用傅里叶变换红外光谱法研究聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的结构

用傅里叶变换红外光谱法,将一系列不同温度下退火的PET光谱与熔融淬火的PET光谱进行数字吸光度相减,得到不同结晶状态的“反式构象光谱”。进一步将不同温度退火的“反式构象光谱”(240℃和120℃)彼此相减,可得到“纯晶区的光谱”和“非晶区的反式构象光谱”。通过差示光谱的比较,发现一些新的谱带和谱带的变化。可用PET 的晶区和非晶区中其分子链的内旋转构象的变化解释。

Effect of Arylmethylene Substitutions on Molecular Structure,Optoelectronic Properties and Photovoltaic Performance of Dithienocyclopentafluorene-Based Small-Molecule Acceptors

Two dithienocyclopentafluorene-based small-molecule acceptors (SMAs) were developed that feature methylene-functionalized conjugated side chains, to study the effect of arylmethylene substitution and its number on structure, optoelectronic properties and device performance. Results showed that two SMAs have better absorption properties and planarity, lower bandgaps and higher LUMOs compared with the control SMA without conjugated side chains. The synthesized SMAs were tested in polymer solar cells for examples of their applicability. This work argues that the introduction of methylene-functionalized conjugated side chains has great potential in tuning molecular structure, optoelectronic properties, device physics and photovoltaic performance of SMAs.     

Scaling Up DNA Origami Lattice Assembly

The surface-assisted hierarchical assembly of DNA origami nanostructures is a promising route to fabricate regular nanoscale lattices. In this work, the scalability of this approach is explored and the formation of a homogeneous polycrystalline DNA origami lattice at the mica-electrolyte interface over a total surface area of 18.75 cm² is demonstrated. The topological analysis of more than 50 individual AFM images recorded at random locations over the sample surface showed only minuscule and random variations in the quality and order of the assembled lattice. The analysis of more than 450 fluorescence microscopy images of a quantum dot-decorated DNA origami lattice further revealed a very homogeneous surface coverage over cm² areas with only minor boundary effects at the substrate edges. At total DNA costs of € 0.12 per cm², this large-scale nanopatterning technique holds great promise for the fabrication of functional surfaces.     

Hierarchical Porous Tubular Biochar Based Sensor for Detection of Trace Lead (II)

Hierarchical porous tubular biochar (PTBC) was prepared by selectively removing lignin simply according to reverse the pyrolysis sequence of cellulose. The properties of the PTBC sample were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman spectra, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical performances of PTBC modified on the screen-printing electrode illustrated excellent detection of lead ions (lead (II)) in water with the linear range (0.5–120 μg/L) and the detection limit (0.02 μg/L) by in-situ bismuth film square wave anode stripping voltammetry.     

Extraction of uranium(VI) and thorium(IV) from nitric acid solution by N-alkylcaprolactam

Extraction of uranium(VI), thorium(IV) from nitric acid has been studied with N-octylcaprolactam and N-(2-ethyl)hexylcaprolactam. Distribution coefficients of U(VI), Th(IV) and HNO₃ as a function of aqueous NHO₃ concentration, extractant concentration and temperature have been studied. The compositions of extracted species, thermodynamic parameters of extraction have been evaluated. Third phase formation in extraction of U(VI) has been studied. Back extraction behavior of U(VI) and Th(IV) from the organic phase has also been tested. The results obtained are compared with those obtained by using TBP under the same experimental conditions.     

香蕉组织膜草酸电极的研究

将香焦组织与氧电极偶合,制成了草酸生物组织电极。在静态和流动条件下,测得电极的线性响应范围分别为8.8×10~(-5)～6.3×10~(-4)mol/L和5.0×10~(-5)～1.8×10~(-3)mol/L,二者的相关系数均为0.9998。研究了介质条件、pH、温度、流速、取样量和固定化等条件的影响。测定了电极的选择性和使用寿命等性能。计算了该实验条件下酶反应的米氏常数。采用静态法和流动注射法测得7份草酸标液的平均回收率分别为98.4％和98.9％。电极已用于一些食品中草酸的测定,所得结果与文献报道基本一致。

Steroidal saponins from rhizomes of Tupistra wattii Hook. f

Chemical examination of the fresh rhizomes of Tupistra wattii HOOK. f. led to the isolation of three new steroidal saponins, wattoside G (1), H (2), and I (3), together with one known steroidal saponin, (25S)-1beta,3beta,4beta-trihydroxyspirotan-5beta-yl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4). The structures of 1-3 were established to be (25R)-1beta,2beta,3beta,5beta-tetrahydroxyspirostan-4beta-yl-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (1), (24S,25S)-24-[(beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-1beta,2beta,3beta,4beta,5beta,7beta-hexahydroxyspirostan-6-one (2), and (24S,25S)-1beta,3beta-dihydroxy-5beta-spirostan-24-yl-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3) on the basis of detailed analyses of physical, chemical, and spectral data. The isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxic activity against the cancer cell line K562 in vitro.     

Isolation of sesquiterpenoids from sponge Dysidea avara and chemical modification of avarol as potential antitumor agents

The marine sponge Dysidea avara contained avarol (1) and avarone (2). Avarol on acylation yielded 2',5'-O-dibenzoylavarol (3); 2,5'-O-(4-chlorobenzoyl)avarol (4); 2,5'-O-dicinnamoylavarol (5); 2,5'-O-(4-bromobenzoyl)avarol(6); 2',5'-O-dioctanoylavarol (7); 2',5'-O-(4-fluorobenzoyl)avarol (8) and diacetylavarol (9). The structural elucidation of all the compounds 1-9 have been done by spectral analysis. The cytotoxicity of these compounds were also determined and evaluated. Compounds 6 and 9 showed selective cytotoxicity against Hepa (human hepatoma) and KB cell lines respectively.
