针对球墨铸铁管件的消失模铸造工艺,以铝矾土、石英粉、云母为耐火骨料,膨润土和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为复合悬浮剂,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂,进行了耐火涂料的研制。通过涂料的制备和性能检测,并结合生产实际证明,所研制的涂料性能良好,可满足生产要求。 相似文献

采用熔铸工艺制备了含氮w为0.045%~0.27%的原位自生氮化物增强钛基复合材料.分析测试了该材料的铸态组织和合金的力学性能.研究结果表明:在Ti-N合金中,当氮含量w在0.045%至0.18%范围时,合金的基体为α-Ti,增强相为TiN0.3.氮含量增加到0.225%时增强相转变为Ti2N.当增强相由TiN0.3转变为Ti2N时,抗压强度显著增加.在Ti-6Al的合金中,当氮含量w在0.045%~0.27wt%时,合金的增强相为钛、铝、氮的三元化合物;随着含氮量的增加,增强体的体积分数有所增加.Ti-6Al-xN中的氮化物较为细小. 相似文献

Effect of Zn on mechanical property and corrosion property of extruded Mg-Zn-Mn alloy 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
The effect of Zn on the microstructure, the mechanical property and the corrosion property in simulated body fluid(SBF) of an extruded Mg-Mn alloy was studied. The results indicate that the addition of Zn element can significantly refine the grain size of the extruded Mg-Mn alloy. When Zn content is increased from 0% to 3%, the grain size decreases from 12μm to 4 p.m. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties also increase remarkably with increasing Zn content. When Zn content is 3%, the ultimate tensile strength and the yield strength are increased by 54.7 MPa and 69.7 MPa, respectively. Zn can also improve the anti-corrosion property of the alloy. The best anti-corrosion property is obtained with 1% Zn. However, further increase of Zn content up to 3% deteriorates the corrosion property. Finally, the influence mechanism of Zn on the microstructure, the mechanical property and the corrosion property was discussed. 相似文献

利用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和显微硬度测试仪,研究了均匀化处理对铸态Mg-3Zn-Mn合金微观组织/显微硬度的影响。结果表明,铸态Mg-3Zn-Mn合金基体上存在一定程度的微观偏析,且均匀分布Mg-Zn相和Al-Mn相。在335℃均匀化处理时,前15 h,合金的微观偏析随均匀化时间增加而逐渐减轻,显微硬度明显降低;15 h后,Mg-3Zn-Mn合金基体上的微观偏析消失,MgZn相也溶入基体,Mg-3Zn-Mn合金的显微硬度变化不大。 相似文献
