In the right half of the Munsell color space from 2.5R to 7.5BG, 90 colors were selected, most of which were at the lightness level V = 7, and in the left half from 2.5BG to 7.5R, 88 colors were selected most of which were at the level V = 4. Of these 178 colors, 176 pairs in the right half and 185 pairs in the left half were subjected to the following color-difference judgment. Subjects, five in number, selected two grays for which the lightness difference matches a given color difference in size. Two matrices (incomplete) of color differences given in terms of V were processed by MDSCAL, and finally one configuration of 178 points was synthesized in a three-dimensional Euclidean space. Implications of the results are discussed in connection with results of previous similar studies which were based upon much smaller numbers of colors.  相似文献

This study evaluates the effects of low-doses i.v. fentanyl, buprenorphine and pentazocine on circulatory responses of endotracheal intubation in 70 scheduled surgical patients. Patients were allocated to 5 groups randomly and 2 (n = 11) or 4 (n = 13) micrograms.kg-1 of fentanyl, 0.5 mg.kg-1 of pentazocine (n = 13), 5 micrograms.kg-1 of buprenorphine (n = 10) and saline as a control (n = 23) were administered 5 minutes before the administration of thiopental, respectively. Then, patients were intubated with 0.1 mg.kg-1 of vecuronium. Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded. Only 4 micrograms.kg-1 of fentanyl diminished circulatory responses of systolic blood pressure on the stimuli of endotracheal intubation.  相似文献

The best optimizing control procedure using an automatic optimizing controller, based on a simple pattern-search type, steepest ascent method is presented for a distillation column. The control system is composed of a conventional feedback loop by which the composition of overhead product is maintained constant, and an optimizing control unit which holds the partial derivatives of the objective function with respect to control variables to zero. The objective function used in this study is the profit rate obtained from the distillation process, and the two control variables; feed flow rate and energy supplied to the plant, are used.  相似文献

The fabrication of diamond nanopatterns by electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) oxygen plasma with a composite metal octylate mask was investigated using electron beam lithography technology. A high etching selectivity of 14 was obtained with Bi4Ti3O12 octylate film as a mask under the plasma-etching conditions of microwave power of 300 W and oxygen gas flow rate of 3 sccm. The metal naphthenates and metal octylates exhibited negative exposure characteristics. The sensitivity of metal naphthenates (1.2×10–3 C cm–2) was ten times lower than that of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resist, while that of octylates (8.0×10–5 C cm–2) was in good agreement with that of PMMA resist (6.0×10–5 C cm–2). The resulting minimum chemical vapor deposited (CVD) diamond line-width of 100 nm with a height of approximately 1 m was fabricated with a Bi4Ti3O12 octylate mask.  相似文献

Indium tin oxide (ITO) films were deposited on glass substrate at temperatures ranging from room temperature to 120 °C by the dc arc discharge ion plating technique. The electrical properties and crystallinity of ITO films were investigated. The resistivity of ITO films decreased with the increase of the substrate temperature in deposition, mostly due to increase in Hall mobility above 90 °C. The resistivity of ITO film obtained at temperature 120 °C was 1.33×10−4 Ω cm. The ITO films crystallized at the substrate temperature higher than 90 °C and the grain size estimated from the (2 2 2) peak in the direction parallel to the surface of the substrate became large with the increase of the substrate temperature. That the Hall mobility increased with the increase of the substrate temperature was speculated to be due to the increase of the grain size in the direction parallel to the surface.  相似文献

Hippocalcin, a recently identified Ca(2+)-binding protein of the recoverin family exclusively expressed in the hippocampus, has a primary structure containing three putative Ca(2+)-binding sites (EF-hands) and a possible NH2-terminal myristoylation site. 45Ca blots demonstrated that every three EF-hand domains, expressed as fusion proteins in Escherichia coli, bind Ca2+, indicating that hippocalcin binds 3 mol of Ca2+/mol of protein. To determine whether hippocalcin is myristoylated, hippocalcin mRNA was translated in vitro in the presence of [3H]myristic acid. 3H label was resistant to hydroxylamine treatment, and replacement of NH2-terminal glycine with alanine prevented 3H label incorporation, indicating that in vitro translated hippocalcin covalently bound [3H]myristic acid at the NH2-terminal glycine. In vitro translated hippocalcin is quantitatively myristoylated, as evidenced by an electrophoretic mobility shift of [35S]methionine-labeled protein on two-dimensional gels. Native hippocalcin comigrated precisely with the in vitro translated hippocalcin on two-dimensional gels, suggesting that native hippocalcin is myristoylated. Native and in vitro translated hippocalcins, but not non-myristoylated mutagenic (Gly1-Ala1) hippocalcin, displayed Ca(2+)-dependent membrane association, indicating that myristoylation participates in its Ca(2+)-dependent membrane association properties. In vitro translated hippocalcin bound to phospholipid vesicles somewhat, however, phospholipid association was insufficient for its membrane association properties, suggesting that the NH2-terminal myristoyl moiety on hippocalcin interacts with lipid bilayers and facilitates interaction with other membrane proteins.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to investigate the effectiveness of a compliance method for analyzing the fatigue crack growth of GLARE3 fiber/metal laminates. The materials tested were GLARE3-5/4 (2.6 mm thick) and GLARE3-3/2 (1.4 mm thick). Centrally notched specimens with two kinds of notch length and two kinds of fiber orientation were fatigue tested under constant amplitude loading. The expression of the experimental stress intensity factor, Kexp, for the 2024-T3 aluminum-alloy layers of a GLARE3 is formulated and Kexp were obtained from the relationship between crack length and specimen compliance. The test results clarified the following: (1) da/dN–ΔKexp relationships roughly show the linear relationship independent of the maximum stress level, specimen thickness, notch length, and fiber orientations, (2) the da/dN–ΔKexp relationships approximately agree with the linear part and its extension of Paris–Erdogan’s law obtained for the da/dN–ΔK relationship of the 2024-T3 aluminum-alloy, (3) the compliance method is effective for analyzing fatigue crack growth in GLARE3 laminates.  相似文献
