DNA银纳米簇(DNA-AgNCs)是以DNA为模板, 通过碱基杂环上的N原子与Ag+结合, 用NaBH4将Ag+还原得到的具有荧光性质的新兴纳米探针. 由于DNA-AgNCs具有合成方法简单、 生物相容性好和荧光发射波长可调等优点, 使其在分析检测等领域具有广泛的应用. 本文对DNA-AgNCs的合成和荧光性质两个方面进行了综述, 分类总结了以DNA-AgNCs为无标记荧光探针在功能核酸荧光生物传感器方面的应用, 对其不足与应用潜力进行展望, 以期为未来的研究与应用提供借鉴. 相似文献

The donor–acceptor (D–A) type dipolar fluorophores, an important class of luminescent dyes with two-photon absorption behaviour, generally emit strongly in organic solvents but poorly in aqueous media. To understand and enhance the poor emission behaviour of dipolar dyes in aqueous media, we undertake a rational approach that includes a systematic structure variation of the donor, amino substituent of acedan, an important two-photon dye. We identify several factors that influence the emission behaviour of the dipolar dyes in aqueous media through computational and photophysical studies on new acedan derivatives. As a result, we can make acedan dyes emit bright fluorescence under one- and two-photon excitation in aqueous media by suppressing the liable factors for poor emission: 1,3-allylic strain, rotational freedom, and hydrogen bonding with water. We also validate that these findings can be generally extended to other dipolar fluorophores, as demonstrated for naphthalimide, coumarin and (4-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazol-7-yl)amine (NBD) dyes. The new acedan and naphthalimide dyes thus allow us to obtain much brighter two-photon fluorescent images in cells and tissues than in their conventional forms. As an application of these findings, a thiol probe is synthesized based on a new naphthalimide dye, which shows greatly enhanced fluorescence from the widely used N,N-dimethyl analogue. The results disclosed here provide essential guidelines for the development of efficient dipolar dyes and fluorescence probes for studying biological systems, particularly by two-photon microscopy. 相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱测定蜂王浆中5种大环内酯类抗生素(螺旋霉素、竹桃霉素、泰乐菌素、罗红霉素、交沙霉素)残留的方法。先用三氯乙酸沉淀蜂王浆中的蛋白质,上层清液再用乙腈提取、C18小柱净化。每种抗生素选择一个母离子和两个子离子进行监测。5种大环内酯类抗生素在0.002~0.05 mg/L 范围内与其峰面积具有良好的线性关系,检测低限均为20 μg/kg,3个加标水平(每种抗生素的添加水平均为20, 100 和 200 μg/kg)下的加标回收率为73.0%~90.2%,相对标准偏差为5.6%~10.5%。 相似文献

A double tapered optical fiber sensor based on evanescent field-effect and surface modification technology was introduced in this work. Whether the liquid and gas molecules had polarities or not, they all could be detected by the sensors modified in different silane coupling agents. At the same time, the sensing characters of the single mode optical fiber with three different tapering lengths were researched, and it came to a conclusion that the optical fiber sensor had stronger evanescent field effect and higher sensitivity when length of tapered fiber was 30 mm. The functionalized tapered fibers modified by 3-aminopropyltrimethoxy silane (APTES) or 3-methylpropenylacyloxy propyltrimethoxy silane (MPAPTES), were employed to detect the polar or nonpolar molecules which had corresponding features. Further, the results of quantitative tests showed that the fiber optic sensor was sensitive to the change of the ethanol concentration and the characteristic peaks of the absorption power spectra could reach to 3–5 dB. 相似文献

We have designed a new molecularly imprinted co‐polymer (MIP) for the sensitive detection of streptomycin (STR) in food using enzymes as signal amplification. The MIP was fabricated via co‐polymerization of aniline and o‐phenylenediamine on gold substrate in the presence of STR as template. The assay is based on competitive binding of free STR and glucose oxidase‐labeled STR (GOx‐STR) to the imprinters on the MIP. On addition of glucose, hydrogen peroxide is formed that is detected by differential pulse voltammetry. Under optimal conditions, the decrease of the catalytic current is proportional to the STR concentration in the range from 0.01 to 10 ng mL?1, with a detection limit (LOD) of 7.0 pg mL?1 STR (at 3sB). Intra‐ and inter‐assay coefficients of variation (CVs) are<10.5 %. The system was further validated and evaluated with STR‐spiked samples including honey and milk, and the recovery was between 82 and 124.2 %. 相似文献

AbstractTwo new neoclerodane diterpenoids, barbatin F (1), barbatin G (2) together with four known compounds, scutebata A (3), scutebata B (4), scutebata C (5) and scutebata P (6) were isolated from the whole plant of Scutellaria barbata D.Don. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies. In vitro cytotoxicity of selected compounds against cancer cell lines LoVo, SMMC-7721, HCT-116, and MCF-7 were evaluated, compound 1 and 2 showed weak cytotoxic activities against HCT-116 colon cancer cell lines with IC50 value of 44.3, 32.3?μM, respectively, while compound 3 and 4 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against four tested human cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 5.31~28.5?μM. 相似文献

Two‐photon microscopy is a powerful tool for studying biological systems. In search of novel two‐photon absorbing dyes for bioimaging, we synthesized a new anthracene‐based dipolar dye (anthradan) and evaluated its two‐photon absorbing and imaging properties. The new anthradan, 9,10‐bis(o‐dimethoxy‐phenyl)‐anthradan, absorbs and emits at longer wavelengths than acedan, a well‐known two‐photon absorbing dye. It is also stable under two‐photon excitation conditions and biocompatible, and thus used for two‐photon imaging of mouse organ tissues to show bright, near‐red fluorescence along with negligible autofluorescence. Such an anthradan thus holds promise as a new class of two‐photon absorbing dyes for the development of fluorescent probes and tags for biological systems. 相似文献

The experimental investigation of side-chain effects on intramolecular charge transport in π-conjugated molecules is essential but remains challenging. Herein, the dependence of intra-molecular conductance on the nature of branching alkyl chains is investigated through a combination of the scanning tunneling microscope break junction (STM-BJ) technique and density functional theory. Three thiophene-flanked diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) derivatives with different branching alkyl chains (isopentane, 3-methylheptane, and 9-methylnonadecane) are used with phenylthiomethyl groups as the anchoring groups. The results of single-molecule conductance measurements show that as the alkyl chain becomes longer, the torsional angles between the aromatic rings increase due to steric crowding, and therefore, the molecular conductance of DPP decreases due to reduction in conjugation. Both theoretical simulations and 1H NMR spectra demonstrate that the planarity of the DPPs is directly reduced after introducing longer branching alkyl chains, which leads to a reduced conductance. This work indicates that the effect of the insulating side chain on the single-molecule conductance cannot be neglected, which should be considered for the design of future organic semiconducting materials. 相似文献
