The low cycle fatigue René 80, a Ni-base superalloy, was studied at temperature of 871 °C, R = (min/max) = 0 and strain rate of about 2 × 10−3 s−1. The dislocation structure and failure surface observations were evaluated through TEM and SEM. TEM studies showed that at Δt = 0.8% during the first cycle the dislocations formed a hexagonal network in the γ-phase matrix. When the number of cycles increased, the density of dislocations increased as well. At N = Nf and Δt = 0.8% the cutting of γ′ precipitates took place. SEM studies at Δt = 0.8% and N = Nf showed that fatigue crack initiation generally occurred at the surface, where it is depleted of the γ′ phase as a result of oxidation by the high-temperature exposure. In addition to depleted zones, the grain boundary oxidation and oxide spikes were also considered as further crack initiation sites.  相似文献

Due to the instability and intermittent connectivity of links among the nodes and the lack of connectivity in opportunistic network, it is not feasible to use common routing for delivering messages. The only practical method for routing and delivering messages is to use the store-carry-forward routing method. As a case in point, spray and wait is considered to be one of the most appropriate routing methods. The efficiency of this method depends directly on the proper selection of the next hop and the number of copies when it encounters a node. In this paper, a method was proposed that constantly selects the next node and considers the number of copies a node can deliver. In the proposed method, the selection of the next node and the number of message copies to be transmitted by the next hop are based on message carrying time and the probability of message delivery. The network model, based on Markov chain, is extended for analysis. Simulation and analysis results showed that significant enhancement is obtained with the proposed method when measuring metrics such as delay, delivery ratio and copy do comparisons with similar methods.  相似文献

In this paper, fabrication and characterisation of Mg–SiC nanocomposite are investigated. Micrometre-sized Mg powder with the different volume fraction of SiC nano particles were dynamically compacted using a modified Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar. Moreover, the compaction process was simulated using AUTODYN commercial software to demonstrate that the stress in the powder sample was sufficient for consolidation. To achieve the best quality samples, the effects of lubrication and compaction velocity on dynamic compaction process were initially studied by experiment. It was observed that the temperature of 450°C and the compaction velocity of 15.5?m/s led to the best samples with relative density more than 99%. The effects of reinforcing phase content on the relative density, micro-hardness, and compressive behaviour of the compacted samples along with their microstructures were investigated. The results showed that the micro-hardness and the compressive strength of the samples fabricated at 450°C increased about 70% and 50%, respectively.  相似文献

A combinatorial mathematical model in tandem with a metaheuristic technique for solving transmission network expansion planning (TNEP) using an AC model associated with reactive power planning (RPP) is presented in this paper. AC-TNEP is handled through a prior DC model while additional lines as well as VAr-plants are used as reinforcements to cope with real network requirements. The solution of the reinforcement stage can be obtained by assuming all reactive demands are supplied locally to achieve a solution for AC-TNEP and by neglecting the local reactive sources, a reactive power planning (RPP) will be managed to find the minimum required reactive power sources. Binary GA as well as a real genetic algorithm (RGA) are employed as metaheuristic optimization techniques for solving this combinatorial TNEP as well as the RPP problem. High quality results related with lower investment costs through case studies on test systems show the usefulness of the proposal when working directly with the AC model in transmission network expansion planning, instead of relaxed models.  相似文献

Ethylene glycol is an environmental pollutant, which exists in airport runoff and industrial waste. In this article, biodegradation of ethylene glycol in a two-chamber, batch-mode microbial fuel cell was investigated. Glucose and ethylene glycol at different concentrations were used as carbon and energy sources. Chemical oxygen demand removal in the range of 92–98% indicated that microbial fuel cell can be used for biodegradation of ethylene glycol. Ethylene glycol also improved power generation and the maximum power density was 5.72 mW/m2 (137.32 mW/m3), with respect to the same glucose and ethylene glycol concentrations (500 ppm).  相似文献

A new method for real-time prediction of uncertain network transmission time delays and a method for closed-loop control of manufacturing and industrial plants through networks are introduced. The proposed delay prediction method is based on the multilayer perceptron neural model. In order to minimize the number of neurons in the first layer of the network and hence reducing the computational burden in a real-time implementation, a method for determination of the Markov order of the time delay sequence is presented. Using the predicted delay, and a zero-order hold equivalent discrete-time model of the plant, a time varying state feedback control algorithm with a real-time gain updating strategy is proposed. A sufficient condition for closed-loop stability is also derived using the switching theorem for linear systems. The proposed method is shown, through two industrial networked case studies, namely, a DC motor driving a transportation roller for paper sheets and a milling machine. Simulation studies depict the efficacy of the proposed method in controlling such challenging problems.  相似文献

This paper presents an analysis and a modeling approach to obtain a small-signal model design and the digital implementation of a linear control technique for single-phase boost power factor correctors (PFC). Such converters present nonlinear characteristics and approximations of them are used to drive the models. The proposed circuit significantly improves the dynamic response of the converter to load steps without the need of a high crossover frequency of the voltage loop by adding low-pass filter. So, a low distortion of the input current is easily achieved. This controller has been verified via simulation in Simulink using a continuous time plant model and a discrete time controller. Real-time implementation is performed on an experimental test bench utilizing a rapid prototyping tool. The controller is experimentally confirmed for steady-state performance and transient response.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive DNA impedance sensor was prepared for the detection of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The DNA electrochemical biosensor is worked based on the electrochemical impedance spectroscopic (EIS) detection of the sequence-specific DNA related to chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The ssDNA probe was immobilized on the surface of the gold nanoparticles. Compared to the bare gold electrode, the gold nanoparticles-modified electrode could improve the density of the probe DNA attachment and hence the sensitivity of the DNA sensor greatly. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were performed in a solution containing 1.0 mmol L−1 K3[Fe(CN)6]/K4[Fe(CN)6] and 50 mmol L−1 phosphate buffer saline pH 6.87 plus 50 mmol L−1 KCl. In the CV studied, the potential was cycled from 0.0 to +0.65 V with a scan rate of 50 mV s−1. Using EIS, the difference of the electron transfer resistance (ΔRet) was linear with the logarithm of the complementary oligonucleotides sequence concentrations in the range of 7.0 × 10−12–2.0 × 10−7 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10−12 mol L−1. In addition, the DNA sensor showed a good reproducibility and stability during repeated regeneration and hybridization cycles.  相似文献
