循环流液相等电聚焦方法及应用研究

利用循环流液相等电聚焦技术，对Ｈｂ、Ｃｙｔ．Ｃ和ＢＳＡ混合物进行分离，对ＲＮａｓｅＡ粗制品进行精制。该方法上样量大，活性回收好。对聚焦过程中扩散、对流和电渗的影响进行了讨论。     

High density lipoprotein conversion mediated by human plasma phospholipid transfer protein

Phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) was purified from lipoprotein-free human plasma, obtained upon treatment of plasma with dextran sulfate and Ca2+, by employing a series of column chromatography. Upon sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the purified PLTP showed a single main band, corresponding to the molecular mass of 78 kDa. However, isoelectric focusing of the purified preparation gave multiple bands with pI ranging from 4.3 to 5.1, indicative of microheterogeneity. Purified PLTP was shown to possess not only phospholipid transfer activity, but also high density lipoprotein (HDL) conversion activity (Tu, A.-Y., Nishida, H. I., and Nishida, T. (1990), FASEB J. 4, A2148; Jauhiainen, M., Metso, J., Pahlman, R., Blomqvist, S., van Tol, A., and Ehnholm, C. (1993) J. Biol. Chem. 268, 4032-4036). Isolated HDL3 was enlarged to the size of HDL2b upon incubation with purified PLTP for 6 h at 37 degrees C at the PLTP/HDL3 molar ratio of approximately 1:45. Both the HDL conversion and the phosphatidylcholine transfer activities of purified PLTP were effectively inhibited by rabbit anti-PLTP immunoglobulin G. The primary importance of PLTP in the HDL enlargement that occurs in human plasma upon incubation at 37 degrees C was shown by the strong inhibitory effect of the anti-PLTP immunoglobulin G. The process of PLTP-mediated HDL enlargement was accompanied by the release of apoproteins, primarily apoA-I. HDL3 enlargement mediated by PLTP was effectively inhibited by the addition of free fatty acids.     

Highly active lanthanum doped nickel anode for solid oxide fuel cells directly fuelled with methane

Lanthanum doped nickel and YSZ composite anode (LaNi–YSZ) exhibited a greatly reduced polarization resistance and high performance for electrochemical oxidation of hydrogen and methane, which resulted from a fine anode structure with a high dispersion of nickel catalyst and a high catalytic activity towards methane.     

F150交换机告警关联规则的研究

为了提高电信网络运营效率，降低维护成本，电信运营企业在网络告警管理系统中需要引入数据挖掘技术。本文主要研究利用数据挖掘技术来进行故障的管理，即对告警进行关联性分析，详细分析了告警序列数据的关联规则挖掘算法，并在南昌本地网F150交换机的告警数据库中予以实现，同时对实际挖掘结果进行分析和整理，推导出一些实用的关联规则。     

Performance evaluation of a multichannel transceiver system forADSL and VHDSL services

The authors study the performance of a multichannel modulation method for asymmetric digital subscriber lines (ADSLs) and very high-speed digital subscriber lines (VHDSLs). In the ADSL case, over all unloaded North American subscriber lines in the test set, a unidirectional 1.536 Mb/s data rate service from the end office to the customer premises is possible on a single twisted pair at an error rate of 10^-7 with at least a 6 dB margin used coded multichannel modulation with sufficient transmit power. In the VHDSL case, data rates in excess of 100 Mb/s can be transmitted reliably, at an error rate of 10^-7, using uncoded multichannel modulation on a single twisted pair over a distance ⩽150 ft with a sufficiently high sampling rate (≈24 MHz) and transmit power. It is shown that a cost-effective multichannel transceiver design suggested for high-speed digital subscriber line (HDSL) service will also work well for ADSL and VHDSL services with only minimal modifications     

热声热机系统振荡频率的理论计算与实验验证

以热声发动机为例采用网络模型计算了热声热机系统的振荡频率，得出振荡频率为复频率，其实部代表实际频率，虚部表示压力幅值的衰减程度。对热机系统在各种不同的情况下(包括不同大小的谐振腔、板叠间距、气体静压、系统长度)进行了数值计算，理论计算值与实验结果能很好的吻合。     

Network model approach for calculating oscillating frequency of thermoacoustic prime mover

The network model is given and used to calculate the oscillating frequency of thermoacoustic prime mover. Theoretically calculated frequency by the model is plural, whose real part denotes actual frequency of the system, and imaginary part means attenuation coefficient of acoustic pressure. Numerical calculation is made under different conditions including different acoustic cavities, spacing between each parallel plate, gas pressures and system lengths. Theoretically calculated frequency and experimentally measured frequency are in quite good agreement.     

狭缝中生存——浅谈影响建筑师理想实现的因素

本文根据作者最近所参与“北大附中重庆实验学校”的工程项目中的所见所闻,结合国内建筑市场的实际情况,探讨了中国建筑师在理想实现过程中,所面临的各种困难及其背后深刻的社会原因,希望借此启发一些正在为自己的理想而在日夜奋斗着的年轻建筑师们。为了形象地说明这些因素对一项优秀建筑项目的产生所起的作用,文中采用了量化的百分比评价体系。     

Swelling behavior induced by alteration in granite and its implications on underground excavation

Granite is commonly recognized as an ideal medium for underground construction. However, in the site investigation for Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station project, it was found that there are swelling behaviors induced by alteration in granite and eventually causing slaking and disintegration of rock blocks. The study shows that hydrothermal alteration in granite is primarily due to the intrusion of multi-phase igneous magma. The clay minerals, such as montmorillonite, chlorite, kaolinite, are the main causes for the swelling behavior of granite. In the exploratory adits, alteration was observed to occur mainly along faults or fractures in the rock masses and resulted in roof caving if water is present. Some of the highly altered borehole cores swell and crack within 24 h in water and eventually disintegrate completely. From the testing results on the samples, the maximum axial free swelling strain is about 1.2%, while the maximum axial confined swelling strain is around 0.1% with swelling stress less than 25 kPa. Under free swelling tests, 80% of swelling is completed within 24 hours. Under confined swelling condition, swelling process is completed within 1 h for some samples, with 80% of maximum swelling strain finished within around 22 h for most of the samples. Contraction of samples occurs after swelling completed. The strength of granite, reflected by deformation and elastic moduli, shear strength, decreases due to alteration. The deformation and elastic moduli are even lower compared to highly weathered rock. The shear strength is between that for highly weathered and slightly weathered rocks. The swelling characteristics of the altered rock present great challenges for support or lining during construction and operation stages. Support or lining shall be in place immediately after excavation. Since the rock may swell when encountering water, the shotcrete shall be designed accordingly. During the construction of access tunnel and caverns, water shall be drained in time. Drainage directly from surface shall be avoided so as to prevent floor heave.
