A 3D icing simulation code is developed in the open-source CFD toolbox OpenFOAM. A hybrid Cartesian/body-fitted meshing method is used to generate high-quality meshes around complex ice shapes. Steady-state 3D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations are solved to provide the ensemble-averaged flow around the airfoil. Considering the multi-scale nature of droplet size distribution, and more importantly, to represent the less uniform nature of the Super-cooled Large Droplets (SLD), two droplet tracking methods are realized: the Eulerian method is used to track the small-size droplets (below 50 μm) for the sake of efficiency; the Lagrangian method with random sampling is used to track the large droplets (above 50 μm); the heat transfer of the surface overflow is solved on a virtual surface mesh; the ice accumulation is estimated via the Myers model; finally, the final ice shape is predicted by time marching. Limited by the availability of experimental data, validations are performed on 3D simulations of 2D geometries using the Eulerian and Lagrangian methods, respectively. The code proves to be feasible and accurate enough in predicting ice shapes. Finally, an icing simulation result of the M6 wing is presented to illustrate the full 3D capability.  相似文献

With the continuous development of China’s economy and society, people and the government have higher and higher requirements for food safety. Testing for food dopants and toxins can prevent the occurrence of various adverse health phenomena in the world’s population. By deploying new and powerful sensors that enable rapid sensing processes, the food industry can help detect trace adulteration and toxic substances. At present, as a common food safety detection method, lateral flow immunochromatography (LFI) is widely used in food safety testing, environmental testing and clinical medical treatment because of its advantages of simplicity, speed, specificity and low cost, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring food safety. This paper mainly focuses on the application of lateral flow immunochromatography and new technologies combined with test strips in food safety detection, such as aptamers, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, quantum dots, electrochemical test strip detection technology, biosensor test strip detection, etc. In addition, sensing principles such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer can also more effective. Different methods have different characteristics. The following is a review of the application of these technologies in food safety detection.  相似文献

Cantharidin (CTD) is the major component of anticancer drugs obtained from Mylabris Cichorii and has a good inhibitory effect on several cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and breast cancer. However, due to its toxicity, oral administration can cause various adverse reactions, limiting its clinical application. The aim of this work was to design glycyrrhetinic acid (GA)- and/or folate (FA)-modified solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) for the encapsulation of CTD to target HCC. Four CTD-loaded SLNs (cantharidin solid lipid nanoparticles (CSLNs), glycyrrhetinic acid-modified cantharidin solid lipid nanoparticles (GA-CSLNs), folate-modified cantharidin solid lipid nanoparticles (FA-CSLNs), and glycyrrhetinic acid and folate-modified cantharidin solid lipid nanoparticles (GA-FA-CSLNs)) were prepared by the emulsion ultrasonic dispersion method, and their physicochemical parameters were determined (particle size and distribution, morphology, zeta-potential, entrapment efficiency, drug loading, and hemolysis). Additionally, the antitumor activities of the four SLNs were evaluated comprehensively by tests for cytotoxicity, cell migration, cell cycle, apoptosis, cellular uptake, competition suppression assay, and in vivo tumor suppression assay. Four SLNs showed spherical shapes and mean diameters in the range of 75–110 nm with size dispersion (PDI) within the range of 0.19–0.50 and zeta-potential approximately –10 mV. The entrapment efficiency of CTD in SLNs was higher than 95% for all tested formulations, and no hemolysis was observed. Compared to GA-CSLNs or CSLNs, GA-FA-CSLNs and FA-CSLNs showed stronger cytotoxicity on hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HepG2), and the cytotoxicity of GA-FA-CSLNs on hepatocyte cells (L-02) was remarkably reduced compared with other formulations. GA-FA-CSLNs and FA-CSLNs also increased the inhibition of HepG2 cell migration, and FA-CSLNs had the highest apoptosis rate. The cell cycle results indicated that HepG2 cells were arrested mainly in the S phase and G2/M phase. Analysis of competition inhibition experiments showed that GA and FA ligands had targeted effects on HepG2 cells. The in vivo tumor inhibition experiment showed that GA-FA-CSLNs and FA-CSLNs had excellent tumor inhibition ability—their tumor inhibition rates were 96.46% and 89.92%, respectively. Our results indicate that GA-FA-CSLNs and FA-CSLNs have a promising future in the therapeutic intervention of HCC.  相似文献

