The welded joint of dissimilar heat-resisting steels 20Crl2MoV(F12)and 12 Cr2MoWVTiB(102)generally works around 600°C.In this paperthree kinds of ferritic electrodes are used for testing.They are R817 high-strength electrode(CrllMoVNi),R347 low-strength electrode(Cr2MoVWB)and newly-developed R507MoNb medium-strength electrode.The study on theinfluence of those three different electrodes on carbon migration,HIC and hy-drogen diffusion shows that medium-strength electrodes can well control thecarbon migration,and that the tendency to HIC in the joint formed by R817 issmaller than that by R347 instead.Considering the effect of weld metal transfor-mation on the restraint stress and hydrogen concentration of a joint,the hydro-gen distribution in the heat-affected zone(HAZ)is calculated by using finite ele-ment method(FEM)with stress and strain changing,and so the effect of thetransformation behaviour on HIC is revealed.In addition,newly-developedR507MoNb electrodes,tested the elevated-temperature property,oxidation re-sistance and creep rupture strength,have fulfilled the technical standards con-cerned and passed the examination of on-the-spot operation. 相似文献

A polymerizable photoredox system consisting of 4-methacryl oxbenzophenone (MABP) and N,N-dimethlaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) used for the photopolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) was studied. It was found that the polymerization rate is proportional to the 0.93th power for the AN concentration, the 0.28th power for the MABP concentration, and the 0.25th power for the DMAEMA concentration. The overall activation energy of the polymerization obtained is 30.43 kJ/mol. The recorded ESR spectrum indicates that the excited-state MABP abstraets hydrogen mainly from the methyl group of the dimethylamino moiety. The comparison of the initiation ability of polymeric MABP or polymeric DMAEMA with their monomeric forms has also been done and the results indicate that in good solvents P (MABP) has a much higher initiation ability than that of monomeric MABP, but monomeric DMAEMA and P (DMAEMA) display almost the same initiation ability. In poor solvent, the initiation ability of P (MABP) is not so obviously higher than that in good solvents. The result of UV analysis of P (AN) initiated by the MABP–DMAEMA system indicates that both MABP and DMAEMA not only initiate the photopolymerization of AN, but also enter into P (AN) polymer chains. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

本文着重对微波等离子体化学气相沉积法高速沉积的 a-Si∶H 膜的物理性能进行评价研究.测量了沉积膜的光电性能、暗电导激活能、光禁带宽度、光吸收特性、沉积膜中悬键态密度以及氢含量等,并讨论沉积条件对膜性能的影响.结果表明,在沉积速率高达30~90(?)/s 情况下,膜的光电导(光照强度10~5Lux)与暗电导比值可达10~3~10~5,暗电导率从10~(-3)到10~(-11)((?)cm)~(-1),其激活能在0.23~0.88eV 之间(0~200℃温度范围内),光禁带宽度为1.40~2.20eV,氢含量约为2~20%. 相似文献

Lead zirconate titanates (Pb (Zrx Ti1–x )O3 or PZT) are well-known materials with useful ferroelectric properties for nonvolatile memory applications. The device applications usually require processes which form the ferroelectric perovskite phase at low temperatures. Understanding the various aspects of structure development of PZT films is the key to develop low-temperature processes. An effective, versatile, and nondestructive optical method was developed for the study of the structure development in PZT films. Also, models for the structure development were proposed and were verified by this optical method. Using this method, the characteristic temperatures at which both pyrochlore phase and perovskite phase are initiated and completed were identified. The pyrochloreperovskite transformation was initiated at lower temperature and completed faster for the films on the titanium-rich side than those on the zirconium-rich side. In addition, the volume fractions of the perovskite phase were obtained as a function of annealing temperature by this optical method. 相似文献

Personality is an essential feature for creating socially interactive robots. Studies on this dimension will facilitate enhanced human–robot interaction (HRI). Using AIBO, a social robotic pet developed by Sony, we examined the issue of personality in HRI. In this gender-balanced 2 (AIBO personality: introvert vs. extrovert) by 2 (participant personality: introvert vs. extrovert) between-subject experiment (N = 48), we found that participants could accurately recognize a robot's personality based on its verbal and nonverbal behaviors. In addition, various complementarity attraction effects were found in HRI. Participants enjoyed interacting with a robot more when the robot's personality was complementary to their own personalities than when the robot's personality was similar to their own personalities. The same complementarity attraction effect was found in participants' evaluation of the robot's intelligence and social attraction. Participants' feelings of social presence during the interaction were a significant mediator for the complementarity attraction effects observed. Practical and theoretical implications of the current study for the design of social robots and the study of HRI were discussed. 相似文献

简要介绍了组合预测模型的基本原理,该模型改进了单一模型考虑因素的片面性,但常规的组合预测模型的权系数是固定的。考虑到各种模型的预测精度的变化,以及大坝安全监测数据存在的突变、时效等因素,固定权系数的组合预测模型有待进一步改进。文中提出了变权系数组合预测模型,并将其用于实际的大坝安全监测工程。结果表明,变权组合预测模型的预报精度高于其他模型。是一种值得推广的方法。 相似文献
