The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Y-TZP ceramic surface functionalization with a nano-structured alumina coating on bond strength of the resin modified glass ionomer dental cement. A total of 160 disc-shaped specimens were produced and randomly divided into two groups of 80. Half of the discs in each group received an alumina coating which was fabricated by exploiting the hydrolysis of aluminum nitride (AlN) powder. The shear bond strengths of the resin-modified glass ionomer cement FUJI+ (GC Japan) and the composite resin luting agent RelyX Unicem (3M ESPE, USA) were then studied for the coated and uncoated surfaces The SEM analyses revealed that the application of an alumina coating to the Y-TZP ceramics created a highly retentive surface for bonding. Nickel manganite powder synthesized by calcination of a stoichiometric mixture of manganese and nickel oxide was additionally mechanically activated in a high energy planetary ball mill for 5-60 min in order to obtain a pure NiMn2O4 phase. The as-prepared powders were uniaxially pressed into disc shape pellets and then sintered for 60 min at 1200 °C. Changes in the particle morphology induced by mechanical activation were monitored using scanning electron microscopy, while changes in powder structural characteristics were followed using X-ray powder diffraction. The ac impedance spectroscopy was performed on sintered nickel manganite samples at 25 °C, 50 °C and 80 °C. It was shown that mechanical activation intensifies transport processes causing a decrease in the average crystallites size, while longer activation times can lead to the formation of aggregates, defects and increase of lattice microstrains. The observed changes in microstructures were correlated with measured electrical properties in order to define optimal processing conditions. 相似文献

The acid-catalyzed decomposition of unusually stable 1-(2,1-benzisothiazol-3-yl)-3-phenyltriazenes in either aqueous perchloric acid or an aqueous mixture of perchloric and acetic acid was studied under pseudo-first order reaction conditions at 25 °C. Different products were obtained according to substitution on nitrogen N-3. For a triazene carrying hydrogen, the corresponding 3-amino-2,1-benzisothiazole and benzenediazonium salts were formed whereas in the case of substitution by an alkyl group (methyl and n-butyl) the 2,1-benzisothiazole-3-diazonium salt and N-alkylaniline were obtained. The observed rate constant (kobs) of the acid-catalyzed decomposition increased, initially, nonlinearly with increasing concentration of acid. Subsequently, kobs decreased slightly and at high acid concentration, increased steeply once again. An A-SE2 mechanism in which protonation of the triazene nitrogen proceeds simultaneously with cleavage of the N–N bond is proposed. This paper deals with a viscoelastic model of the hamstring muscle group. The model includes fractional derivatives of stretching force and elongation, as well as restrictions on the coefficients that follow from the Clausius–Duhem inequality. On the basis of a ramp-and-hold type of experiment, four rheological parameters have been calculated by numerical treatment ab initio. Riemann–Liouville fractional derivatives were approximated numerically using the Grünwald–Letnikov definition. Obtained results were verified by use of the Laplace transform method. Mg and Mg-alloys are promising materials for biodegradable implants. In order to slowdown the Mg-alloy (AZ91D) degradation and enhance its biocompatibility, the alloy surface was modified with alkylphosphonate self-assembling films. The binding configuration and the structural organization of alkylphosphonate monolayers on the Mg-alloy surface were investigated using contact angle measurements, FTIR, and XPS. Combination of FTIR and XPS data indicated the presence of several different bonding modes (mono-, di-, and tri dentate) of phosphonate head groups with the alloy surface. The existence of well organized and ordered self-assembled alkylphosphonate monolayers with good barrier protecting properties in a physiological solution is a key step in the development of biocompatible Mg-alloy implants. 相似文献

Model Predictive Control framework is currently used in many different fields of expertise. The inherent part and very often also the main bottleneck is the model of a process used for the computation of predictions.Due to many reasons e.g. ageing, from time to time there exists a need to adjust/re-identify (if there was already some kind of a model-based controller) or to construct a brand new model (in other cases). Frequently, the process generating the data is under some kind of control, imposing thus problems when classical open loop identification methods are considered. The need for models identified from the data gathered in a closed-loop fashion and a request for possible re-identification of the model parameters lead to the emerge of dual control where the problems of control and system identification are addressed simultaneously.In this paper, we present a new algorithm based on the persistent excitation condition when the minimal eigenvalue of the information matrix is maximized in order to have sufficiently exciting optimal control signal satisfying the control requirements. 相似文献
