报道了损耗调制型掺铒光纤环形激光器中的混沌现象.在单频损耗调制型掺铒光纤环形激光器中,改变调制频率或调制电压,观察到倍周期分岔和阵发两种进入混沌途径的共存现象,与抽运调制型掺铒光纤环形激光器的实验结果相一致.提出了一种采用两个正弦信号驱动的损耗调制型掺铒光纤环形激光器,在调制信号频率比近似等于黄金分割数和白银分割数时,增加调制电压,发现激光器通过准周期途径进入混沌.当调制信号两频率比不同时,发生转变所需的调制电压也不同.

This paper reports a systematic experimental investigation on the
dynamics in the low-frequency region in an erbium-doped fibre-ring
laser with loss modulation. A rich variety of bifurcation is
analyzed through the bifurcation diagram and structured with the
concept of the winding numbers. The coexistence of multiple
attractors and the crisis that appear in the saddle-node
bifurcations, and an interesting structure of bifurcation which is
similar to the bifurcations in high-frequency range, have been

Dynamic behaviors of the erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) with dual-frequency loss modulation are experimentally investigated. Frequency-locked states with their winding numbers which form the devil's staircase are observed in this kind of lasers. In the unlocked regions, the output state changes from quasiperiodicity to chaos under increasing modulation index, which demonstrates a different route to chaos from the conventional loss-modulated EDFLs with a single modulation frequency. The chaos output in the dual-frequency loss-modulated EDFLs shows less harmonic components of the modulation frequency in the corresponding power spectrum, indicating the improvement of the randomness of the chaotic signals. 相似文献

建立灵敏、专属性较好地表征增溶性辅料吐温80对红细胞生理活性影响的评价方法.采用微量量热法以生命体能量代谢特征参数衰亡速率常数(k)、最大热功率(Pmax)、总发热量(Q)、衰亡时间(t)为评价指标,考察增溶性辅料吐温80作用下红细胞的能量动态变化过程.结果表明,随着吐温80浓度(C)的增大,红细胞生长代谢特征参数总发热量(Q)降低、最大热功率(Pmax)增强、衰亡时间(t)减小、衰亡速率常数(k)减小,Q,k与ln C间量效关系良好(相关系数r>0.95);不同厂家吐温80作用于红细胞的总发热量(Q)存在显著性差异(P<0.05).与肉眼观察法、分光光度法、细胞计数等常规方法比较,微量量热法较能实时在线、全息地监测增溶性辅料对红细胞生理活性的动态过程,尤其是对亚致死效应细胞测定的分辨能力.该法可用于增溶性辅料吐温80质量标准的生物测定,亦为红细胞能量代谢等相关研究提供了实验参考. 相似文献

The formation process of silicon-nanocrystals (Si-NCs) in the amorphous silicon/silicon dioxide (a-Si/SiO2) multilayer structure during thermal annealing is theoretically studied with a modified model based on the Gibbs free energy variation. In this model, the concept of average effective interfacial free energy variation is introduced and the whole formation process consisting of nucleation and subsequent growth is considered. The calculating results indicate that there is a lower limit of the silicon layer thickness for forming Si-NCs in a-Si/SiO2 multilayer, and the oxide interfaces cannot constrain their lateral growth. Furthermore, by comparing the results for a-Si/SiO2 and a-Si/SiNx multilayers, it is found that the constraint on the crystal growth from the dielectric interfaces depends on the difference between interfacial free energies. 相似文献

A novel practical 1.66-μm pulse light source with adjustable pulse duration is proposed. A 2.5-km Raman fiber is placed into a ring type Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser (Q-EDFL), serving as both delay line fiber and Raman gain medium so that in addition to the wavelength shifted to 1.6μm, the pulse duration and the buildup time can be relatively extended. By properly controlling the fall edge of the acousto-optic switch (AOS), the pulse duration of 30-345 ns for~770-Hz repetition frequency with power of 1-1.6 W is achieved. 相似文献

To improve the magnetic and mechanical properties of a Heusler alloy of Ni52Mn24Ga24,iron was doped with some cotents,Single crystals of the pseudoquaternary Heusler alloy of Ni52Mn8Fe15Ga24 have been synthesized for mechanical and magnetostrictive measurements.The magnetostriction loops and stress-strain curves were measured under different coupled magnetic-mechanical loads.The experimental results show that the brittleness of the sample is clearly improved and Yong‘s modulus of 13.7GPa is obtained in the [001] direction due to the part substitution of Fe for Mn.Furthermore,the toughness and Vickers hardness of the sample are also given by use of the indentation technique. 相似文献

A horizontally slotted photonic crystal nanobeam cavity with an embedded active nanopillar structure is proposed for ultrafast direct modulation. By designing the thicknesses of both the nanobeam and the horizontal slot layer, the quality factor (Q factor) and the mode volume (Vn ) of the proposed cavity can be engineered independently. As a result, the spontaneous emission (SpE) rate is enhanced with a small Vn of 2.4 while the SpE rate and the cavity photon lifetime have an optimal Q factor of ~ 1000. In our simulation, the modulation bandwidth could be enhanced up to 170 GHz with different emission linewidths of the active nanopillar. 相似文献
