采用注视控制器实现复杂运动的仿真

注视控制器是3DS MAX软件的众多控件之一，它能使多个物体彼此间产生运动约束。通过使用注视控制器功能，笔者成功制作出八足爬壁式仿生机械昆虫的运动场景动画，并使该仿生机械昆虫各足的行走动作符合机械零件作平面复杂运动时所应遵守的正确运动规律。由此证明，3DS MAX软件注视控制器对正确模拟特殊机械装置的复杂运动可产生极大作用。     

导磁不锈钢毛的结构化研究

研制了一种新型的结构化钢毛——胶结钢毛。和传统的普通钢毛相比,胶结钢毛具有很强的结构刚度和很低的钢毛流失量;同时,对高岭土有较高的除铁效率。     

Preparation of Ultra—fine Aluminum Nitride in Thermal Plasma

Ultra-fine aluminum nitride has been synthesized by the evaporation of aluminum powder at atmospheric-pressure nitrogen plasma in a hot-wall reactor.The average size of aluminum nitride particle is 0.11μm measured by scanning electric mirror(SEM),and the purity is at least over90% evaluated by X-Ray diffraction(XRD).The conversion of Al powder to aluminum nitride is strongly depended on the injection of NH3.Typical experimental parameters such as the feed rate of raw material,the flow rate of ammonia and the position of injecting aluminum powder into the reactor are given.     

斜巷运输跑车事故原因分析和预防

通过对煤矿井下斜巷运输跑车事故原因的分析，提出预防措施。     

等规聚丙烯β晶型成核剂研究

精选了一系列有机和无机化合物为成核剂,使用砂浴法和热台法制备了一系列不同β晶含量的等规聚丙烯,发现最有效的β成核剂是溶靛素灰 IBL 和溶蒽素金黄 IGK,首次表明β成核剂具有排列紧密的稠球结构特征,且含有硫原子。     

基于多智能体的数控机床资源共享技术研究

以数控铣床为对象，应用多智能体技术，以解决传统的资源共享所面lI缶的透明度低和效率低下的问题。首先，在分析功能模型的基础上，提出并实现了资源共享的四层网络拓扑结构；其次，构造了面向设备资源共享功能的智能体信息流模型，以实现四层结构之间的交互；其三，定义了智能体状态函数，并以此为依据，建立了智能体协商机制。所开发的原型系统表明，以上成果有效地提高了数控机床资源共享的透明度和效率。     

水溶液辐射分解产物对金属材料腐蚀的影响

实验研究了水辐射分解作用对高放废物深地质处置容器材料的影响。在高放废物深地质处置库附近的地下水,受辐射线作用后分解出氧、氢和氧化产物(例如H_2O_2等),于是在高放废物容器周围形成一个氧化场,导致高放废物中的某些重要放射性核素(例如U,Np和Tc)易溶于水,并向远域迁移。本实验中的含FeSO_4(0.13 mol/L)水溶液在吸收剂量为0、20、60、180、500kGy的射线作用下,其氧化还原电位(Eh)值由+357mV增至+414 mV;在不同吸收剂量的射线作用下,金属Cu、金属Al、0.357 mv金属Fe和不锈钢(后者是我国拟采用的高放废物包装容器材料),在水溶液中的氧化侵蚀强度,分别比在无辐射情况下的大0.2-6.1倍。     

翻领成型器领口曲线的程序计算展开法

根据翻领成型器领口曲线的数学模型，介绍一种利用计算器复杂公式存贮的特殊功能，预编程序计算相关参数。然后画领口曲线展开图的方法。     

高强度烧结钢

为开拓粉末冶金材料新的应用领域，近年来对高强度烧结钢进行了大量的研究与开发。本文简要介绍Ｈｏｇａｎａｓ公司开发的一些高强粉末冶金材料及对一些高强度烧结材料尺寸变化的控制。     

Microstructure of Pd_(77.5)Au_6Si_(16.5) Alloy Droplet Solidified in a Drop Tube Process

The microstructure development of Pd77.5Au6Si16.5 alloy droplet solidified in a drop tube process was studied. It was found that two distinct microstructures, i.e. (Pd,Au)3Si primary phase and Pd+(Pd,Au)3Si eutectic can be obtained when the droplet diameter is within the range between 2.3~0.4 mm. The morpologies of the (Pd,Au)3Si developed from dendrite trunk-like with single branching only into dendrite cluster-like with ternary branching with the decrease of the droplet diameter. When the droplet diameter is about 0.25 mm, the primary phase (Pd,Au)3Si almost disappears and the microstructure mainly shows Pd+(Pd,Au)3Si eutectic. The morphology of the eutectic transforms from fiber-like to plate-like with the decrease of the droplet diameter in the range between 2.3-0.25 mm. When the droplet diameter is about 0.19 mm, the microstructure is only the single phase of Pd solid solution
