论功用主义伦理思想的演进过程

功用主义伦理学属于目的论伦理学,它盛行于18世纪末至19世纪初。但就其思想渊源而言,可上溯到古希腊时期的快乐论和幸福论。长期以来人们一般都将功用主义伦理学分为古典和现代两种理论形态,这似乎是在学界比较流行的观点。但这种观点的一个明显缺陷就是：它只承认功用主义是快乐论和幸福论的一个较为晚近的形式。如若承认功用主义是古希腊时期快乐论和幸福论的一个较为晚近的形式,那么就等于承认了功用主义伦理思想是由古希腊时期的快乐论和幸福论思想的基础上演变而来的历史事实。因此,功用主义本身无论如何改变其理论形态,都不可能完全脱离快乐论和幸福论所主张的快乐或幸福等核心概念。因此,将整个功用主义分为前功用主义、古典功用主义和现代功用主义等彼此关联的三个发展阶段是非常有必要的。     

村级直接民主的困境

当代中国是民主国家,整个国家的主导制度是间接民主,但其中也有直接民主的因素和成分.村民自治就是一种在农村基层社区实施的直接民主,这一基层直接民主通过村民会议、村代表会议、村选举委员会、村级直选等形式来表现民主参与、民主选举、民主管理、民主监督.但是,村级直接民主的践行中还存在着不可忽视的困境.     

Redefinition of gestational diabetes mellitus: implications for laboratory practice in Croatia

An increasing prevalence of gestational diabetes has become a very challenging task in prenatal care worldwide. International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG) has recently issued recommendations on the diagnosis and classification of hyperglycaemia in pregnancy. These recommendations, the first to provide harmonised, evidence-based criteria for the diagnosis and classification of diabetes in pregnancy, are currently being discussed and accepted worldwide by the relevant authorities. As the acceptance of the proposed criteria has major implications for both clinical and laboratory settings, a concerted action towards necessary changes in practice has to be carefully planned and adjusted to national health-care specificities.IADPSG criteria have been strongly advocated by the Croatian Perinatology Society, resulting in a new strategy for the detection and diagnosis of hyperglycaemic disorders in pregnancy.To address the respective laboratory requirements, in April 2012, the Croatian Chamber of Medical Biochemists appointed a Working Group to provide a standardised procedure for the diagnosis of gestational diabetes, applicable to all laboratories involved in prenatal care, in both primary and specialised health-care facilities.In this paper we discuss key laboratory-related issues regarding succesful implementation of the IADPSG criteria in Croatia.     

公共图书馆中文图书目次数据建设研究

本文介绍了网络环境下产生于各种制作主体的目次数据的特征,阐述了图书馆进行中文图书目次数据建设的方式及利弊,介绍了国际上以图书馆界共建及跨行业合作两种形式进行书目数据建设的发展情况,在此基础上,提出以书目数据共建平台为依托,整合各方力量进行目次数据建设的方案。     

国内外大型图书馆联盟建设比较研究——以中国国家图书馆与OCLC为例

文章以中国国家图书馆与OCLC为例,对比两者在联盟化建设中管理模式和合作体系构成等几方面的差异,分析其原因、优劣及对国内图书馆联盟建设的启示,提出了国内大型图书馆联盟应在吸收国外先进经验、同时关注自身特点的前提下向统一管理、积极开拓大范围合作圈发展的观点。     

Development of the Efficacy Beliefs for Conceptual Change Learning Questionnaire

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to assess college students’ efficacy beliefs for conceptual change and to examine the psychometric properties of the instrument. Participants were 692 students. Results of the confirmatory factor analysis supported the hypothesized single factor structure of Efficacy Beliefs for Conceptual Change Learning Questionnaire providing evidence for the construct validity. Evidence for concurrent validity also is provided. On the basis of the evidence provided in this study, the questionnaire appears to produce valid and reliable scores for college students. With the use of the questionnaire, conceptual change researchers might be able to better assess the relationship between students’ efficacy beliefs and the change in their conceptual understandings of various science concepts.

试论现阶段西藏农牧区社会保障对策研究

西藏是一个人口少的自治区,全区总人口的80％是农牧人口,然而作为社会“减震器”和社会公平“调节器”的社会保障制度实施却长时间内只是关注于城镇居民,对占人口多数的农牧区居民投入很少。要建设好现阶段在西藏农牧区社会保障制度体系,就应以政府为主导,多渠道筹措资金,不断完善和普及合作医疗制度,同时,各地市应结合实际情况不断探索新思路,尝试新方法。     

教育理论与实践的本然统一

解释学是哲学,而且是实践哲学。在实践哲学视野下,理论不再被概念所固化为抽象的认识,理论总是在实践中不断生成和实现自身。在此意义上,理论可以生动、鲜活,与丰富的实践具有本然统一的联系。从教育之作为实践的本性出发,在一个相当根本的层面上,教育理论可以有这样一种探索和建构:它属于实践哲学的范畴,作为实践的理论形态,完成并实现于教育实践活动之中,它并不与教育实践相对立、相分离,而是具有不可分割的本然联系。
