Bi‐doped TiO2 nanotubes with variable Bi/Ti ratios were synthesized by hydrothermal treatment in 10 mol·L?1 NaOH (aq.) through using Bi‐doped TiO2 particles derived from conventional sol‐gel method as starting materials. The effects of Bi content on the morphology, textural properties, photo absorption and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanotubes were investigated. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) observations of the obtained samples revealed the formation of titanate nanotube structure doped with Bi, which exists as a higher oxidation state than Bi3+. Bi‐doping TiO2 nanotubes exhibited an extension of light absorption into the visible region and improved photocatalytic activities for hydrogen production from a glycerol/water mixed solution as compared with pure TiO2 nanotubes. There was an optimal Bi‐doped content for the photocatalytic hydrogen production, and high content of Bi would retard the phase transition of titanate to anatase and result in morphology change from nanotube to nanobelt, which in turn decreases the photocatlytic activity for hydrogen evolution.  相似文献

采用拉曼热测量技术结合有限元热仿真模型,分析比较新型铜/石墨复合物法兰封装与传统铜钼法兰封装的GaN器件的结温与热阻,发现前者的整体热阻比铜钼法兰器件的整体热阻低18.7%,器件内部各层材料的温度分布显示铜/石墨复合物法兰在器件中的热阻占比相比铜钼法兰在器件中的热阻占比低13%,这证明使用高热导率铜/石墨复合物法兰封装提高GaN器件热扩散性能的有效性.通过对两种GaN器件热阻占比的测量与分析,发现除了封装法兰以外,热阻占比最高的是GaN外延与衬底材料之间的界面热阻,降低界面热阻是进一步提高器件热性能的关键.同时,详细阐述了使用拉曼光热技术测量GaN器件结温和热阻的原理和过程,展示了拉曼光热技术作为一种GaN器件热特性表征方法的有效性.  相似文献

The oscillating conditions for a series piezoelectric quartz crystal (SPQC) are proposed and verified experimentally. The influence of the cell constant and oscillator phase on the oscillational ability of the SPQC was investigated. It is shown that the SPQC possesses excellent oscillational ability in low or high conductivity solutions, but in solution of intermediate conductivity, the oscillational ability decreases with increasing oscillator phase or decreasing cell constant, sometimes resulting in a cease-to-oscillate zone. The SPQC was applied to determine the urease activity in plant seeds with a detection limit of 0.004 U ml−1, based on the change in conductivity.  相似文献

Four novel compounds were designed by “tailoring” 3,3′‐dihydroxyisorenieratene (a natural carotenoid) based on an isoprene unit retention truncation strategy. Among them, the smallest molecule 1 (2,3,6,2′,3′,6′‐hexamethyl‐4,4′‐dihydroxy‐trans‐stilbene) was concisely synthesized in a one‐pot Stille–Heck tandem sequence, and surfaced as a promising lead molecule in terms of its selective antiproliferative activity mediated by blocking the NCI‐H460 cell cycle in G1 phase. Additionally, theoretical calculations and cell uptake experiments indicate that the unique polymethylation pattern of compound 1 significantly induces a conformational change shift out of planarity and increases its cell uptake and metabolic stability. The observation should be helpful to rationally design resveratrol‐inspired antiproliferative agents.  相似文献

In this paper we give a geometric interpretation of the notion of the horizontal mean curvature which is introduced by Danielli Garofalo-Nhieu and Pauls who recently introduced sub- Riemannian minimal surfaces in Carnot groups. This will be done by introducing a natural nonholonomic connection which is the restriction (projection) of the natural Riemannian connection on the horizontal bundle. For this nonholonomic connection and (intrinsic) regular hypersurfaces we introduce the notions of the horizontal second fundamental form and the horizontal shape operator. It turns out that the horizontal mean curvature is the trace of the horizontal shape operator.  相似文献

By characterizing Asplund operators through Fréchet differentiability property of convex functions, we show the following Bishop–Phelps–Bollobás theorem: Suppose that X is a Banach space,T : X → C(K) is an Asplund operator with ║T║= 1, and that x_0 ∈ S_X, 0 ε satisfy ║T(x_0)║ 1-ε~2/2.Then there exist x_ε∈ S_X and an Asplund operator S : X → C(K) of norm one so that ║S(x_ε)║ = 1, x_0-x_ε ε and ║T-S║ ε.Making use of this theorem, we further show a dual version of Bishop–Phelps–Bollobás property for a strong Radon–Nikodym operator T : ?_1 → Y of norm one: Suppose that y_0~*∈ S_(Y~*), ε≥ 0 satisfy T~*(y_0~*) 1-ε~2/2. 以Cu2+为模板,1,4-二羟基蒽醌为单体,硅胶为载体,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为偶联剂,利用表面离子印迹技术制备了Cu2+印迹聚合物。采用紫外光谱法、傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)、扫描电镜对Cu2+印迹聚合物进行结构和表面形貌表征,并用原子吸收光谱法考察了吸附时间、吸附酸度、吸附温度、吸附浓度等对聚合物吸附性能的影响,研究了印迹聚合物在混合溶液中对Cu2+的选择性,将该聚合物重复利用6次,吸附量达到第一次的82%,并将该印迹聚合物应用到河水和自来水中,能够有效地测出水中铜离子的浓度,回收率分别为95.5%和107.2%。  相似文献

In this paper we give a realization of crystal bases for quantumaffine algebras using some new combinatorial objects which wecall the Young walls. The Young walls consist of colored blockswith various shapes that are built on a given ground-state walland can be viewed as generalizations of Young diagrams. Therules for building Young walls and the action of Kashiwara operatorsare given explicitly in terms of combinatorics of Young walls.The crystal graph of a basic representation is characterizedas the set of all reduced proper Young walls. A series of aryl hydroxylactams (2a, 2b, 2d2g, 2i2k, 2m, and 2n) was synthesized by partially reducing aryl cyclic imides in moderate to excellent yields with activated zinc dust alone in acetic acid. This method was regiospecific and can be employed as an alternative for reported methods to partially reduce aryl cyclic imides.  相似文献
