An electromigration failure model which can be used to project the electromigration lifetime under pulsed DC and AC current stressing has been reported. The experimental results indicate that different metallization systems (Al-2%Si, Al4%Cu/TiW, and Cu) show similar failure behaviors, which can be explained and predicted by this model. The pulsed DC lifetime is found to be longer than DC lifetime, and the AC lifetime is found to be very much longer. 基于作者新近提出的一种混合塑性硬化准则和临界状态土力学理论建立了一个三维形式表述的适于饱和黏性土的弹塑性双面模型,此硬化准则是著名的M asing方法在三维应力空间中的推广。该模型的二维形式已采用饱和黏性土样室内动态三轴不排水剪切试验的结果进行了验证并已在另文发表。本文所建的三维弹塑性动本构模型与一个半经验的孔隙水压力增长模式相结合,通过有限元程序ABAQUS*对一个循环荷载作用下的条形基础下部地基土层内的位移、应力分布和超孔隙水压力随时间的变化进行了分析,计算结果表明模型预测的地基土的力学响应是符合实际的。 相似文献

Steam cracking for the production of light olefins, such as ethylene and propylene, is the single most energy-consuming process in the chemical industry. This paper reviews conventional steam cracking and innovative olefin technologies in terms of energy efficiency. It is found that the pyrolysis section of a naphtha steam cracker alone consumes approximately 65% of the total process energy and approximately 75% of the total exergy loss. A family portrait of olefin technologies by feedstocks is drawn to search for alternatives. An overview of state-of-the-art naphtha cracking technologies shows that approximately 20% savings on the current average process energy use are possible. Advanced naphtha cracking technologies in the pyrolysis section, such as advanced coil and furnace materials, could together lead to up to approximately 20% savings on the process energy use by state-of-the-art technologies. Improvements in the compression and separation sections could together lead to up to approximately 15% savings. A novel route was developed to prepare PbS and HgS nanocrystals in ethanol solvent in the presence of sodium hydroxide by microwave heating method. PbS and HgS nanocrystals were obtained with an average size of approximately 10 and 6 nm, respectively. In the reaction, mercury acetate and lead acetate were used as mercury and lead source; sulfur powder was employed as chalcogenide source.
