基于遗传算法的低噪声齿轮传动设计

用遗传算法进行了低噪声齿轮传动参数的优化设计,目标函数为啮合传动的冲击速度加权函数,约束函数为齿轮传动设计中的常用约束条件,数值计算结果与已有结果比较表明新方法可行。     

MEMS镍平面弹簧非线性力学性能仿真及研究

工程应用中,平面微弹簧存在弹性系数的非线性现象且难以被忽略,弹簧结构的几何非线性是引起这种现象的主要原因。针对特定形状的弹簧运用Ansys软件进行了非线性有限元静力学仿真,计算出弹簧弹性力F与弹性形变x之间的对应关系,并与采用MEMS微细加工技术制得弹簧样品实测实验结果比较,相对误差低于3.2%,验证了分析模型的可靠性。而后设计了5种不同平面形状的微弹簧,仿真计算它们的力学性能曲线,以及改变弹簧臂宽度厚度后的力学性能曲线,分别进行比较以讨论影响非线性的主要因素,为弹簧的设计工作提供参考依据。     

微/纳米复合多层金刚石自支撑膜的制备及应力研究

利用大功率DC Arc Plasma Jet CVD装置,采用Ar-H2-CH4混合气体为气源,通过优化工艺参数,在多晶钼衬底上制备出了多层复合金刚石自支撑膜.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、激光拉曼谱(Raman)对膜体进行表征,结果显示,多层膜体的组织结构体现了微米金刚石与纳米金刚石的典型特征;复合金刚石自支撑膜具有光滑的表面,微米层与纳米层间呈相互嵌套式的界面;此外,利用激光拉曼谱分析了多层膜中的内应力状态,研究发现,多层膜中各层膜体具有不同的内应力状态,内应力沿膜体生长方向有明显变化,呈现出从压应力到拉应力的变化过程.

利用积分球反射法的动态热物性测量装置研制

介绍了利用积分球反射计的脉冲加热技术测量材料热物性的一种方法和测量装置的各组成部分及工作原理。被测的带状试样被一脉冲大电流加热,利用高速高温计测量试样的辐射温度,同时利用积分球反射法获得试样的半球向光谱反射率,进而得到试样的法向光谱发射率、比热、电阻率和全波长半球发射率。该装置具有试样制备简单、测试精度高等优点。     

城市化进程中失地农民的利益保障——以经济社会学理论为分析视角

随着经济和社会的发展,我国城市化和工业化进程不断加快.在这个过程中,农村集体土地不可避免地被大量征用,导致众多文化素质不高,劳动技能单一的失地农民成为最弱势、最缺乏保障和最边缘化的群体.在经济社会学的视角下,可以从经济资本、社会资本和人力资本三个方面解析造成失地农民贫苦境地的原因,并进一步为该问题的解决提供了一个可行之道,以实现让农民公平地分享城市化发展的社会成果,保证其得到可持续生计.     

An ICPSO-RBFNN nonlinear inversion for electrical resistivity imaging

To improve the global search ability and imaging quality of electrical resistivity imaging(ERI) inversion, a two-stage learning ICPSO algorithm of radial basis function neural network(RBFNN) based on information criterion(IC) and particle swarm optimization(PSO) is presented. In the proposed method, IC is applied to obtain the hidden layer structure by calculating the optimal IC value automatically and PSO algorithm is used to optimize the centers and widths of the radial basis functions in the hidden layer. Meanwhile, impacts of different information criteria to the inversion results are compared, and an implementation of the proposed ICPSO algorithm is given. The optimized neural network has one hidden layer with 261 nodes selected by AKAIKE's information criterion(AIC) and it is trained on 32 data sets and tested on another 8 synthetic data sets. Two complex synthetic examples are used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method with two learning stages. The results show that the proposed method has better performance and higher imaging quality than three-layer and four-layer back propagation neural networks(BPNNs) and traditional least square(LS) inversion.     

In-situ fabrication of particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites under high-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field

Pulsed magnetic field is generated when imposing pulse signal on high-frequency magnetic field. Distribution of the inner magnetic intensity in induction coils tends to be uniform. Furthermore oscillation and disturbance phenomena appear in the melt. In-situ Al2O3 and Al3Zr particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites have been synthesized by direct melt reaction using Al-Zr(CO3)2 components under a foreign field. The size of reinforced particulates is 2-3 μm. They are well distributed in the matrix. Thermodynamic and kinetic analysis show that high-frequency pulsed magnetic field accelerates heat and mass transfer processes and improves the kinetic condition of in-situ fabrication.
