This article deals with the modeling and simulation of the vibration behavior of piezoelectric micro‐cantilever (MC) based on the Timoshenko theory and using multi‐scale (MTS) method in the air environment. In this regard, the results are compared with the previous literature, such as the finite element method and the MTS method. The analysis of the piezoelectric MC vibrating behavior is investigated in a dynamical mode including non‐contact and tapping modes. The dynamics of this system is affected by interferential forces between probe tip and sample surface, such as van der Waals, capillary, and contact forces. According to the results, the forces applied to the probe tip reduce the amplitude and the resonance frequency. The simulation of surface topography in non‐contact mode and tapping for rectangular and wedge‐shaped roughness in the air environment are presented. Various experiments have been conducted in Ara research Company using the atomic force microscopy device in the amplitude mode. In the NSC15 Cantilever, the first natural frequency is derived from the results of the MC simulation based on Timoshenko beam theory, the practical results are 295.85 and 296.12 kHz, and the error rate is 0.09; at higher natural frequencies, the error rate has been increased. The γ f coefficient is a measure of the nonlinear effects on the system; the effect of the piezoelectric length and width on γ f coefficient is also investigated.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of preweaning total plane of milk intake and weaning age on intake, growth performance, and blood metabolites of dairy calves. A total of 48 Holstein calves (40 ± 1.6 kg of body weight) were used in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement with the factors of weaning age (d 60 vs. 75) and the total plane of milk intake (medium vs. high) during the preweaning period. Calves were assigned to 1 of 4 treatments: (1) calves fed medium plane of milk (MPM) intake and weaned on d 60 of age (MPM-60d, 4 L/d of milk from d 3 to 10, 6 L/d of milk from d 11 to 55, and 3 L/d of milk from d 56 to 60 of age; total milk intake = 317 L), (2) calves fed MPM intake and weaned on d 75 of age (MPM-75d, 4 L/d of milk from d 3 to 10 and 4.5 L/d of milk from d 11 to 70 of age followed by feeding 2.25 L/d of milk from d 71 to 75 of age; total milk intake = 313 L), (3) calves fed high plane of milk (HPM) intake and weaned on d 60 of age (HPM-60d, 4 L/d of milk from d 3 to 10, 6 L/d of milk from d 11 to 20, and 8.5 L/d of milk from d 21 to 55 followed by feeding 4.25 L/d of milk from d 56 to 60 of age; total milk intake = ~411 L); and (4) calves fed HPM intake and weaned on d 75 (HPM-75d, 4 L/d of milk from d 3 to 10, and 6 L/d of milk from d 11 to 70 of age followed by feeding 3 L/d of milk from d 71 to 75 of age; total milk intake = 407 L) with no milk refusals. All of the calves were monitored up to d 90 of age. Regardless of weaning age, starter feed intake and dry matter intake (% of body weight) were lower in calves fed HPM compared with those receiving MPM. A tendency for the plane of milk intake × weaning age interaction was observed for metabolizable energy intake with the highest value was recorded with the HPM-75d calves. The lowest efficiency of metabolizable energy intake and average feed efficiency was observed in HPM-60d calves throughout the experimental period as compared with the other groups. An interaction was found between the total plane of milk intake and weaning age regarding effects on total average daily gain, average daily gain/metabolizable energy intake, feed efficiency, final body weight, and plasma β-hydroxybutyrate levels with the highest values measured in HPM-75d calves. Weaning on d 75 versus d 60 improved wither height and hip width, which tended to increase body length at the end of the trial. The results suggest that calves fed high amounts of milk during their preweaning period benefit from extending the time of weaning from 60 to 75 d of age based on average daily gain, feed efficiency, and final body weight.  相似文献

Two difference-based target detection methods are proposed in this work. In contrast to many target detectors which only calculate the distance between the testing pixel to the target spectrum, the proposed methods calculate the distance of the testing pixel to both of target and of background spectra. In other words, they utilize the difference between target and background computed distances. The first proposed method uses the Mahalanobis distance and benefits the valuable information contained in the statistics of targets and background. The second proposed method uses the kernel-based spectral angle mapper to benefit the advantages of spectral angle and kernel trick to separate targets from background, especially in non-linear cases. The experiments done on three real hyperspectral images indicate the high detection probability of the proposed methods compared to several target detectors.  相似文献

