随着科学技术的发展,焊接作为一门综合性应用技术,已经从一种传统的热加工工艺发展为集材料、冶金、结构、力学、机械、电子等多门类学科为一体的成形技术,从几十万吨级轮船到不足1 g的电子元件,在生产制造中都不同程度地利用焊接(钎接)技术.焊接已经渗透到制造业的各个领域,直接影响着产品的质量、可靠性和寿命以及生产成本、效率和市场竞争能力.国内外专家认为:到2020年,作为一种精确、可靠、低成本和高技术连接材料的方法,焊接技术仍将是制造业的重要加工手段.然而,全球焊接市场到底有多大,今后的市场需求与产品开发方向是什么,这不仅是企业家关心的问题,也是焊接技术专家非常感兴趣的课题. 相似文献

为减少大厚板5A06铝合金激光焊接缺陷,提高焊接过程稳定性,采用激光光束以一定方式运动的扫描焊接的新焊接方法,研究了激光束不同的运动轨迹、幅度、频率对铝合金激光深熔焊接焊缝气孔率的影响,并在焊接坡口设计优化基础上应用窄间隙扫描激光填丝焊接技术进行130 mm厚5A06铝合金焊接试验. 结果表明,采用圆形扫描方式,当激光光束的扫描幅度大于1 mm,扫描频率选择最高频率附近时,能够大幅降低焊缝气孔率;采用窄间隙激光扫描填丝的焊接方法,获得了焊缝平均气孔率1%,无侧壁未熔合、层间未熔合、裂纹等焊接缺陷的130 mm厚5A06铝合金优质焊接接头. 相似文献

Double-electrode gas shielded arc welding( DE-GMAW) was used to weld the magnesium alloy cylinder with the diameter of 200 mm and the thickness of 6 mm. In order to study the residual stress distribution of AZ31 B magnesium alloy welding point,numerical simulation of welding temperature field,stress field and residual stress were carried out by MSC. marc software. The results show that the residual stress in the weld and the heat affected zone is large,and with the increase of the distance away from the weld center,the residual stress decreases. In most areas,the longitudinal residual stress is greater than the transverse residual stress( except for the inside and outside surfaces of the weld),all of which provides theoretical support for the study of magnesium alloy welding residual stress. 相似文献
