OBS边缘节点接收设备的研究

光突发交换(OBS)网络边缘节点的接收设备具有与普通光网络接收设备不同的要求和特点.首先,光突发接收要求有快速的信号同步时间,以减少前导字节所占用的开销;其次,特有的帧结构要求有相应的解封装操作和业务数据的快速交换能力.本文设计和测试了光突发接收电路,同时利用大容量FPGA完成了信号的解封装和IP数据的快速交换,并以此开发了OBS边缘节点接收设备,在系统测试中证明该设备符合光突发交换系统的要求.     

Facile Two‐Step Synthesis of All‐Inorganic Perovskite CsPbX3 (X = Cl,Br, and I) Zeolite‐Y Composite Phosphors for Potential Backlight Display Application

Recently developed CsPbX₃ (X = Cl, Br, and I) perovskite quantum dots (QDs) hold great potential for various applications owing to their superior optical properties, such as tunable emissions, high quantum efficiency, and narrow linewidths. However, poor stability under ambient conditions and spontaneous ion exchange among QDs hinder their application, for example, as phosphors in white‐light‐emitting diodes (WLEDs). Here, a facile two‐step synthesis procedure is reported for luminescent and color‐tunable CsPbX₃–zeolite‐Y composite phosphors, where perovskite QDs are encapsulated in the porous zeolite matrix. First zeolite‐Y is infused with Cs⁺ ions by ion exchange from an aqueous solution and then forms CsPbX₃ QDs by diffusion and reaction with an organic solution of PbX₂. The zeolite encapsulation reduces degradation and improves the stability of the QDs under strong illumination. A WLED is fabricated using the resulting microscale composites, with Commission Internationale de I'Eclairage (CIE) color coordinates (0.38, 0.37) and achieving 114% of National Television Standards Committee (NTSC) and 85% of the ITU‐R Recommendation BT.2020 (Rec.2020) coverage.     

增益与光强的相关系数对光栅外腔半导体激光器稳态特性的影响

本文引入增益与光强的相关系数h,建立了光栅外腔半导体激光器的稳态模型。数值计算结果表明:激光器的其它参数必须与h相匹配,才能使激光输出的稳定区增大,且可在一定波长范围内进行选频,保证很好的单模性。     

铝电解电容器的温度加速因子

采用温度作为铝电解电容器寿命加速因子,通常根据“１０℃法则”或“７℃法则”计算。作者通过对６３Ｖ－４７μＦ铝电解电容器在四种不同温度下的负荷试验（＋８５℃、＋９５℃、＋１０５℃、＋１１５℃）后对数百只样品、数万个测量数据进行了处理分析。认为单纯地使用“１０℃法则”或“７℃法则”不能准确地描述温度加速因子。作者结合铝电解电容器的结构,分析了铝电解电容器的失效因素,给出了负荷试验中温度与铝电解电容器寿命的关系。     

非平衡磁控溅射TiAlN薄膜的抗高温氧化行为研究

采用非平衡磁控溅射技术在Q235钢基体上制备了TiAlN薄膜,通过精密电子天平、纳米力学探针、划痕测试仪及扫描电镜等测试分析,研究了薄膜氧化动力学行为、薄膜显微硬度和结合力的变化规律及不同温度下氧化后薄膜表面形貌演变规律,探讨了Ti AlN薄膜的抗高温氧化机制。结果表明,在700℃以上TiAlN薄膜的氧化动力学行为服从抛物线规律。随着氧化温度的升高,薄膜的显微硬度和结合力逐渐下降,当氧化温度升高到800℃时,薄膜具有较高的显微硬度和结合力,分别为19.3 GPa和32.1 N,表现出良好的抗高温氧化性能。当氧化温度升高到900℃时,薄膜表面出现了明显的鼓包和裂纹,此时薄膜发生了严重氧化,薄膜已失去对基体的保护作用。     

Comprehensive Analysis of hsa-miR-654-5p’s Tumor-Suppressing Functions

The pivotal roles of miRNAs in carcinogenesis, metastasis, and prognosis have been demonstrated recently in various cancers. This study intended to investigate the specific roles of hsa-miR-654-5p in lung cancer, which is, in general, rarely discussed. A series of closed-loop bioinformatic functional analyses were integrated with in vitro experimental validation to explore the overall biological functions and pan-cancer regulation pattern of miR-654-5p. We found that miR-654-5p abundance was significantly elevated in LUAD tissues and correlated with patients’ survival. A total of 275 potential targets of miR-654-5p were then identified and the miR-654-5p-RNF8 regulation axis was validated in vitro as a proof of concept. Furthermore, we revealed the tumor-suppressing roles of miR-654-5p and demonstrated that miR-654-5p inhibited the lung cancer cell epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process, cell proliferation, and migration using target-based, abundance-based, and ssGSEA-based bioinformatic methods and in vitro validation. Following the construction of a protein–protein interaction network, 11 highly interconnected hub genes were identified and a five-genes risk scoring model was developed to assess their potential prognostic ability. Our study does not only provide a basic miRNA-mRNA-phenotypes reference map for understanding the function of miR-654-5p in different cancers but also reveals the tumor-suppressing roles and prognostic values of miR-654-5p.
