铜蒸汽激光器双闸流管触发系统的研究

研制成用于钢蒸汽激光器的双间流管触发系统。用两个闸流管并联进行交替触发，总输入电功率达7．8kW。低功率运行时，激光器的效率为0．6％与单间流管激光器的效率一致。     

A fast motion estimation algorithm based on the block sum pyramid

In this correspondence, a fast approach to motion estimation is presented. The algorithm uses the block sum pyramid to eliminate unnecessary search positions. It first constructs the sum pyramid structure of a block. Successive elimination is then performed hierarchically from the top level to the bottom level of the pyramid. Many search positions can be skipped from being considered as the best motion vector and, thus, the search complexity can be reduced. The algorithm can achieve the same estimation accuracy as the full search block matching algorithm with much less computation time.     

On the singularity of temperature gradient near an inclined crack terminating at bimaterial interface

This paper deals with the singularity of temperature gradient near an inclined crack terminating at a bimaterial interface. The temperature field is solved by considering the continuity of temperature and heat flux at the interface and appropriate thermal boundary conditions on crack surfaces. The singularity of temperature gradient around the crack tip is then studied for the cases for which the temperature on crack surfaces is prescribed or crack surfaces are insulated. It is found that, unlike the oscillatory singularity of the stress field, no oscillatory character near the crack tip is observed for these problems. The dependence of the singularity of temperature gradient on the inclined angle of crack and thermal conductivity ratio of two dissimilar media is also shown.     

双旋Y切石英振子厚度模式的频温特性的研究

本文利用描述固体中弹性声波的克里斯托费尔方程,建立了双旋Y切石英振子厚度模式的频温特性分析方法,并编制了相应的计算机程序。该程序可给出双旋Y切石英振子在任意切角(ф_3ф_1)下的厚度模(a、b、c模)的频率温度特性曲线。文中给出了单旋AT切、BT切(b模)、双旋SC切(b、c模)、FC切、IT切、LC切、NL_1切、NL_2切、AK切等各已知切型的频温特性曲线。对石英谐振器的切角灵敏度和切角误差进行了分析。     

High-power 980-nm AlGaAs/InGaAs strained quantum-well laser grown by OMVPE

High-power lattice-strained AlGaAs/InGaAs graded index separate-confinement heterostructure (GRINSCH) quantum-well lasers emitting at a 980-nm wavelength have been grown by organometallic vapor phase epitaxy (OMVPE) and fabricated with a self-aligned ridge-waveguide structure. Using a 3- mu m-wide and 750- mu m-long AR-HR coated laser, 30 mV of optical power was coupled into optical fibers with 28.6% efficiency. A dominating single-lobe far-field radiation pattern was obtained from a wedge-shaped ridge-waveguide laser for output power as high as 240 mW with a maximum output power of 310 mW.<>

Phase-shifterless beam-steering micro-slotline antenna

A novel beam-steering leaky-wave antenna that uses reactive loading capacitors along the leaky line is presented. The reactive loading varies the phase constant of the leaky line, altering the direction of the main beam. A prototype was constructed and tested, demonstrating that a beam scanning angle of 23° is obtained by periodically loading the 0.06527 pF capacitors along the leaky line at 4 GHz. An electronic beam-steering antenna of scanning angle 13° was established by replacing the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with varactors     

赵41断块干扰试井资料分析

对晋县凹陷41断块油田采用小直径电子压力计试井新技术，成功地进行了干扰试井。通过对观察井、激动井所得试井资料的详细分析、评价，证实了干扰井组中各井间地层的连通性，为下一步实施注水开发提供了可靠的依据。同时，进行了地层产能的分析，做出了产能预测，认为随着原油流度、产能的降低，整个断块油藏产量将快速递减。因此，提出要对油藏及时补充能量，并采取原油降粘措施等建议。     

砷化镓声电荷转移延迟线的设计与工艺研究

由于声电荷转移(ACT)这一新颖的高速缓冲抽样技术的发明,使得新一代高速高频信号处理器件的实现成为可能。本文研究了第二代平面结构的ACT器件转移沟道的电位分布特性,给出了平面结构ACT延迟线的设计,并研究了ACT器件的工艺实现。