In the presence of CuOAc, a series of unsymmetric ureas can be generated in moderate to good yields under mild reaction conditions (10 mol% of CuOAc, 2 equiv t-BuONa or PhONa, 30 °C), using aryl isocyanides and O-benzoyl hydroxylamines as the readily accessible starting materials. The reactions might undergo a cascade process involving isocyanide insertion into the N-O bond and Mumm-type rearrangement. This work represents a rare example of isocyanide insertion into N-O bonds, which would extend isocyanide insertion chemistry.  相似文献

Stimulator of interferon gene (STING), an intracellular receptor in the endoplasmic reticulum, could induce the production of cytokines such as type I interferon (IFN) by activating the cGAS-STING signal pathway. In recent years, activation of STING has shown great potential to enhance anti-tumor immunity and reshape the tumor microenvironment, which is expected to be used in tumor immunotherapy. A number of STING agonists have demonstrated promising biological activity and showed excellent synergistic anti-tumor effects in combination with other cancer therapies in preclinical studies and some clinical trials. The combination of STING agonists and ICI also showed a potent effect in improving anti-tumor immunity. In this review, we introduce the cGAS-STING signaling pathway and its effect in tumor immunity and discuss the recent strategies of activation of the STING signaling pathway and its research progress in tumor immunotherapy.  相似文献

应用Vis/NIR光谱直接测定原始土壤属性具有重要的研究和应用价值。选取我国中部水稻土和潮土共103个土样,对比分析了两种土壤在田间环境下的湿态(Rw)和干态(Rd)光谱特征。采用相对变换光谱方法对湿态光谱进行了处理,结果表明该方法能够有效降低土壤水分的干扰和消除部分噪声,得到的变换光谱(Rn)与干态光谱在信息量和特征方面具有很高的相似度。以此建立了土壤TN的PLS回归估计模型,检验结果表明,Rn对水稻土和潮土TN的估计模型精度均高于Rw,修正判定系数分别从0.26和0.46提高到0.53和0.62。因此,相对光谱变换方法能够有效提高应用田间土壤光谱估计土壤参数的能力,建立的PLS模型可以用于测定TN含量,研究结果可作为实现田间实时分析土壤属性的工作基础。  相似文献

将实验测得的电弧放电能量分布规律拟合为理想热源,采用数值仿真方法对一种高频等离子体射流激励器进行参数化研究,探索了激励器出口角度对激励器静特性的影响,并获得了在超声速来流(Ma0=2.0)情况下射流激励器的高速特性。结果显示:当射流出口流通面积相同时射流出口角度越小,激励器沿流向的动量注入能力越强,并且这一规律在高速射流条件的情况下仍然适用。相比静止条件,在超声速来流条件下,射流的动量注入能力更强,影响域更大。  相似文献

随着深井、超深井数量的快速增加, 钻柱振动导致的钻具失效问题更加突出. 针对钻柱振动的研究可分为理论与数值模拟、测量分析两种方法. 由于钻柱振动具有复杂的非线性特征, 使得理论与数值模拟研究受到了很大限制, 因此井下振动测量技术的研究显得尤为重要. 本文比较全面和系统地介绍了国内外钻柱振动测量技术研究现状和进展情况, 并对几个应用较为成熟的国外测量系统的工作原理、分析方法及应用技术进行了详细的综述. 所得结论可为我国井下振动测量技术的发展提供重要参考.  相似文献
