一种16QAM调制实现技术的研究

讨论了16QAM调制时应用不同类型和参数的滤波器对系统性能的影响．针对16QAM的特点，采用了存储波形累加求和法来代替一般的滤波成形，提高了调制速度．并利用其相位对称的特点将波形存储表压缩为原容量的1／4，有效地节约了存储空间．     

小电流接地系统的讨论

对小电流接地系统单相接地原理进行了分析，对其国内外的研究现状进行了归纳总结，最后对故障选线原理的研究进行了展望。     

电厂输煤皮带落煤点趿尘装置的数值模拟与实践

对密闭罩内的湍流气．固两相流动进行了数值模拟。将气相作为连续介质，采用标准的k-ε双方程模型，并用SIMPLE算法对流场进行数值模拟；将固相作为离散相体系，采用离散相模型（DPM）的非偶合法追踪颗粒运动轨迹。通过对颗粒运动轨迹的分析，对该吸尘装置提出了改进措施，并进行了工业性试验，实际效果良好。     

Feasibility study of the application of voltage contrast to printed circuit board

Voltage contrast (VC) has been a powerful tool for the failure analysis of integrated circuits and multichip module. As the packing density of printed circuit board (PCB) is increasing, conventional failure analysis methods to detect open or short circuit in PCBs are no longer adequate, and voltage contrast method could be a method for this purpose. However, unlike the cases of integrated circuits and multichip module, there are many areas in PCB that will produce serious charging effect when examine under the scanning electron microscope. One of the areas is the presence of solder mask on PCB.This work examines the feasibility of using voltage contrast for PCB failure analysis. Specially designed PCB is used for experimentation, and it is found that positive bias on one track and zero bias on another copper track provide a better image contrast as compared to negative and zero biases on the tracks. Also, the variation of the image contrast with different spacing between inter copper tracks has studied. It is found that the variation depends on the presence of solder mask and its location. The variation can be very different for negative bias case as compared to the positive bias case.Finite element analysis is also performed to explain the experimental observations. All the observations can be well explained by the charging effect of the solder masks. The charging effect of solder mask is indeed very significant in affecting the image contrast, and it could reduce the contrast to almost zero in some cases.     

TiO2/(O''+β'')-Sialon复相陶瓷的化学相容性及光催化性能研究

TiO2/(O' β')-Sialon是一全新的复相陶瓷体系.在对其化学相容性进行研究的基础上,以自制(O' β')-Sialon粉和纳米锐钛矿型TiO2粉为原料成功制备出了该复相陶瓷,并以其对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解为模型反应对其光催化性能进行了研究.热力学计算表明,标态下,β'-Sialon在任何温度、O'-Sialon在690K以上均可与TiO2发生反应.实验结果表明,O'-Sialon和β'-Sialon与TiO2发生反应的温度在1000℃以上,锐钛矿从920℃开始发生向金红石的相变,通过在不高于1000℃温度下改变烧结制度得到了亚稳态的不同TiO2相组成的TiO2/(O' β')-Sialon复相陶瓷.该复相陶瓷具有光催化活性,且光催化效率随材料中TiO2含量的增加而增大.800和900℃烧结的材料具有较高的光催化活性,随烧结温度的升高和恒温时间的延长材料的光催化活性逐渐下降.     

激光熔覆稀土陶瓷涂层进展

综述了激光熔覆稀土陶瓷涂层研究现状及其最新进展。介绍了激光熔覆工艺特点和影响因素,激光熔覆工艺包括粉末材料的加入方法和激光辐照加工。加入方法分预置法和同步送粉法,工艺参数包括光斑尺寸、扫描速度、熔覆道次、送粉量、涂层厚度和搭接量等。研究认为正确选择工艺参数是保证熔覆层质量和性能的关键。总结了稀土添加剂的强化作用机制,其主要作用为微合金化、净化晶界、细化晶粒、改善晶界状态、抑制柱状晶生长。对激光熔覆稀土陶瓷涂层研究的发展进行了展望。     

Superior–Subordinate Relationships in Korean Civil Engineering Companies

The Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) relationship quality between superiors and subordinates in Korean civil engineering companies were empirically examined for superiors’ feedback-seeking behaviors. The results showed that for superiors, affect, loyalty, and contribution toward subordinates were positively related to seeking negative as well as positive feedback from subordinates. From subordinates’ point of view, affect, contribution, and professional respect toward their superiors were positively related to superiors’ negative feedback seeking, but affect was negatively related to superiors’ positive feedback seeking. It was also found that superiors and subordinates were not consensual in LMX and superiors’ feedback-seeking behaviors. For example, for superiors, all of the four LMX dimensions were positively related to superiors’ asking subordinates directly for feedback, whereas for subordinates, none of the LMX dimensions were significantly related to superiors’ asking subordinates directly for feedback. These and other findings are discussed in detail, and implications for the findings are provided.     

Exploring Two-Wave Reciprocal Structural Relations Among Orthographic Knowledge, Phonological Sensitivity, and Reading and Spelling of English Words by Chinese Students.

In a 2-wave study of a cohort of 108 Chinese students (10- to 11-year-olds) learning English as a second language, the authors examined the relative effects of three Time 1 latent constructs-- orthographic knowledge, phonological sensitivity, and word identification (reading and spelling of regular and exception words)--on the respective Time 2 performance. The authors posited autoregressive effects, in which Time 1 constructs affected their matching Time 2 performance (e.g., Time 1 orthographic knowledge on Time 2 orthographic knowledge), as well as reciprocal cross-domain effects (e.g., orthographic knowledge on word identification and vice versa). The model converged to a proper solution with reasonably good fit. The results suggest (a) strong stability in the children's word identification and phonological sensitivity, (b) substantial effects of word identification on subsequent orthographic knowledge and phonological sensitivity, particularly the former; and (c) greater variations in individuals' growth of orthographic knowledge.
