This paper applies the hybrid boundary node method (Hybrid BNM) for the thermal analysis of 3D composites. A new formulation is derived for the inclusion-based composites. In the new formulation, the unknowns of the interfaces are assembled only once in the final system equation, which can reduce nearly one half of degrees of freedom (DOFs) compared with the conventional multi-domain solver when there are lots of inclusions. A new version of the fast multipole method (FMM) is also coupled with the new formulation and the technique is applied to thermal analysis of composites with many inclusions. In the new fast multipole hybrid boundary node method (FM-HBNM), a diagonal form for translation operators is used and the method presented can be applied to the computation of more than 1,000,000 DOFs on a personal computer. Numerical examples are presented to analyze the thermal behavior of composites with many inclusions.  相似文献

基于全模态展开定理,提出了计算重频阻尼结构模态灵敏度的全模态算法和高精度截模态算法。首先通过引入松驰因子的移频法克服了重频现象对模态灵敏度分析的影响,给出了重频模态灵敏度的全模态算法,并从理论上分析了这种算法的误差来源及控制方法;其次通过分析各阶模态在模态灵敏度的全模态线性展开式中的贡献作为截断准则来实施截断,从而提出了重频结构模态灵敏度分析的高精度截模态算法,并给出了其误差分析方法。提出的高精度截模态算法仅需少量模态,即可获得对称及非对称系统任一重频模态的灵敏度信息,无论是理论分析还是数值计算的结果均表明了该算法的正确性及高效性。  相似文献

ZnO thin films were synthesized via hydrothermal method on silicon substrate at various solution concentrations. The thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscope and UV–Vis spectrophotometer. The results show that the thin films are polycrystalline with wurtzite hexagonal structure. The T c values of (101) surface of the thin film increase from 0.929 to 1.840 at first, and then decrease to 0.779 with increasing solution concentration. The preferential orientation along the (101) crystal surface can be controlled by changing the solution concentration. Solution concentration has a significant effect on surface morphology of the thin films. The optical band gap of the thin films decreases, when the solution concentration of zinc nitrate hexahydrate increases from 0.01 to 0.06 mol/L and then increases when the solution concentration of zinc nitrate hexahydrate further increases to 0.08 mol/L. Photocatalytic activity of the thin films on degradation of methyl orange under UV light irradiation was studied in detail. The ZnO thin film with many cracks prepared from 0.01 mol/L shows the higher photocatalytic activity but the tower-like ZnO thin film prepared from 0.08 mol/L reveals the lower photocatalytic activity. Therefore, the photocatalytic activity of the thin films are mainly relate to surface morphology and crystallographic orientation.  相似文献

We successfully synthesized hierarchical SnO2 flower-like architectures assembled with nanorods via a facile hydrothermal route under mild condition. The structures and morphologies of the obtained hierarchical architectures were characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. By varying hydrothermal reaction time, we obtained the sphere-like and flower-like SnO2. The evolution that the morphology changing from sphere-like to flower-like was systematically investigated. Moreover, the mechanism of formation for this structure was proposed in detail.  相似文献

A novel ultra low-firing microwave dielectric ceramic with the composition of Na2BiMg2V3O12 was fabricated by a solid state reaction method. The phase structure, sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties of ceramics were investigated. The ceramic can be well densified at 660 °C for 4 h. X-ray diffraction data show that Na2BiMg2V3O12 has a cubic garnet structure with lattice parameters of a = 12.4929 Å, V = 1,949.80 Å3, Z = 8 and ρ = 4.42 g/cm3. The microwave dielectric properties are strongly related to the density and morphology of the samples. The ceramic sintered 660 °C exhibits good microwave dielectric properties with εr = 23.2, Q × f = 3,700 GHz and τ f  = 8.2 ppm/°C. These results indicate that Na2BiMg2V3O12 ceramic is a candidate for low temperature co-fired ceramics devices, such as chip multi-layer LC filter, microstrip bandpass filter, multilayer antenna.  相似文献

A ferroelectric/multiferroic/ferroelectric sandwiched structure composed by Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (NBT) and Bi1.07Nd0.03FeO3 (BNF) with a LaNiO3 buffer layer were prepared by a sol–gel method. X-ray diffraction indicated the NBT/BNF/NBT films exhibited a pure perovskite structure. The average grain size of BNF and NBT/BNF/NBT were found to be 40 and 80 nm, respectively. Interestingly, the electrical and ferroelectric properties such as leakage current, dielectric constant, and remnant polarization of NBT/BNF/NBT sandwiched layer, were superior to those of BNF single film. However, the saturation magnetization of NBT/BNF/NBT sandwiched layer was reduced. Our work suggested the NBT/BNF/NBT sandwiched layer with improved multiferroic characteristics have a promising application for future information storage devices.  相似文献
