The 20‐membered ring of the title compound, C16H24O8, adopts an approximately flat rectangular structure with three‐ and seven‐bond sides and lies across a crystallographic center of inversion. The corners of the ring occur at both ends of one of the planar ester segments. All of the carbonyl O atoms are involved in inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A practical synthesis of 3'-O-benzyl-2'-deoxy-5-trifluoromethyluridine (1), a candidate antitumor agent for clinical testing, was developed from 2'-deoxy-5-iodouridine (3). Benzylation of 2'-deoxy-5-iodo-5'-O-trityluridine (14) with benzyl bromide and sodium hydride in tetrahydrofuran gave the 3'-O-derivative (16). Benzoylation of 16 afforded the N3-benzoyl derivative (17). Coupling of 17 with trifluoromethylcopper, prepared from bromotrifluoromethane and copper powder in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine, gave the 5-trifluoromethyl derivative (19) minimally contaminated with the 5-pentafluoroethyl compound. A gauche-gauche interaction is proposed as a powerful controlling factor for the stereochemistry in the intramolecular nitrile oxide cycloaddition reaction derived from N-protected 3-(N-allylamino)propionaldehyde and 2-(N-homoallylamino)acetaldehyde oximes. High levels of stereoselectivity (76% de to perfect) were obtained from the reaction involving nitrile oxides with substituents at the adjacent carbon atom to the tether nitrogen.  相似文献

We synthesized liquid scintillators incorporating ZrO2 nanoparticles for application in neutrinoless double beta decay experiments. ZrO2 nanoparticles of less than 10 nm in size were synthesized with sub- and supercritical hydrothermal methods. The Zr concentrations in the liquid scintillators were determined to be up to 1.4 wt% with inductively coupled plasma analysis, and the liquid scintillators were transparent to scintillation. These results indicate that these methods are applicable for the preparation of liquid scintillators for neutrinoless double beta decay experiments.  相似文献

The reaction of dithioacetals with 30% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of catalytic amounts of tantalum(V) and iodide ion effectively produced carbonyl compounds in high yields. Dithioacetals also can be deprotected using the niobium(V) catalyzed oxidation of iodide ion by hydrogen peroxide under mild conditions.  相似文献

Ionic liquid crystals based on ionic complexation of tris(2‐aminoethyl)amine (1) with 3,4,5‐tris(7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,11,11,12,12,12‐tridecafluorododecyloxy)benzoic acid (2) and with 3,4,5‐tris(2‐octyldodecyloxy)benzoic acid (3) were investigated. The ionic complex with the partially fluorinated alkyl chains (1·2) exhibited a morphological transition from a hexagonal columnar mesophase to a Pm3n micellar cubic phase upon increasing the molar ratio of 2 to 1. For the complex with the branched alkyl chains (1·3) a micellar cubic mesophase was exclusively generated at appropriate composite ratios. The generation of the micellar cubic mesophases is attributed to the introduction of the laterally expanded volume of the alkyl chains compared with the corresponding normal dodecyl chains. Their thermal stabilities were most enhanced at a specific molar ratio of 1:5 for 1·2 and 1:4 for 1·3. This result corresponds to the most suitable chain volume for the stable micellar cubic mesophase.  相似文献

The dynamics of fluid vesicles in simple shear flow is studied using mesoscale simulations of dynamically triangulated surfaces, as well as a theoretical approach based on two variables: a shape parameter and the inclination angle, which has no adjustable parameters. We show that, between the well-known tank-treading and tumbling states, a new "swinging" state can appear. We predict the dynamic phase diagram as a function of the shear rate, the viscosities of the membrane and the internal fluid, and the reduced vesicle volume. Our results agree well with recent experiments.  相似文献
