An all-wet process was achieved using electroless deposition of barrier and Cu seed layers for fabrication of a high aspect ratio through-Si via (TSV). Formation of a thin barrier metal layer of Ni–B, Co–B and Co–W–B is possible using a Au nanoparticle (AuNP) catalyst, which is densely adsorbed on the SiO2 of the TSV sidewall. A silane coupling agent of 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane is effective for enhancement of the density of adsorption for AuNP. A conformal electroless Cu layer is deposited on the barrier layer by displacement plating without a catalyst. The adhesion strength between the electroless barrier layer and the SiO2 substrate is increased by annealing at 300 °C. These results strongly suggest that an all-wet process for the formation of Cu-filled TSV with a high aspect ratio is practically possible. 相似文献

Protease activity was detected in the culture medium of Serratia marcescens AP3801 grown at 10°C, which was isolated from soil collected from the top of a mountain. The enzyme, designated as CP-58
protease, was purified to homogeneity from the culture broth by ion exchange and gel filtration chromatographies. The molecular
mass of the protease was 58 kDa, and its isoelectric point was close to 6.0. Maximal activity toward azocasein was observed
at 40°C and from pH 6.5 to 8.0. The activity was strongly inhibited by 1,10-phenanthroline, suggesting that the enzyme is

A gas-liquid two phase plunging jet is formed through a gas sucking type multi-jet ejector nozzle. In this study, the effects of various conditions in the multi-jet ejector nozzle, the column diameter, and the liquid jet length on penetration depth of air bubblesl B and gas holdup hG in a gas-liquid two phase plunging jet absorber were studied experimentally. A post trip operational guidance system (PTOG) for BWR power plants was developed to support the operators in achieving safe plant shutdown after a scram. The objective of PTOG is to support the operators in collecting plant information, in diagnosing plant status and in deciding corrective actions. To achieve this objective, PTOG has three main functions, i.e., the diagnosis of plant subsystems performance, the identification of safety functions status and the dynamic synthesis of operating procedures. The main advantage of PTOG is that it provides operating procedures irrespective of the transient's initiating event and evolutional history. The aim of this paper is to investigate storing and recalling performances of embedded patterns on associative memory. The associative memory is composed of quaternionic multistate Hopfield neural network. The state of a neuron in the network is described by three kinds of discretized phase with fixed amplitude. These phases are set to discrete values with arbitrary divide size. Hebbian rule and projection rule are used for storing patterns to the network. We have developed a binocular open-view Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor for measuring time variation of binocular accommodation, vergence, pupil sizes (i.e., the binocular near triad), and monochromatic aberrations. The device measures these values16 times per second for up to 1 min. Our purpose is to introduce the new instrument. We have confirmed the accuracy of the device. Refractions for a 4 mm pupil were accurate across the range of measurements of model eyes and normal human eyes. Lysophospholipids have been recognized as potent biologically active lipid mediators. However, attention has not been paid to the health benefits of dietary partial hydrolysate of phospholipids (PH‐PL), which is rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)‐bound lysophospholipids. In this study, the effects of PH‐PL on serum and liver lipid profiles of rats upon administration of PH‐PL are demonstrated in comparison to those of fish oil (FO), which comprises eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA‐bound triglyceride (TG). PH‐PL containing EPA and DHA was prepared via enzymatic modification of squid (Todarodes pacificus) meal that is rich in phospholipids. Male Wistar rats were fed a basal diet containing soybean oil alone (7%), FO, and PH‐PL. The FO and PH‐PL diets had similar EPA and DHA contents. After the rats had been fed their respective diets for 28 d, their serum and liver lipid contents, fecal lipid excretion, and hepatic gene expression level were measured. The results demonstrated that compared with the soybean oil diet alone, the PH‐PL diet decreased serum and liver TG contents partially because of the enhancement of liver acyl‐CoA oxidase activity and suppression of liver fatty acid synthase activity. In addition, compared with the soybean oil diet, the PH‐PL group exhibited lower serum cholesterol content at least in part because of the reduction of hepatic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐methylglutaryl‐CoA reductase mRNA expression level. We found that dietary administration of EPA and DHA containing PH‐PL has a hypolipidemic effect that may help prevent the development lifestyle‐related diseases. 相似文献
