mismatch and difference in the thermal expansion coefficients between Si and SiGe, and a high Ge content leads to severe strain in the SiGe film. When the thickness of the SiGe film is above a critical value (90 nm for 18% Ge), drastic deterioration of the film properties as well as dislocations will result. In comparison, a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate with a thin top Si layer can mitigate the problems and so a thick SiGe layer with high Ge concentration can conceivably be synthesized. In the work reported here, a 110 nm thick high-quality strained Si_0.82Ge_0.18 layer was fabricated on an ultra-thin SOI substrate with a 30 nm top silicon layer using ultra-high vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHVCVD). The thickness of the SiGe layer is larger than the critical thickness on bulk Si. Cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (XTEM) reveals that the SiGe layer is dislocation-free and the atoms at the SiGe/Si interface are well aligned, even though X-ray diffraction (XRD) data indicate that the SiGe film is highly strained. The strain factors determined from the XRD and Raman results agree well.     

浅谈水头比例法在确定水轮机吸出高度中的应用

小型水电站水轮机转轮及叶片的汽蚀直接影响到水轮机的使用寿命和效率,正确地确定水轮机吸出高度是避免或减少汽蚀的主要途径之一。传统的方法由于采用统一的计算公式,而没有全面考虑具体电站的特点,导致转轮及叶片在运行中仍然发生不同程度的汽蚀。本文通过总结河南省小水电站设计中的应用情况,介绍确定水轮机吸出高度另一种方法即水头比例法,可供小水电站设计中参考。

铁电随机存储器的研究进展

铁电薄膜与半导体集成技术相结合而发展起来的铁电存储器．以其高密度、高速度、非易失性及抗辐射性而大大优于目前任何一种半导体存储器。该文介绍了铁电存储器的存储原理、特点、基本存储单元、研究进展、应用及存在的问题，并指出1T结构的铁电随机存储器(FRAM)将会成为下一代随机存储器。
