32S and12C induced compound reactions on Fe, Ni and Se targets have been used to produce neutron deficient nuclei in the mass region 84≦A ≦87. In-beamγ-ray spectroscopy consisting of the measurement of excitation functions,γγ coincidences andγ-ray angular distributions has been performed. The following level energies and spin-parity values have been deduced:84Zr: 540 keV, 2+; 1262.8, (4+); 2137.2, (6+); 3089.286Zr: 751.9, 2+; 1666.6, (4+); 2670.0, (6+); 2705.5, (5); 3271.3; 3298.5, (8+); 3423.5, (7); 3531.5, (10+); 3645.9; 4326.1; 4417.3 Half-lives and energies ofγ-rays from the residual activities have been measured. To establish an immunoassay for baicalin (BA), a hybridoma cell line (9D6) secreting a monoclonal antibody (MAb) against BA was prepared by cell fusion with splenocytes derived from a mouse immunized with BA-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugate and a myeloma cell line, SP2/0-Ag14. MAb 9D6 shows specific reactivity against BA and its aglycone, baicalein, but not against other natural products. We developed an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using MAb 9D6 in a competitive manner, ranging from 200 ng/mL to 2 μg/mL. After validating the developed ELISA on the basis of intra- and inter-assays and a recovery experiment, it was found that the ELISA was not only simple, but also sufficiently reliable and accurate for quality control of Scutellariae Radix. It allowed determination of BA in complex and mixed materials, such as Kampo medicines. 相似文献

3-Succinylaconitine was conjugated with bovine serum albumin (BSA) for use as an immunogen for the preparation of a monoclonal antibody (MAb) against aconitine (Aco). Splenocytes from mice immunized with the Aco-BSA conjugate were fused with an aminopterin-sensitive mouse myeloma cell line, P3-X63-Ag8-653, and a hybridoma secreting a MAb against Aco was successfully obtained. The MAb cross-reacted with mesaconitine, hypaconitine and jesaconitine, which are Aco-type alkaloids, but not with any other compounds examined. The full measurement range of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) developed using the new MAb extended from 100 ng mL−1 to 1.5 μg mL−1 of Aco. The concentrations of Aco-type alkaloids in various Aconiti radixes assayed using the new ELISA method showed good agreement with previous reports. 相似文献

One-dimensional focusing of an atomic beam from a flat reflector is experimentally demonstrated. Focusing occurs because gravity changes the momentum transfer perpendicular to the surface depending on the height of the reflecting point. Three‐component polyaddition of diamines, carbon disulfide (CS2), and diacrylates in an aqueous/organic biphasic medium produced a polymer capable of adsorbing rare metals. By using a 1:1 mixture of toluene and H2O, the polyaddition reaction of 1,3‐di‐4‐piperidylpropane (1), CS2, and 1,6‐hexanediol diacrylate (2) proceeded efficiently in the presence of Et3N to produce a poly(dithiourethane‐amine) with a high proportion of dithiourethane units almost quantitatively. Quantitative formation of 1‐CS2 adducts in the aqueous phase was followed by efficient reaction with diacrylate at the biphasic interface. The resulting poly(dithiourethane‐amine) adsorbed Pd(II) and Pt(IV) efficiently under acidic conditions due to the high affinity of thiocarbonyl sulfur atoms for soft metal ions. The polymers showed highly selective adsorption of Pd(II) from a mixture of metal ions [Pd(II), Cr(III), Cu(II), Fe(III), Mn(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II)], indicating their potential utilization for selective recovery of rare‐metals. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A compositionally graded thin film of FeSi2 was fabricated by a gravity-assisted pulsed laser ablation (GAPLA) system. By this method, a compositionally graded structure
was successfully produced under a gravity field of 5400 G. We demonstrate that the atomic fraction of Fe, the heavier component
of the thin film measured by scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX), showed increasing spatial distribution
with the direction of gravity. We found that optimal laser fluence exists to give a thin film having the largest possible
spatial compositional gradient. We found that surface energy density on the substrate surface is the key parameter to control
the composition distribution. Furthermore, the ratio of Fe/Si of the film did not match that of the target. This result shows
that the Si component is selectively etched during the film-forming process. Relatively high laser fluence as well as a very
narrow space between the target and the substrate are essential to etch the film once it is deposited, in order to re-ionize
and etch Si selectively while gravity accelerates both Fe and Si particles to the direction of gravity. We hypothesize that
this process accounts for both the change in the stoichiometry and the formation of composition distribution. 相似文献

Absorption spectra of Cr ions in multi-component oxide glasses melted in Ar were measured. The integrated extinction coefficient is used as a parameter to analyze the redox reaction of Cr3+ and Cr6+ in glass samples. The relative content of Cr6+ increased and that of Cr3+ decreased with increasing basicity in silicate and borate glasses; this result is consistent with previous studies. On the contrary, only Cr3+ exist in phosphate glasses. Cr4+ ions were found only in aluminate, gallate and alumino-silicate glasses with modifier contents ≥ 60 mol%. The relationship between point defects and Cr4+ formation is examined on the basis of electron spin resonance measurements. We concluded that the superoxide ion radical (O2−) and the peroxy bonding (-O-O-) oxidize Cr3+ to Cr4+ in aluminate, gallate, and alumino-silicate glasses. 相似文献
