A palladium-catalyzed C–O bond formation reaction between phenols and allenylic carbonates to give 2,3-allenic aromatic ethers with decent to excellent yields under mild reaction conditions has been described. A variety of synthetically useful functional groups are tolerated and the synthetic utility of this method has been demonstrated through a series of transformations of the allene moiety. By applying this reaction as the key step, the total syntheses of naturally occurring allenic aromatic ethers, eucalyptene and terricollene A (first synthesis; 4.5 g gram scale), have been accomplished.

A series of well‐defined double hydrophilic graft copolymers, consisting of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide)‐b‐poly(ethyl acrylate) (PNIPAM‐b‐PEA) backbone and poly(2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PDEA) side chains, were synthesized by successive atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The backbone was firstly prepared by sequential ATRP of N‐isopropylacrylamide and 2‐hydroxyethyl acrylate at 25 °C using CuCl/tris(2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl)amine as catalytic system. The obtained diblock copolymer was transformed into macroinitiator by reacting with 2‐chloropropionyl chloride. Next, grafting‐from strategy was employed for the synthesis of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide)‐b‐[poly(ethyl acrylate)‐g‐poly(2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)] (PNIPAM‐b‐(PEA‐g‐PDEA)) double hydrophilic graft copolymer. ATRP of 2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate was initiated by the macroinitiator at 40 °C using CuCl/hexamethyldiethylenetriamine as catalytic system. The molecular weight distributions of double hydrophilic graft copolymers kept narrow. Thermo‐ and pH‐responsive micellization behaviors were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy, 1H NMR, dynamic light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. Unimolecular micelles with PNIPAM‐core formed in acidic environment (pH = 2) with elevated temperature (≥32 °C); whereas, the aggregates turned into vesicles in basic surroundings (pH ≥ 7.2) at room temperature. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An account is given of the author's several approaches to the synthesis of the parent chromophore of phytochrome (1), a protein-bound linear tetrapyrrole derivative that controls photomorphogenesis in higher plants. These studies culminated in enantioselective syntheses of both 2R- and 2S-phytochromobilin (4), as well as several (13)C-labeled derivatives designed to probe the site of Z,E-isomerization during photoexcitation. When reacted in vitro, synthetic 2R-4 and recombinant-derived phytochrome apoprotein N-C produced a protein-bound chromophore with identical difference spectra to naturally occurring 1.  相似文献

The most populated conformer of tetrahydrofuran (C(4)H(8)O) has been diagnosed as the Cs conformer in the present study, jointly using experimental electron momentum spectroscopy (EMS) and quantum mechanics. Our B3LYP/6-311++G** model indicates that the C1 conformation, which is one of the three possible conformations of tetrahydrofuran produced by pseudorotation in the gas phase, is a transition state due to its imaginary frequencies, in agreement with the prediction from a recent ab initio MP2/aug-cc-pVTZ study (J. Chem. Phys. 2005, 122, 204303). The study has identified the fingerprint of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) of the C(s) (12a') conformer as the most populated conformer. The identification of the C(s) structure, therefore, leads to the orbital-based assignment of the ionization binding energy spectra of tetrahydrofuran for the first time, on the basis of the outer valence Green function OVGF/6-31G* model and the density functional theory (DFT) SAOP/ET-PVQZ model. The present study explores an innovative approach to study molecular stabilities. It also indicates that energetic properties are not always the most appropriate means to study conformer-rich biological systems.  相似文献

Cellulose-based lotus-leaf-like filter paper for selective separation of oil/water was prepared. Experimentally, cellulose nanofibril aerogel microspheres prepared by ultrasonic atomization method were coated on commercial filter papers to form unique “micro–nano” structured surface. By controlling both the morphology and chemistry of the surface, the papers could be either under-water superoleophobic or under-oil superhydrophobic. It was found that the filter papers could be engineered to effectively filter only oil or only water from their mixtures.  相似文献

A facile one-pot synthesis of tricyclo-1,4-benzoxazines has been developed via metal-free intramolecular cyclization of indole derivates. These reactions were efficiently achieved at ambient temperature by using visible-light photoredox catalysis in continuous flow. This directed intramolecular cyclization could be easily handled and scaled up in an open flask, enabling construction of a focused compound library for further pharmacological evaluation.  相似文献

J-aggregates of the diacid form of tetra(p-hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin (THPP) were found to be stable in nonionic micellar solution in the presence of trace ionic surfactant with an oxyacid headgroup. The excitation energy of exciton coupling depends systematically on the headgroups of the ionic surfactant, by which strong and weak coupling can be accomplished in the J-aggregates. The J-aggregates have two strong exciton bands corresponding to the B- and Q-bands of the protonated monomers. The total fluorescence of THPP is quenched through aggregate formation. A strong and sharply peaked resonance light-scattering signal that suggests a delocalized excitonic state was observed just slightly to the red of the absorption maximum of the J-aggregates. The overall resonance Raman intensities appeared to be stronger in the aggregates than in the monomers. In the kinetics of aggregation induced by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), no characteristics of autocatalyzed reactions were observed, and there was only a logarithmic phase that lasted only several seconds.  相似文献

以基于亚胺键的嵌段共聚物为构筑单元的温度/pH响应性共聚物复合胶束(CMs), 由于具有亚胺键和核-壳-冠结构, 表现出较高的灵敏度和稳定性. 以聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)、 N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)和ε-己内酯(ε-CL)为原料, 分别制备了端醛基聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG-CHO)、 端醛基聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺(PNVCL-CHO)和端氨基聚己内酯(H2N-PCL), 利用希夫碱反应, 进一步制备了基于亚胺键的聚乙二醇单甲醚-b-聚己内酯(MPEG-b-PCL)和聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺-b-聚己内酯(PNVCL-b-PCL)嵌段共聚物, 对共聚物结构进行了确认. 以MPEG-b-PCL和PNVCL-b-PCL为构筑单元, 制备了共聚物复合胶束, 研究了复合胶束对阿霉素的包载、 释放性质和细胞毒性等. 研究结果表明, 室温下MPEG-b-PCL和PNVCL-b-PCL能够在水中自组装形成以PCL为核、 MPEG和PNVCL为混合壳的共聚物复合胶束, 在生理温度下, 温敏性PNVCL链段发生相变塌缩在PCL核表面, 能够防止药物扩散释放, 亲水性MPEG链段形成可控通道. 药物体外释放结果表明, 在弱酸性环境中, 亚胺键能够断裂, 胶束被破坏, 促进药物的释放, 噻唑蓝(MTT)实验表明, 复合胶束的细胞毒性较低.  相似文献

从Bacillussphaericus78菌中将Bsp78I纯化到均一程度.测得该酶对pBR322DNA的Km值为2.67×10-8mol·L-1.用对氯汞苯甲酸、磷酸吡哆醛、2,3一丁二酮修饰该酶巯基、赖氨酸、精氨酸残基,结果表明这些基团均与该酶活性有关.  相似文献
