口服谷氨酰胺颗粒对烧创伤患者的疗效及安全性分析

目的观察口服谷氨酰胺(Gln)颗粒对烧(创)伤及大手术患者的疗效及可能发生的不良反应.方法采用随机双盲、安慰剂对照法,将受试患者分为Gln组和对照组,每组60例,两组患者采用等氮、等热量的营养支持.Gln组口服或管饲Gln 0.5 g·kg-1·d-1,对照组使用同等剂量的安慰剂甘氨酸,疗程均为7 d.比较用药前后两组患者肠黏膜屏障功能、蛋白代谢、免疫功能、肝和肾功能的变化及不良反应等. 结果伤后两组患者血浆Gln浓度明显低于正常值,而血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性、内毒素含量、肠黏膜通透性[尿乳果糖/甘露醇(L/M)]及尿氮排量均明显增高;但Gln组用药7 d后血浆Gln浓度与用药前比较增加38.04%(P＜0.01).Gln组血浆前白蛋白、转铁蛋白及白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量均显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),升幅分别为21.19%、51.11%、57.54%.血浆DAO活性、L/M比值、内毒素含量及尿氮排量明显低于对照组,降幅分别为47.26%、52.18%、22.22%、27.78%(P＜0.05或0.01).两组患者的血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、血尿常规及肝、肾功能在用约前后变化不明显(P＞0.05).用药后有少数患者出现轻微不良反应如恶心、腹泻和便秘等,2～3 d后自行缓解,两组间比较,差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05).结论口服Gln能显著提高患者血浆Gln浓度,明显减轻伤后肠黏膜受损程度,并能促进机体蛋白合成,降低蛋白分解,提高机体免疫功能,且临床应用无明显不良反应.     

神经生长因子基因转染联合强化铁营养防治豚鼠爆震性聋的实验研究

Objective To study the protective effects of adenovirus-mediated human beta-nerve growth factor gene (hNGFβ) transfer combined with iron fortified nutrition on blast hearing damage in guinea pigs. Methods Deafness was induced by blast (172dB SPL) in 35 healthy guinea pigs. Seven days after noise exposure, 10 guinea pigs were inoculated with adenovirus-mediated hNGFβ (Ad-hNGFβ) into the perilymphatic space (the gene group), another 10 guinea pigs were given hNGFβ combined with iron fortified nutritional diet (the combination group), still another 10 guinea pigs were inoculated with artificial perilymphatic fluid (APF), and 5 guinea pigs served as control, given neither medicine nor noise exposure. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) threshold shifts were monitored in the guinea pigs before blast exposure and after gene transfer. Changes in cochlear morphology were examined with immunohistochemical and HE staining. Results One week after successful inoculation of hNGFβ, it was noted that Ad-hNGFβ protein was expressed in each turn of the cochlea, and its intensity was almost equal. After gene transfer in the combination group and the gene group, ABR threshold shifts at week 1 and 4 were significantly smaller than those of the APF group. HE staining showed that the number of the spiral ganglion cells in the combination group and the Ad-hNGFβ group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks (P<0.01). Conclusions Ad-hNGFβ combined with iron fortified nutritional diet was effective in the prevention and treatment of blast hearing damage of cochlear hair cells.     

增溶分光光度法测定人发中铝

目的：建立一种测定人发中铝的新方法。方法：以铬天青S－溴化十六烷基三甲铵为表面活性剂增溶分光光度法测定人发中铝。结果：方法检出限为0.006μg/ml，相对标准偏差小于1．3％，加标回收率在91％－104％之间。结论：方法简便，不需要特殊仪器，易于推广使用。     

新疆出血热病毒与流行性出血热病毒的生物学特性比较

本文通过免疫荧光(IF)和电镜(EM)技术对新疆出血热(XHF)及流行性出血热(EHF)病毒的生物学特性在Vero E_6及LLC-MK_2两株传代细胞上进行了比较。两种病毒感染两株细胞后免疫荧光染色有两种不同的荧光形态特征,两种病毒对细胞的敏感性明显不同,XHF病毒在LLC-MK_2细胞上感染后6～8天可出现明显的细胞病变,而EHF病毒感染此细胞后则不引起病变。电镜观察到两种病毒在LLC-MK_2细胞中都能形成与布尼病毒相似的形态特征。     

