Discrete geometry methods in processing complicated graphical information

The development of efficient techniques for converting information obtained from complicated graphical documents into a digital form is considered. It is shown that the use of discrete geometry methods make it possible to improve the efficiency of many technological stages. On the optimization of metal forming

An approach to the calculation and design of metal forming is proposed and theoretically considered. This approach can minimize the nonuniformity of a deformation distribution over the cross section of ready products, which is equal to controlling the structure and properties of forged pieces. This approach is based on the calculation of the intermediate shapes of a forged piece by solving a set of inverse forming problems using the boundary element method and by constructing a forging process that is optimal according to a given criterion using dynamic programming.     

Conductivity estimation for highly porous permeable cellular materials

A simple but geometrically fairly rigorous model is proposed for the structure in order to estimate the conductivities of highly porous permeable cellular materials. The model is based on elementary cells that take the form of semiregular polyhedra (truncated octahedra with conducting edge bridges). A method is given for determining the increase in conductivity because of increase in the cross section of these edge bridges on intersection. The calculations agree well with experiment.     

Mullite-corundum refractories with silicon carbide for linings of transportable mixers

Investigations of the technology of mullite-corundum refractories containing silicon carbide and used for linings of transportable mixers are described. It is shown that an addition (10%) of silicon carbide to a mullite-corundum mixture ensures a high slag resistance. Mixers lined with mullite-corundum refractories with silicon carbide have shown high service properties, namely, 720 pourings of cast iron with 5 hot repairs. 横向光泵获得S_2紫外激光

用ＸｅＣｌ准分于激光器（３０８．１ｎｍ）横向泵浦Ｓ２激光器，又成功地实现了Ｓ２Ｂ－Ｘ态近ＵＶ波段的激光振荡。在波长３３０．９～３９０．０ｎｍ范围内观测到６条近ＵＶ激光输出。测量了有关的激光参数。     

化学镀Ni－Cu－P合金的工艺及镀层性能研究

探讨了化学镀Ｎｉ－Ｃｕ一Ｐ合金的镀液组成及工艺条件，并采用Ｘ射线衍射和弯曲法，研究了Ｎｉ－Ｃｕ－Ｐ镀层的组织结构和镀层结合力，结果表明，所研究的镀液组成，在适当工艺条件下，能够实现Ｎｉ、Ｃｕ离子的共沉积，并得到良好质量的合金镀层。经４００℃热处理，镀层中有和相析出，同时硬度达到最大值。镀态下，该镀层具有良好的结合力，且随镀层中铜含量的增加和热处理温度的提高，镀层结合力能得到进一步改善。
