MH对EBA阻燃及热降解行为影响

采用极限氧指数法、热重分析和差示扫描量热分析等技术和手段研究了氢氧化镁（MH）对乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物（EBA）的阻燃性能、力学性能及热降解行为的影响。结果表明：EBA／MH复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和熔体流动速率均随着MH用量的增加而降低；当MH的质量分数为60％时，复合材料的极限氧指数可达34．3％；MH通过分解吸热可提高EBA的热稳定性；MH表面羟基与EBA的反应性基团发生相互作用，以及EBA发生酯裂解后形成的羧酸与MH反应形成热稳定性更高的离聚物，均可提高EBA在高温下的热稳定性，并改变EBA的热降解历程。MH的“热阱”机理对EBA的阻燃起着很重要的作用。     

Rate control of hierarchical B prediction structure for multi-view video coding

Rate control plays an important role in regulating bit streams in video coding. In order to obtain good coding performance, the hierarchical B prediction structure has been adopted in Multi-view Video Coding (MVC). However, the conventional rate control scheme is not efficient in the hierarchical B prediction structure. In this paper, we propose a rate control algorithm to address this problem. First, the accurate estimation of Mean Absolute Distortion (MAD) of the current frame is desired for both quantization parameter (QP) selection and Rate Distortion Optimization (RDO). Considering the hierarchical B structure, a bi-directional MAD prediction model is proposed to predict the MAD of the current frame by using the actual MADs of the encoded frames in the lower Temporal Layers (TLs). Second, the number of header bits has a close relationship with the TLs in the hierarchical B prediction structure. Therefore, we propose an enhanced prediction method in which a proportional relationship of the header bits is introduced if the frames are located in different TLs. Experimental results show that our proposed algorithm can achieve both accurate target bit rate and good coding performance.     

过氧化甲乙酮合成研究

研究了在酸性催化剂存在下，以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作溶剂，由双氧水和甲乙酮作用制取过氧化甲乙酮溶液的工艺，并得到最佳工艺条件。结果表明，产品性能优良。

结合实际工作经验,讨论了整定计算软件在新型继电保护系统中应用的必要性,评定和探究了整定管理在继电保护故障分析中的运用,并总结了整定管理在整套系统中的实际应用。     

Preparation and protein adsorption of hydrogel polysucrose microspheres

A series of novel hydrogel polysucrose microspheres with the mean size ranging from 200 to 500 μm were prepared via two‐step method. First, soluble polysucrose was synthesized by solution polymerization between sucrose and epichlorohydrin; second, a reversed phase suspension crosslinking reaction was performed to prepare polysucrose microspheres. The SEM images indicated that these spherical beads had smooth surface and hydrogel interior structure. FTIR was used to characterize the chemical structure of the beads. The hydrated and dry densities, equilibrium water content, and hydroxyl content of polysucrose microspheres were also investigated. The characteristic of high hydroxyl content (15.48–19.04 mmol/g) make these microspheres suitable for protein adsorption. Meanwhile, bovine serum albumin was used to examine the adsorption capacity of the microspheres. These microspheres had a capacity as high as 49.28 mg/g. 混合物MH-81状态方程的研究——从无限稀释活度系数预测混合物汽液平衡

本文由无限稀释活度系数求取混合物MH-81状态方程的二元相互作用参数,预测了二元混合物的汽液平衡,获得了较满意的结果。     

Damping of vinyl acetate–n‐butyl acrylate copolymers

A photopolymerization process at room temperature was devised to copolymerize vinyl acetate (VAc) and n‐butyl acrylate (BA) mainly to prepare rubber‐like damping sheet bearing pressure‐sensitive adhesive property in this study. The investigations using both the differential scanning calorimeter and rheometric dynamic analysis show the existence of two glass transition temperatures for each copolymer. The scanning electron microscopic pictures reveal that the degree of microphase separation increases with increasing annealing time at 70°C. It was suggested that the rubbery domain (formed by the PBA blocks) disperses in the glassy domain (constituted by the PVAc blocks), making an effective damping entity. Excellent damping was observed for the copolymer samples, with the tanδ peak values as high as 1.76–1.80 at a certain temperature range and with tanδ> 0.3 at quite wide temperature ranges. 染料及中间体生产中的治理方法三废(Ⅰ)

由于我国染料及中间体行业近三十年来发展迅猛,而染料企业大多数是小型厂,染料品种繁多,在化工系统中,这一行业目前几乎是污染最严重、污染面最大、治理最差的。同时,一些发达国家把污染重、难治理的产品关停,转向发展中国家生产,染料中间体便是其中之一。所以我国大量的小型乡镇企业治理难度就更大了。不同染料生产原料、工艺过程不同,所排“三废”即有共同的特性,又有各自特点,因此需要针对各自的不同分别处理。本文从废气、有机废液和废渣、废水三方面详细叙述了工业上常用的治理方法及适用条件。并例举了几类排放量较大的废水的治理方法。
