Arrayed waveguide grating multiplexer with high thermal stability on silicon

In this paper, certain important parameters are optimized for a polymer/Si arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) multiplexer by using grating theory. A 32-channel multiplexer is designed and fabricated using newly synthesized fluorinated poly (ether ether ketone) with a high thermal stability. The measured wavelength channel spacing is 0.796 nm, and center wavelength and 3-dB bandwidth are 1548 nm and 0.3 nm, respectively.     

中红外光纤技术用于腮腺肿瘤诊断的研究

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法与中红外光导纤维联用技术对１１例肿瘤，７例正常腮腺和１例舍格伦综合症的红外光谱进行了对比研究。结果发现正常腮腺和舍格伦综合症的红外光谱很相似，而与肿瘤的光谱存在着明显差别，同时也观察到良性与恶性肿瘤的光谱在若干波段处也有所不同．     

六层加侧混合型摇摆器磁场的理论计算与数值模拟

 利用文献[1，2]给出的结果，提供了六层加侧混合型摇摆器中永磁体磁场的计算公式和软铁磁场计算的积分方程式。对周期长度lw =1.6cm，磁极间隙g=0.5cm的情况，计算了单向聚焦和双向聚焦两种不同构形的磁场分布，并得到了g /lw =1/3条件下，峰值磁场Bw超过1特斯拉的设计指标。     

基于平行投影法的三维流场重建

在行处理方法的基础上提出了一种基于平行投影的迭代方法，对传统的行处理方法不同，它不是通过向某一超平面作垂线进行迭代，而是作某个超平面的平行线与另一超平面相交进行迭代。与传统方法相比，它明显加快了迭代速度。     

Nickel Complexes Bearing Bidentate Schiff Base as Ethylene Oligomerization Catalysts

Several nickel complexes [N,N]NiBr2, in which IN,N] indicates bidentate nitrogen-containing ligands (1: [N,N]=N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxaldimine (Cl8H22N2); 2: N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-6-methylpyridine-2-carboxaldimine (C19H24N2); 3: N-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxaldimine(Cl5Hl6N2); 4: N-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-6-methylpyridine-2-carboxaldlmlne (Cl6Hl8N2) were synthesized. Some of the nickel complexes exhibit high activity for ethylene oligomerization in the presence of an organoaluminum activator. The main factor affecting the activity and the structure of oligomers is the steric effect of substituents on [N,N] ligands. Methylaluminoxane (MAO) -activated catalysts showed higher activities and produced oligomers with higher molecular weight than Et2AlCl-activated ones. The oligomerization in toluene rather than hexane results in much higher activity, and the oligomers produced in toluene have relatively high molecular weight. With activation of MAO or Et2AlCl,the [N,N]NiBr2 system tended to produce highly branched oligomers with low α-olefin content, but the α-olefin content could be increased by changing the reaction conditions.     

Differential algebraic method for time of flight property of electrostatic electron lenses

Differential algebraic method is a powerful technique in computer numerical analysis. It presents a straightforward method for computing arbitrary order derivatives of functions with extreme high accuracy limited only by the truncation error of the computer. When applied to nonlinear dynamical systems, the arbitrary high-order transfer properties of the systems can be computed directly with high precision. In this article, the time of flight (TOF) property of electrostatic electron lens systems is studied by differential algebraic method and their arbitrary order TOF transfer properties can be numerically calculated. As an example, Schiske's model electrostatic lens has been studied by the efficient differential algebraic TOF method.     

放大器型自由电子激光饱和功率的定标定律

用量纲分析和数值计算相结合的方法,给出常参数放大器型毫米波自由电子激光基模辐射的饱和功率和饱和长度的一套定标定律。     

强流相对论电子束在等离子体内引起的回流电流

本文用宏观处理的方法,研究了强流相对论电子束在等离子体内引起的回流电流效应。通过Fourier变换的方法,求得Maxwell方程组的电场表达式和回流电流的径向表达式。在4στ>>1的极限下,电子束通道内的回流电流和入射的电子束电流基本抵消。最后,比较了回流电流的焦耳热和束电子与等离子体粒子库仑碰撞的能耗值。
