In this study, radio frequency (RF) sputtering was used as the method and the layer-structured bismuth compound of SrBi4Ti4O15 + 4 wt% Bi2O3 ferroelectric ceramic was used as the target to deposit the SrBi4Ti4O15 (SBT) thin films. The addition of excess Bi2O3 content in the target ceramic was used to compensate the vaporization of Bi2O3 during the sintering and deposition processes. SBT ferroelectric thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si under optimal RF magnetron sputtering parameters with different substrate temperatures for 2 h. After that the SBT thin films were post-heated using rapid temperature annealing (RTA) method. The dielectric and electrical characteristics of the SBT thin films were measured using metal-ferroelectric-metal (MFM) structure. From the physical and electrical measurements of X-ray diffraction pattern, scanning electronic microscope (SEM), I-V curve, and C-V curve, we had found that the substrate temperature and RTA-treated temperature had large influences on the morphology, the crystalline structure, the leakage current density, and the dielectric constant of the SBT thin films. 相似文献

Two analytical models based on the slab method are proposed to examine the behavior of sheet at the roll gap during the asymmetrical
hot strip rolling process. In model I, the effect of shear stress in vertical plane at the roll gap is considered, whereas
this effect is neglected in model II. Neutral points between rolls and strip, rolling pressure distributions along the contact
art length of rolls, rolling forces, and rolling torques can be calculated easily by these proposed analytical models. The
results including rolling pressure distributions, rolling forces, and rolling torques by both models are compared. The rolling
pressure distribution predicted by model I shows that a “pressure well” develops in the cross shear region. On the other hand,
no “pressure well” is predicted in model II. Furthermore, the rolling forces predicted by model I are always lower than those
measured in the experiment, whereas those predicted by model II are always higher. However, the averages of the values predicted
by model I and II are in fairly good agreement with the experimental data. Thus this analytical approach can offer useful

An analytical model for general asymmetrical cold rolling is proposed to investigate the behavior of sheet during asymmetrical
rolling using the slab analysis. Neutral points between the upper and lower rolls and the strip, rolling pressure distribution
along the contact interface of the roll and strip, and rolling forces, as well as rolling torque, can be calculated easily

High-quality epitaxial AlN films were deposited on sapphire substrates at low growth temperature using a helicon sputtering system. SAW filters fabricated on the AlN films exhibited excellent characteristics, with center frequency of 354.2 MHz, which corresponds to a phase velocity of 5667 m/s. An oscillator fabricated using AlN-based SAW devices is presented and applied to deep-UV light detection. A frequency downshift of about 43 KHz was observed when the surface of SAW device was illuminated by a UV source with dominant wavelength of around 200 nm. The results indicate the feasibility of developing remote sensors for deep-UV measurement using AlN-based SAW oscillators. 相似文献

Nonlocal behavior during thermal lagging is studied in this work to accommodate the effect of the thermomass (TM) of the dielectric lattices. Perfect correlations are established, with the lagging time in the TM model equivalent to the phase lag of the heat flux vector and the length parameter in the TM model equivalent to the correlating length describing the nonlocal response. Simultaneous existence of the nonlocal (in space) and lagging (in time) behaviors give rise to a new type of thermal waves, which can be many times faster than the Cattaneo–Vernotte waves. Nonlinear behaviors of the phase lag and the correlating length are considered in the general model to study their influences on suppressing the sharp wavefronts. This paper proposes a new discrete fuzzy-tuning current-vector control (FTC) scheme for three-phase pulsewidth modulation (PWM) inverters. The proposed current control scheme can achieve fast transient responses and, at the same time, have very low total harmonic distortion in output current during steady-state operation. The proposed FTC scheme generates quasi-optimum PWM patterns by using a closed-loop control technique with instantaneous current feedback. An adaptive repetitive control scheme is proposed and applied to the control of a pulsewidth-modulated (PWM) inverter used in a high-performance AC power supply. The proposed control scheme can adaptively eliminate periodic distortions caused by unknown periodic load disturbances in an AC power supply. The proposed adaptive repetitive controller consists of a voltage regulator using state feedback control, a repetitive controller with tuning parameters and an adaptive controller with a recursive least-squares estimator (LSE). This adaptive repetitive controller designed for AC voltage regulation has been realized using a single-chip digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320C14 from Texas Instruments. Experimental verification has been carried out on a 2 kVA PWM inverter. Autoimmune hypophysitis (AH) is an autoimmune disease of the pituitary for which the pathogenesis is incompletely known. AH is often treated with corticosteroids; however, steroids may lead to considerable side effects. Using a mouse model of AH (experimental autoimmune hypophysitis, EAH), we show that interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1) is upregulated in the pituitaries of mice that developed EAH. We identified rosoxacin as a specific inhibitor for IRAK1 and found it could treat EAH. Rosoxacin treatment at an early stage (day 0–13) slightly reduced disease severity, whereas treatment at a later stage (day 14–27) significantly suppressed EAH. Further investigation indicated rosoxacin reduced production of autoantigen-specific antibodies. Rosoxacin downregulated production of cytokines and chemokines that may dampen T cell differentiation or recruitment to the pituitary. Finally, rosoxacin downregulated class II major histocompatibility complex expression on antigen-presenting cells that may lead to impaired activation of autoantigen-specific T cells. These data suggest that IRAK1 may play a pathogenic role in AH and that rosoxacin may be an effective drug for AH and other inflammatory diseases involving IRAK1 dysregulation. 相似文献
