Covalent attachment of phospholipid analogous polymers to modify a polymeric membrane surface: a novel approach

A novel method for the surface modification of a microporous polypropylene membrane by tethering phospholipid analogous polymers (PAPs) is given, which includes the photoinduced graft polymerization of N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and the ring-opening reaction of grafted poly-(DMAEMA) with 2-alkyloxy-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes. Five 2-alkyloxy-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes, containing octyloxy, dodecyloxy, tetradecyloxy, hexadecyloxy, and octadecyloxy groups in the molecular structure, were used to fabricate the PAP-modified polypropylene membranes. The attenuated total reflectance FT-IR spectra of the original, poly(DMAEMA)-grafted, and PAP-modified membranes confirmed the chemical changes on the membrane surface. Scanning electron microscope pictures showed that, compared with the original membrane, the surface porosities ofpoly(DMAEMA)-grafted and PAP-modified membranes were somewhat reduced. Water contact angles measured by the sessile drop method on PAP-modified membranes were slightly lower than that on the original polypropylene membrane, but higher than those on poly(DMAEMA)-grafted membranes with the exception of octyloxy-containing PAP-modified membranes. However, BSA adsorption experiments indicated that the five PAP-modified membranes had a much better protein-resistant property than the original polypropylene membrane and the poly(DMAEMA)-grafted membranes. For hexadecyloxy- and octadecyloxy-containing PAP-modified membranes, almost no protein adsorption was observed when the grafting degree was above 6 wt %. It was also found that the platelet adhesion was remarkably suppressed on the PAP-modified membranes. All these results demonstrate that the described approach is an effective way to improve the surface biocompatibility for polymeric membranes.     

Synthesis and structural characterization of 3-thienyl alkyl imides

Five new thiophene imides having the structures C₄H₃SC(O)N(H)C(O)R (where R=Me, Et, Pr, t-Bu, 1-4) and C₄H₃SCH₂C(O)N(H)C(O)CH₃5 have been prepared. Control over the orientation of the carbonyl groups was achieved by the introduction of a bulky group in the terminal position of the side chain, and molecular modeling calculations indicated that the energy difference between the ct and tt conformations is small. The acidity of 1-4 decreases from Me to t-Bu, and, although 1-4 will not undergo oxidative polymerization, the introduction of a single spacer CH₂ group allows 5 to polymerize.     

多功能沸点仪的研究

本文提出了两种新型沸点仪——CP-Ⅰ型和CP-Ⅱ型沸点仪, 阐述了仪器各部分结构的设计思想和原理, 并对仪器的性能和各部分功能进行了较为完整的实验考核, 获得了预期的效果。     

A Novel Green Preparation of a, a''''-Bis (substituted benzylidene)-cycloalkanones Promoted by FeCl_3 6H-2O in Ionic Liquid

a, a'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared from cycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as a catalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitatively recovered and be reused effectively for many times. Compared with the known methods, this novel process has the advantage of being an envkonmentally benign process together with good yields and mild reaction conditions.     

A ONE-STEP SURFACE MODIFICATION PROCEDURE TO PEG-GRAFTED NANO-TITANIA

PEG （Polyethylene Glycol）-grafted nano-titania has been obtained in a one-step procedure using hexamethylene diisocyanate as the coupling agent and dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst in toluene at 80℃ and characterized qualitatively by FTIR and quantitatively by elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. A comparison of nano-titania with two other commonly used inorganic nanoparticles, nano-silica and nano-alumina, is made, revealing that reactivity order is nano- silica 〉 nano-alumina 〉 nano-titania in view of PEG grafting. Possible mechanism of PEG grafting is also discussed.     

痕量溴的阻抑动力学荧光法测定

基于在磷酸介质中溴对溴酸钾氧化丁基罗丹明B反应的抑制作用，建立了痕量溴的阻抑动力学荧光分析的新方法；应用单纯形最优化法确定了 实验条件，方法的检出限0.075μg/L，线性范围0.40-6.40μg/L；将该法应用于地下水、人发中溴的分析，获得满意结果，并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。     

溶液酸度和反应温度对CaMoO4薄膜电化学制备的影响

本工作研究了恒电流电化学技术制备CaMoO₄薄膜工艺中，溶液酸度和反应温度对薄膜形成的影响。结果表明，酸度会影响薄膜的生长时间和光致发光特性，在较低酸度沉积薄膜时，容易造成薄膜的团簇生长和不确定相的形成；适当升高反应温度会加快晶粒的生长、提高薄膜的纯度、增加薄膜发射光谱的相对强度。在CaMoO₄薄膜电化学制备工艺中，溶液pH值控制在12.0附近和反应温度控制在60 ℃的左右比较好。     

新型聚丙烯酸酯类柴油降凝剂分子模型的建立及验证

在前期工作得出的正构烷烃含量与浊点、冷滤点、凝点的定量关系模型基础上，选择柴油降凝剂的基团对柴油降凝剂分子结构进行了设计，得出了设计模型。结果表明，将含氮基团引入柴油降凝剂可以显著提高柴油降凝剂的性能。根据设计模型合成了一系列聚丙烯酸单酯和混合酯柴油降凝剂，并通过对柴油降凝剂的性能测试结果和自行设计的计算程序对设计模型进行了验证，结果表明，从柴油正构烷烃含量对柴油降凝剂的配比进行设计是可行的。     

Synthesis of polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on PPESK hollow fiber UF membrane

A new interfacial polymerization (IP) procedure is developed in order to synthesize polypiperazine-amide thin-film membrane on the inner surface of poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) membrane.A hollow fiber composite membrane with good performance was prepared and studied by FT-IR and scanning electron microscopy.
