In these years, a lot of environmental problems such as air pollution and exhaustion of fossil fuels have been discussed intensively. In our laboratory, a hydrogen-fueled propulsion system has been researched as an alternative to conventional systems. A hydrogen-fueled propulsion system is expected to have higher power, lighter weight and lower emissions. However, for the practical use, there exist many problems that must be overcome. Considering these backgrounds, jet engines with hydrogen-fueled combustion within a turbine blade passage have been studied. Although some studies have been made on injecting and burning hydrogen fuel from a stator surface, little is known about the interaction between a tip leakage vortex near the suction side of a rotor tip and hydrogen-fueled combustion. The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence of the tip leakage vortex on the characteristics of the 3-dimensional flow field with hydrogen-fueled combustion within a turbine blade passage. Reynolds-averaged compressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved with incorporating a k-ε turbulence and a reduced chemical mechanism models. Using the computational results, the 3-dimensional turbulent flow field with chemical reactions is numerically visualized, and the three-dimensional turbulent flow fields with hydrogen combustion and the structure of the tip leakage vortex are investigated.  相似文献

This paper proposes a restart control method for position sensorless PMSM drive systems without a potential transformer for railway vehicle traction. This method can estimate the initial rotor speed and position under coasting conditions over the entire speed range. The method can also be used when the back‐EMF voltage is higher than the inverter DC link voltage. The proposed method is verified by experiments using a 200‐kW PMSM.  相似文献

Grain refining of Al-4.5Cu alloy by adding an Al-30TiC master alloy   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A particulate Al-30 wt pct TiC composite was employed as a grain refiner for the Al-4.5 wt pct Cu alloy. The composite contains submicron TiC particles. The addition of the TiC grain refiner to the metal alloy in the amount of 0.1 Ti wt pct effected a remarkable reduction in the average grain size in Al-4.5 wt pct Cu alloy castings. With the content of over 0.2 Ti wt pct, the grain refiner maintained its refining effectiveness even after a 3600-second holding time at 973 K. The TiC particles in the resulting castings were free of interfacial phases. It is concluded that the TiC are the nucleating agents and that they are resistant to the “fading effect” encountered with most grain refiners.  相似文献

Stimulation of NMDA receptor increases NO-dependent cGMP synthesis. A significantly higher cGMP level was observed in hippocampus (about 8-fold increase) than in cerebral cortex (2.5-fold increase), as compared to basal value. The activity of NO synthase (NOS) and the basal level of cGMP in unstimulated slices were only slightly higher in hippocampus than in the cortex. About 60% of NOS total activity was found in the brain membrane fraction. The enzyme activity was not affected by glucocorticoids, even after 20 days of hydrocortisone treatment in dose of 40 mg/kg b.w. Brain ischemia induced by ligation of the both common carotid arteries in gerbils (Meriones unquiculatus) significantly increased NOS activity as well as cGMP and putrescine concentrations but decreased mono-ADP-ribosolation of proteins. Changes of NOS activity and cGMP concentration evoked by ischemia were decreased by specific inhibitor of the neuronal form of NOS (nNOS), 7-nitrodazole and the inhibitor of guanylate cyclase, LY 83,583 administered respectively in a dose of 25 mg/kg b.w. and 6 mg/kg b.w. 5 min. before ischemia. The inhibitor of nNOS, 7NI, did not change the concentration of putrescine during ischemia and reperfusion. Our results indicated that these inhibitors could protect the brain against excessive production of nitric oxide and biochemical processes dependent on it. In this way they may offer a new strategy in the therapy of brain ischemia.  相似文献

To lower the fabrication cost of silicon solar cells, a surface treatment using a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) instead of a wet cleaning technique was examined on electrode surfaces on silicon solar cells. The fill factor obtained through measuring current–voltage characteristics was evaluated, and the treated surface state was characterized by energy-dispersive X-ray. It was found that the DBD effectively activated the electrode surface and the surface treatment on finger electrodes contributed greatly to improve the fill factor.  相似文献

We examined thein vitro surface activity, immersional wettability and adhesional wettability shown by aqueous solutions of soy lysophospholipid (SLP)/monoglyceride (MG)/fatty acid (FA), SLP/FA and SLP/MG, and found that many lipid mixtures showed significant surface activity when their MG and FA components consisted of polyunsaturated FA and/or medium chain FA. The more unsaturated the FA, the higher the surface activity. A mixture of SLP/medium chain fatty acid MG (medium chain MG)/medium chain FA showed the highest surface activity, and was comparable to an Aerosol-OT surfactant, the most effective wetting agent. SLP/polyunsaturated FA monoglyceride (polyunsaturated MG)/polyunsaturated FA, SLP/medium chain FA, and SLP/polyunsaturated FA, SLP/medium chain MG, and SLP/polyunsaturated MG also showed a high degree of activity. Wettability decreased rapidly when the amount of saturated, long chain FA moieties increased. It is recognized that the degrees of unsaturation and the chain length of FAs in the lipid mixtures have a decisive influence on surface activities. Higher ratios of MG and FA to SLP gave higher activity; and solubilizers such as bile salts were necessary to dissolve them in water.  相似文献

The best-fit values of the Michaelis constant (Km) and the maximum velocity (V) in the Michaelis-Menten equation can be obtained by the method of least squares with the Taylor expansion for the sum of squares of the absolute residual, i.e., the difference between the observed velocity and the corresponding velocity by calculation. This method makes it possible to determine the values of Km and V not in a trial-and-error manner but in a deductive and unique manner after some iterative procedures starting from arbitrary approximate values of Km and V. These values can be said to be uniquely determined for a set of data as the finally converged values are no longer dependent upon the initial approximate values of Km and V. It is also very important to obtain initial approximate values of parameters for the application of the method described above. A simple method is proposed to estimate the approximate values of parameters involved in fractional functions. The method of rearrangement after canceling of denominator of a fractional function can be utilized to obtain approximate values, not only for cases of two unknown parameters such as the Michaelis-Menten equation, but also for cases with more than two unknowns.  相似文献