The novel wire gauze structured packing PACK‐1300Y with high specific surface area was characterized by computational fluid dynamics. The main features of PACK‐1300Y were investigated including the dry and wet pressure drop as well as the height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP). Moreover, the flow structure of this packing was described via numerical simulations. To evaluate the amount of HETP and dry and wet pressure drop, 3D computational fluid dynamic modeling with respect to the Eulerian‐Eulerian multiphase approach was applied. The average relative errors were determined between the findings achieved from computational fluid dynamic simulation and experimental findings for mass transfer efficiency and wet and dry pressure drop, respectively.  相似文献

1. Several clinical and post-mortem tissue findings have suggested a role for excitatory amino acid neuronal systems in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia. 2. These include the ability of NMDA antagonists, phencyclidine and ketamine, to cause both negative and positive symptoms in healthy subjects, and abnormalities in the densities of some types of excitatory amino acid receptors in the postmortem tissue of schizophrenic brains. 3. The present review describes recent basic findings that have examined the involvement of excitatory amino acids in the mechanism of action of antipsychotic drugs. These include studies on the functional links between glutamatergic and dopaminergic systems, effect of acute and chronic antipsychotic drug treatment on excitatory amino acid function, and stress-induced activation of excitatory amino acid release, in particular in the prefrontal cortex.  相似文献

As part of the intensive field campaign (IFC) for the Boreal forest ecosystem-atmosphere research (BOREAS) project in August 1993, the NASA/JPL AIRSAR covered an area of about 100 km×100 km near the Prince Albert National Park in Saskatchewan, Canada. At the same time, ground-truth measurements were made in several stands which have been selected as the primary study sites. This paper focuses on an area including jack pine stands in the Nipawin area near the park. Upon examining the AIRSAR data from stands of old and young jack pine (OJP and YJP), distinct signatures are observed for each of the forest types at various frequencies and polarizations, in particular, at P-band HH. The authors use a forest scattering model in conjunction with the ground-truth measurements to explain such behavior. The forest model includes the major scattering mechanisms by taking the forest component interactions into account. The contribution from each of the scattering mechanisms to the total backscatter is calculated and their differences for OJP and YJP stands are evaluated. The results are used to discuss the effect of the physical properties of the forest components in each stand on radar backscatter. They are also used to show that it is not only the backscatter level but also the relative contribution from various scattering mechanisms that will help in quantitative interpretation of SAR data. This work is mainly intended as a precursor to the authors ongoing work which uses a mechanism-specific inversion technique to retrieve forest parameters from SAR data for these BOREAS sites  相似文献

Nanostructured C/SiC/ZrB2–SiC oxidation protective gradient coating was prepared by a two‐step reactive melt infiltration method. In order to reduce production cost, ZrB2 phase was synthesized by the in situ reactive that included low‐cost ZrO2 and B2O3 powders as raw materials. High‐temperature oxidation behavior of coatings was evaluated by isothermal oxidation test at 1773 K in air for 10 hours. Thermodynamical behavior of the coatings at various temperatures during oxidation test and coating process was predicted by HSC Chemistry 6.0 software. Compressive residual stresses of 36.9 MPa and 41 MPa were calculated for in situ and ex situ coatings by Williamson‐Hall method. After 10 hours of isothermal oxidation at 1773K, in situ and ex situ coatings showed 12.84% and 15.69% of weight losses with oxidation rates of 1.87 × 10?2 g cm?3 h?1 and 0.91 × 10?2 g cm?3 h?1, respectively. These results indicated that the oxidation protection ability of the coating produced by the in situ method was very close to ex situ coating.  相似文献

We present an unsupervised technique for visual learning, which is based on density estimation in high-dimensional spaces using an eigenspace decomposition. Two types of density estimates are derived for modeling the training data: a multivariate Gaussian (for unimodal distributions) and a mixture-of-Gaussians model (for multimodal distributions). Those probability densities are then used to formulate a maximum-likelihood estimation framework for visual search and target detection for automatic object recognition and coding.
