Dendrite crystal morphology evolution mechanism of β-BaB_2O_4 crystal

Existence of [B3-O6]3- hexagonal ring growth unit in melt solution of β-BaB2O4 crystal was proved by the results of high temperature Raman measurements.A morphology evolution process of β-BaB2O4 crys-tal was observed by a high temperature in-situ observation device.The crystal morphology varied with the supersaturation of growth melt solution.The mechanism of β-BaB2O4 crystal morphology evolution was analyzed through the growth unit model.

挤压模具型腔轮廊曲线优化拟合分析

采用三次样条函数插值和Bezier曲线拟合两种方法来完成挤压模具型腔轮廓形状的优化设计 ,以挤压表面载荷沿凹模型腔轮廓表面均匀分布来提高模具寿命为优化目标 ,运用刚塑性有限元分析和修正的序列二次规划算法相结合的方法 ,获得了各自优化了的凹模型腔轮廓曲线。通过有限元软件验证了优化结果的有效性和可行性。将这些方法应用于气门及其他类似零件的生产 ,证明了优化的凹模型腔轮廓曲线对提高模具使用寿命有显著效果

Nb_2O_5-MnO-SiO_2渣中Nb_2O_5和MnO活度的研究SCIEI

本文利用含NbFe液与Nb_2O_5-MnO-SiO_2渣之间平衡,在1828K温度下应用固体电解质浓差电池方法测定了Fe液中氧的活度,从而计算出渣中Nb_2O_5及MnO的活度,并绘制了Nb_2O_5-MnO-SiO_2三元系的等α_(Nb_2O_5)和等α_(MnO)图。     

表面处理对球墨铸铁接触疲劳性能的影响

本文研究了激光微熔处理和高频感应加热淬火对球墨铸铁表面组织、接触疲劳强度和接触疲劳破坏过程的影响。结果表明,激光处理和高频淬火均可提高球铁的接触疲劳强度,但其接触疲劳破坏过程和形式却不同,前者是由于硬化层与基体间裂纹扩展造成大块深层剥落,后者则是表层裂纹在油楔作用下造成小块浅层脱落。
