Two intense IR absorption bands due to surface isocyanate (-NCO) species have been observed at 2262 and 2232 cm–1 when an alumina-supported silver catalyst is exposed to a mixture of NO, O2 and ethanol at 150°C and subsequently heated to > 300°C in vacuum. The intensity of the isocyanate band is hardly affected by the water existing in the mixture. Methanol is less reactive than ethanol for the formation of isocyanate species. The reaction mechanism of catalytic reduction of lean NOx with alcohols is discussed based on these IR spectroscopic findings.  相似文献

Graft copolymers of polybutadiene (PBD) onto poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) were prepared by the nucleophilic substitution of N-metalated PPTA with telechelic PBD having bromide end groups. Block copolymers were synthesized by the condensation reaction of telechelic PBD having acid chloride end groups with amino-group-terminated PPTA. The structure of these copolymers was identified by IR spectra. Graft and block copolymers contained PBD segments up to 85 wt % and 45 wt %, respectively. Thermomechanical analyses (TMA) proved the existence of distinctive primary absorption peak corresponding with Tg of PBD for both graft and block copolymers. The Tg's of both types of the copolymers were further ascertained by the DSC curves. TMA curves suggested that the microphase separation occurred between PPTA and PBD. The incorporation of PPTA segments into PBD increased the decomposition temperature compared with the blend polymer composed of PPTA and PBD with the same composition.  相似文献

When reaction-bonded silicon nitride containing MgO/Y2O3 additives is sintered at three different temperatures to form sintered reaction-bonded silicon nitride (SRBSN), the thermal conductivity increases with sintering temperature. The β-Si3N4 (silicon nitride) crystals of SRBSN ceramics were synthesized and characterized to investigate the relation between the crystal structure and the lattice oxygen content. The hot-gas extraction measurement result and the crystal structure obtained using Rietveld analysis suggested that the unit cell size of the β-Si3N4 crystal increases with the decrease in the lattice oxygen content. This result is reasonable considering that the lattice oxygen with the smaller covalent radius substitutes nitrogen with the larger one in the β-Si3N4 crystals. The lattice oxygen content decreased with increasing sintering temperature which also correlated with increase in thermal conductivity. Moreover, it is noteworthy from the viewpoint that it may be possible to apply the lattice constant analysis for the nondestructive and simple measurement of the lattice oxygen content that deteriorates the thermal conductivity of the β-Si3N4 ceramics.  相似文献

We identified the microRNA (miRNA) expression signature of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) tissues by RNA sequencing, in which 168 miRNAs were significantly upregulated, including both strands of the miR-31 duplex (miR-31-5p and miR-31-3p). The aims of this study were to identify networks of tumor suppressor genes regulated by miR-31-5p and miR-31-3p in HNSCC cells. Our functional assays showed that inhibition of miR-31-5p and miR-31-3p attenuated cancer cell malignant phenotypes (cell proliferation, migration, and invasion), suggesting that they had oncogenic potential in HNSCC cells. Our in silico analysis revealed 146 genes regulated by miR-31 in HNSCC cells. Among these targets, the low expression of seven genes (miR-31-5p targets: CACNB2 and IL34; miR-31-3p targets: CGNL1, CNTN3, GAS7, HOPX, and PBX1) was closely associated with poor prognosis in HNSCC. According to multivariate Cox regression analyses, the expression levels of five of those genes (CACNB2: p = 0.0189; IL34: p = 0.0425; CGNL1: p = 0.0014; CNTN3: p = 0.0304; and GAS7: p = 0.0412) were independent prognostic factors in patients with HNSCC. Our miRNA signature and miRNA-based approach will provide new insights into the molecular pathogenesis of HNSCC.  相似文献

The unique five‐membered aminocyclitol core of the antitumor antibiotic pactamycin originates from d ‐glucose, so unprecedented enzymatic modifications of the sugar intermediate are involved in the biosynthesis. However, the order of the modification reactions remains elusive. Herein, we examined the timing of introduction of an amino group into certain sugar‐derived intermediates by using recombinant enzymes that were encoded in the pactamycin biosynthesis gene cluster. We found that the NAD+‐dependent alcohol dehydrogenase PctP and pyridoxal 5′‐phosphate dependent aminotransferase PctC converted N‐acetyl‐d ‐glucosaminyl‐3‐aminoacetophonone into 3′‐amino‐3′‐deoxy‐N‐acetyl‐d ‐glucosaminyl‐3‐aminoacetophenone. Further, N‐acetyl‐d ‐glucosaminyl‐3‐aminophenyl‐β‐oxopropanoic acid ethyl ester was converted into the corresponding 3′‐amino derivative. However, PctP did not oxidize most of the tested d ‐glucose derivatives, including UDP‐GlcNAc. Thus, modification of the GlcNAc moiety in pactamycin biosynthesis appears to occur after the glycosylation of aniline derivatives.  相似文献

The design, synthesis, and bioevaluation of fluorescence- and biotin-labeled CXCR4 antagonists are described. The modification of D-Lys8 at an epsilon-amino group in the peptide antagonist Ac-TZ14011 derived from polyphemusin II had no significant influence on the potent binding of the peptide to the CXCR4 receptor. The application of the labeled peptides in flow cytometry and confocal microscopy studies demonstrated the selectivity of their binding to the CXCR4 receptor, but not to CXCR7, which was recently reported to be another receptor for stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1)/CXCL12.  相似文献

The heterogeneous phase transition of the organic vapours, cyclohexane and p-xylene, on a cold substrate was observed by cooling the substrate at a slow rate under reduced pressure conditions. Either organic vapour at a vapour pressure lower than 130 Pa formed directly solid crystals but p-xylene vapour at a higher vapour pressure formed liquid condensates with subsequent formation of solid crystals. The dependence of the critical supersaturation ratios on the critical temperatures and the physical properties of the organic vapours has been clarified by the equation derived on the basis of classical nucleation theory.  相似文献

SrTiO3 (STO) film was prepared on quartz glass by laser chemical vapor deposition at a deposition temperature (Tdep) ranged from 760 to 1104 K. Effect of the Tdep on the orientation, crystallinity, texture, and microstructure of the STO film was investigated. As the Tdep was increased, the preferred orientation of the STO film tended to be (110)-orientated with corresponding texture coefficient (TC) on the (110) reflection enhanced from 2.3 to 6; meanwhile, the full width at half maximum of the ω-scan on the (110) reflection decreased from 0.85° to 0.59°. The (110)-oriented grains were in wedge shape about 60 × 150 nm in size, which tended to be flat at an elevated Tdep of 1104 K.  相似文献

Previously, we found 3C-SiC films favor to grow in <111> orientation on Si (110) ( https://doi.org/10.1111/jace.15260 ). However, epitaxial growth of thick <110>-3C-SiC is still a big challenge. In this study, thick 3C-SiC (110) epitaxial films were prepared on Si (110) substrate by laser chemical vapor deposition (LCVD) using hexamethyldisilane (HMDS) in H2 atmosphere. The investigation of growth mechanism showed that the laser of LCVD played an important role during the depositions. Observation by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) revealed that the interface of 3C-SiC (110)/Si (110) exhibited rough texture at atomic level. The atomic roughness on Si (110) surface could be a key factor for 3C-SiC (110) nucleation. The growth of thick 3C-SiC (110) epitaxial films could be very promising for new development in power electronics applications.  相似文献
