GCr15钢激光淬火层的奥氏体晶粒尺寸

ＧＣｒ１５钢激光淬火层的晶粒尺寸可在很大范围内变化，从约３０μｍ到小于２μｍ。以激光光斑为中心，相距越远，晶粒尺寸越细小，晶粒尺寸的变化与激光加热时理论推导的温度场存在对应关系。激光扫描速度对激光淬火层的奥氏体晶粒尺寸有显著的影响，原始组淬火层体晶粒尺寸影响较小，ＧＣｒ１５钢激光淬火层奥氏体晶粒尺寸的研究为激光淬火工艺的制订提供了重要的参考依据。     

纳米粉及添加剂对压电陶瓷材料性能的影响

采用高能球磨法研磨出PZT-5纳米粉料，添加外购的纳米有机添加剂，按照传统的固相工艺法制备出了压电陶瓷材料，研究分析纳米粉料和纳米有机添加剂对压电陶瓷性能的影响。通过测试分析可以看出，纳米压电粉料与纳米有机添加剂的综合作用，降低了材料的烧结温度、相对介电常数εr,Qm值和以d31，提高了压电应变常数d333，从而压电电压常数g33、gh、dh成倍提高，这些对制作宽带、高灵敏度的换能器是很有好处的。     

钛业分会2004年度工作总结

对贵金属二次资源的特点、来源、预处理方法以及金银铂钯等贵金属的回收利用方法等进行综合评述，提出了在无害化处置贵金属废料时应充分考虑回收利用工艺的全面性、尽可能以废治废、生物处理、集中处理、政府积极参与协调并加大投入，对于目前暂时无法做到无害化处置的贵金属废料，将这些废料暂时集中放置，滞后处理等有价值的建议。     

论高校管理创新的路径

高校教育教学活动总是在管理过程中进行的，其创新从一定意义上取决于高校管理的创新。就其创新的路径而言，应从管理理念上实现从物本管理向人本管理转变，从管理职能上实现从控制型管理向服务型管理转变，从管理组织上实现从垂直管理向扁平管理转变，从管理方式上实现从经验管理向制度管理转变，从管理机制上实现从维持学校向经营学校转变，这些路径是一个相互联系、相互影响的有机整体。     

The establishment of the statistical-thermodynamic model of D81-structure and its application to α-Nb5Si3

A statistical-thermodynamic model for binary nonstoichiometric A₅B₃ with D8₁-structure has been established on the basis of the grand canonical ensemble. In the model the average chemical potentials according to the composition and a new extra equation as a boundary condition are proposed for more accuracy and free experimental data calculations. The model can be used in any A₅B₃ type compounds with D8₁ structure. The establishment method of the statistical-thermodynamic model can be extended to other complicated structures. We apply the statistical-thermodynamic model to α-Nb₅Si₃ and the parameters used in the model are obtained from the first-principles' calculations. From these parameters the expression for the point defect concentrations as a function of compositions and temperatures is obtained by numeral calculations. The constitutional defects and thermal defects in α-Nb₅Si₃ are discussed.     

有滞后环节的系统的闭环鲁棒辨识方法

提出一种新的针对带滞后环节的任意阶系统的闭环辨识方法。通过“三步法”，实现在闭环条件下的被控制对象的传递函数参数的辨识，所提出方法具有很强的鲁棒性。仿真例子表明该方法的有效性。     

B113－2型低汽／气比CO高温变换催化剂的研制

介绍了Ｂ１１３－２Ｍ低汽／气比ＣＯ高温变换催化剂的研制方法及其特点．实验室测试表明，Ｂ１１３－２型催化剂具有堆密度低、运行强度高、选择性好、抗沸水性能优、本体含硫低及低温活性好等优点．     

Preparation of fluoroacrylate nanocopolymer by miniemulsion polymerization used in textile finishing

Latex based on fluoroacrylate (TAN) and other comonomers was prepared via miniemulsion polymerization in the presence of stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (STAC) and 2, 2′‐azobis (2‐amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (ABAP) as a water soluble initiator. Light transmittance studies demonstrated that the light transmittance of prepared emulsions increases with the amount of TAN, STAC, cosolvent DPM, and hydrophobe DM. Given suitable reaction temperature and quantities of TAN, STAC, DPM, and DM, a copolymer emulsion of fluoroacylate with a particle size of 50 nm was produced. The water repellency tested on polyester fabrics displayed greater effectiveness than that of commercial products with higher fluorine content. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
