The tricarbonyl complex CpMo(CO)3C1 was found to act as a precatalyst for the reaction of tert-butyl hydroperoxide and olefins to yield the corresponding epoxides and diols. Under the reaction conditions, oxidative decarbonylation leads to the formation of the dioxo complex CpMoO2Cl. The catalytic recyclability and the effect of temperature on the catalytic results have been examined, and a reaction mechanism proposed, supported by kinetic modelling.  相似文献

Nanoemulsion systems receive a significant amount of interest nowadays due to their promising potential in biomedicine and food technology. Using a two-step process, we produced a series of nanoemulsion systems with different concentrations of hemp seed oil (HSO) stabilized with Aesculus hippocastanum L. extract (AHE). Water and commercially-available low-concentrated hyaluronic acid (HA) were used as the liquid phase. Stability tests, including an emulsifying index (EI), and droplet size distribution tests performed by dynamic light scattering (DLS) proved the beneficial impact of AHE on the emulsion’s stability. After 7 days of storage, the EI for the water-based system was found to be around 100%, unlike the HA systems. The highest stability was achieved by an emulsion containing 5% HSO and 2 g/L AHE in water, as well as the HA solution. In order to obtain the detailed characteristics of the emulsions, UV-Vis and FTIR spectra were recorded, and the viscosity of the samples was determined. Finally, a visible microscopic analysis was used for the homogeneity evaluation of the samples, and was compared with the DLS results of the water system emulsion, which showed a desirable stability. The presented results demonstrate the possible use of oil emulsions based on a plant extract rich in saponins, such as AHE. Furthermore, it was found that the anti-inflammatory properties of AHE provide opportunities for the development of new emulsion formulations with health benefits.  相似文献

The activation of elemental sulfur (S8) has been achieved by means of electrogenerated cyanomethyl anion [easily obtained by galvanostatic reduction from acetonitrile/tetraethylammonium hexafluorophosphate (MeCN‐Et4NPF6)]. The “activated” sulfur reacted with ylidenemalononitriles to give substituted 2‐aminothiophenes in very high yields. This variation of the Gewald reaction has been carried out using only catalytic amounts of electricity and supporting electrolyte. Typical approach to non-integer order filtering consists of analogue design and implementation. Digital realization of non-integer order systems is susceptible to problems such as infinite memory requirement and sensitivity to numerical errors. The aim of this paper is to present two efficient methods for digital realization of non-integer order filters: discrete time-domain Oustaloup approximation and Laguerre impulse response approximation. Properties of both methods are investigated with use of non-integer low-pass filter. Filters realized with presented methods are then used for filtering of EEG signal. Paper concludes with discussion of merits and flaws of both methods.  相似文献

This article presents an analysis of the potential role that computer-assisted strategies could play in substance abuse prevention efforts in the future. Four primary areas are addressed. First, substance abuse prevention is discussed within the context of adolescent development. Second, computer-assisted instruction (CAI) is defined in terms of the opportunities it represents for substance abuse prevention. Third, a variety of barriers are described that must be addressed if the potential of CAI for enhancing substance abuse prevention efforts is ever to be realized. Finally, recommendations are made for coordinating research and development efforts, now and in the future, so that the potential of new technology for improving substance abuse prevention efforts will be adequately evaluated. Influenza A virus (IAV) causes seasonal epidemics and sporadic pandemics, therefore is an important research subject for scientists around the world. Despite the high variability of its genome, the structure of viral RNA (vRNA) possesses features that remain constant between strains and are biologically important for virus replication. Therefore, conserved structural motifs of vRNA can represent a novel therapeutic target. Here, we focused on the presence of G-rich sequences within the influenza A/California/07/2009(H1N1) genome and their ability to form RNA G-quadruplex structures (G4s). We identified 12 potential quadruplex-forming sequences (PQS) and determined their conservation among the IAV strains using bioinformatics tools. Then we examined the propensity of PQS to fold into G4s by various biophysical methods. Our results revealed that six PQS oligomers could form RNA G-quadruplexes. However, three of them were confirmed to adopt G4 structures by all utilized methods. Moreover, we showed that these PQS motifs are present within segments encoding polymerase complex proteins indicating their possible role in the virus biology.  相似文献
