Ti-6Al-4V合金在真空中的干滑动磨损行为

在真空(10^-^5Pa)条件下对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了系统的磨损性能测试，研究了载荷和滑动速度对Ti-6Al-4V合金磨损率的影响．对Ti-6Al-4V合金的磨损表面进行了显微组织分析．实验结果表明，Ti-6Al-4V合金的磨损率随载荷和滑动速度的升高而增加．磨损表面具有层状结构的舌状形貌特征，分析表明这是Ti-6Al-4V合金表面通过接触点处材料的被推挤和碾压过程形成了特殊的变形堆砌层的结果．显微组织分析显示，这种变形堆砌层具有50—100nm尺寸的细小显微组织结构和50mm以上的厚度．     

获得高熔敷速度与低稀释率的等离子粉末堆焊方法

对传统的堆焊方法而言，提高熔敷速度与降低稀释率是矛盾的，能否协调这两方面因素，是实现高效高质堆焊效果的关键，分析了提高熔敷速度，降低稀释率的各种途径，并基于理论的分析与工艺验证，提出采用小压缩孔径，拉长粉末会交点于工件距离是同时获得高熔敷速度，低稀释率堆焊效果的有效途径。     

复合钎料的特点及研究现状

为缓解钎焊接头的列余应力，人们提出了在普通钎料中加入一定体积比的作为增强相的各种形态的高温合金、碳纤维及陶瓷颗粒等形成复合钎料方法。该钎料不仅具有较好的填缝能力，同时获得的钎缝接头具有良好的高温强度和抗冲击性能，复合钎料钎焊方法是一种很有潜力的钎焊陶瓷与金属的方法。     

P91与ZG15Cr2Mo1异种钢焊接工艺

将P91和ZG15Cr2Mo1异种钢焊接工艺应用于新型300MW火力发电机组重要部件中，针对两种钢的特点，确定了合适的焊接材料和具体可行的焊接工艺，取得了令人满意的效果。     

钛合金表面等离子喷涂制备ZrO2─Ti系功能梯度涂层

研究了等离子喷涂法制备ＺｒＯ２Ｔｉ系功能梯度涂层。结果表明，采用等离子喷涂工艺制备功能梯度涂层是可行的，涂层与基体除以机械咬合方式结合外，还存在着少量冶金化学反应结合，添加Ｎｉ／Ａｌ和ＳｉＯ２有助于提高涂层的结合强度     

新安江水电站水轮机主轴的焊接

通过对新安江水电站增容改造的9号机组的主轴结构及其焊接工艺研究，设计了合理的焊接坡口，制定了可行的工艺方案，通过实施该工艺，主轴焊接一次成功，为以后同类结构的大轴焊接积累了经验。     

动态描述逻辑的可拓集合扩展

通过对可拓集合与经典集合、模糊集合的分析比较,说明可拓集合的特点和优点,用可拓集合代替经典集合或模糊集合作为动态描述逻辑DDL的集合论基础,对DDL进行扩展,生成了一种新的描述逻辑DDES,并给出了DDLES中概念、关系和实例的描述形式以及它们的语义解释,最后对传统描述逻辑ALC、模糊DDL和DDES中的Abox形式进行了比较.