农民工结核病健康教育效果评价

目的 探讨开展结核病健康教育对提高农民工相关知识知晓率和态度正确率的作用.方法 对重庆市南岸区农民工进行结核病相关知识的健康教育,教育方式是由专科医生进行专题讲座.健康教育讲座前后在同一现场统一发放问卷,并当场收回,对教育前后农民工的结核病相关知识作一一配对比较.结果 调查15项内容,其中有14项内容教育前后有显著性差异.教育前农民工结核病知识知晓率为67.5%,教育后知晓率为99.5%;正向态度报告率从教育前的44.1%提高到60.1%.结论 健康教育能提高农民工防治结核病知识知晓率和态度正确率,此方法值得推广.     

Polymer strength and chain conformation

It is found that the expected maximum strength of polymers is not proportional to the number of polymer chains per unit area. Under uniaxial stressing only part of polymer chains, i.e., overstressed chains, contribute to the strength of the polymer. The number of overstressed chains obtained here for some polymers is consistent with the results of electron paramagnetic resonance and stress-Fourier-transform IR measurements: (a) Polymers with all-trans conformation of their chains have more overstressed chains than those with helix conformation; (b) in the case of polymers with helix conformation, those with smaller side groups have more overstressed chains. Under uniaxial stress, the polymer chains change their conformation from gauche to trans which results in a relief of stress. Polymer with helix conformation thus have less overstressed chains and, hence, lower strength than polymers with all-trans conformation.     

Cultural perspectives and current consumption changes of cooked rice in Korean diet

Cooked rice is a staple food for Koreans which provides more than 60% of daily required energy. In 1960''s, Koreans ate 600 g-800 g of cooked rice per meal and the energy obtained from cooked rice was almost more than 80% of the daily intake of energy. However, as the economy of Korea improved, the major industry has been shifted from agriculture to various manufacturing industries and the export of those products has been increased thus increasing the national income but decreasing the farming population and thus rice consumption have been decreased. It has been said that the decreased rice consumption is caused solely by decreased farming population but it can also be said that the decreased farming population is caused by decreased rice consumption.As the national income increases, the type of foods people consume have become diversified. Various processed foods such as convenience food or ready-to-eat food have been widespread, which are mostly made of wheat flour rather than rice.     

特素联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌28例临床研究

目的 评价特素（紫杉醇注射液）联合卡铂（伯尔定）方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效和不良反应.方法 收集我院2004年3月～2006年12月收治的Ⅲb～Ⅳ期的NSCLC患者28例,进行特素（紫杉醇注射液）联合卡铂（伯尔定）化疗.全部患者均有可测量的指标.给药方法：特素135～175mg/m2d1＋卡铂5mg·ml^-1·min^-1d2,静脉注射,28天为一周期.结果 全组总有效率50.0%,Ⅲb期有效率62.5%,Ⅳ期有效率45.0%.化疗副反应主要是骨髓抑制及消化道反应,其中Ⅲ～Ⅳ度分别为24.0%、10.7%.结论 特素联合卡铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗有效,耐受性良好.     

PFT-α对结肠上皮细胞凋亡和周期的影响及机制探讨

目的探讨p53抑制剂（p-fifty three inhibitor—alpha，PFT-α）对结肠上皮细胞凋亡、周期的影响及机制。研究PFT-α对热化疗损伤结肠上皮细胞的影响。方法顺铂联合温热处理原代培养结肠七皮细胞30min，对比加入不同浓度PFT-α后，Annexin V—FITC／PI染色，流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。PI染色检测细胞周期。Western blot检测结肠上皮细胞Cyclin B1和Cdc2（Tyr15）表达。结果不同浓度PFT-α作用于热化疗处理的结肠上皮细胞后，细胞凋亡率下降且呈剂量依赖性。流式细胞仪细胞周期分析显示在运用PFT-α后，结肠上皮细胞的G2／M延长，CyclinB1和Cde2（Tyr15）蛋白表达随PFT—α的剂量升高而逐渐增强。结论PFT-α可能通过促进CyclinB1蛋白表达，Cde2（Tyr15）磷酸化水平升高，降低CyclinB1／Cde2活性，细胞停滞于G2／M期，减轻热化疗对结肠上皮细胞的损伤。
