经总酶活性测定和凝胶电泳图谱分析发现:剧烈运动后,小白鼠六种组织LDH总酶活性,骨骼肌有显著升高,(p<0.05),其余五种组织均变化不显著;心肌、骨骼肌、肾脏的M型LDH相对活性显著升高(P<0.05),而H型LDH相对活性显著下降(p<0.05);相应地,A亚基比例显著升高,B亚基比例显著下降,这种变化似能反应剧烈运动对小白鼠厌氧代谢的明显影响. 相似文献

The catalytic role of pyrrhotite (Fe7S8) in the reaction kinetics of the hydrothermal transformation of pentlandite ((Fe,Ni)9S8) to violarite ((FeNi2S4) was found to depend on the physical form of pyrrhotite. Pyrrhotite in fine scale intergrown with pentlandite boosts the
reaction, whereas in a mechanical mixture of pyrrhotite and pentlandite, it plays the opposite role. This phenomenon was interpreted

Using the plane-wave expansion method, we have calculated and analysed the
changes of photonic band structures arising from two kinds of deformed
lattices, including the stretching and shrinking of lattices. The square
lattice with square air holes and the triangular lattice with circular air
holes are both studied. Calculated results show that the change of lattice
size in some special ranges can enlarge the band gap, which depends strongly
on the filling factor of air holes in photonic crystals; and besides, the
asymmetric band edges will appear with the broken symmetry of lattices. 相似文献

In this paper, after obtaining the mode-locked pulse shape with self-reproduction theory, the influence of the bias current on the output characteristics of a backward-optical-injection harmonic mode-locked fiber ring laser consisting of two semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) has been numerically investigated. The results show that the mode-locked pulse with high peak power and narrow width can be obtained through reasonably adjusting the bias currents of the two SOAs. 相似文献

This paper reports a multi-scale study on damage evolution process and rupture of gabbro under uniaxial compression with several experimental techniques, including MTS810 testing machine, white digital speckle correlation method, and acoustic emission technique. In particular, the synchronization of the three experimental systems is realized for the study of relationship of deformation and damage at multiple scales. It is found that there are significant correlation between damage evolution at small and large length scales, and rupture at sample scale, especially it displays critical sensitivity at multiple scales and trans-scale fluctuations. 相似文献

The CO-stretching vibration-rotation spectra of CO-H2S, CO-D2S, and CO-HDS complexes have been studied in the 2150 cm−1 region using a supersonic slit-jet expansion and a tunable diode laser spectrometer. The spectra were analyzed with the help of very recent microwave pure rotational studies of the same complexes. Two bands were assigned for each of the symmetric hydrogen sulfide isotopes, corresponding to the two nuclear spin modifications, para and ortho. The band origins were blue shifted, relative to the free CO molecule, by about 3.8 cm−1 for CO-H2S and 4.3 cm−1 for CO-D2S. These are considerably smaller shifts than exhibited by the related CO-water complexes, indicating that the intermolecular forces in CO-H2S are weaker and more isotropic. 相似文献
