The luminescence of highly calcified atherosclerotic plaque in comparison with the luminescence of a normal wall of the vessel was studied in vitro (the luminescence was excited by a CW argon laser with λ = 488 nm or a pulsed nitrogen laser with λ = 337 nm). The mass-spectroscopy analysis of the plaque was carried out with a LAMMA-1000 system. It is ascertained that the specific shape of the luminescence spectrum with maximum at λ = 560 nm (under argon laser excitation) and λ = 485 nm (under nitrogen laser excitation) is typical of a highly calcified plaque (Ca content ≈38 %) and is similar to the luminescence spectrum of ordinary chalk. 相似文献

By reaction of triorganylphosphines with unsaturated dicarboxylic acids adducts of betaine structure were synthesized whose stability depended on the character of substituents at phosphorus and on the structure of acid. The betaine obtained from phosphines and maleic and fumaric acids redily underwent decarboxylation into the corresponding monoacyl phosphonium derivatives. The structure of the latter was established by means of X-ray crystallography. The adduct prepared from phosphines and itaconic acid was stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bond between the acylate anionic center and the “second” carboxy group. 相似文献

Novel K and Cs complexes with diphenyloxa-21-crown-7 (2,3,5,6-dibenzo-1,4,7,10,13,16,19-heptaoxacyclo-heneicosadiene-2,5; DPO21C7) are synthesized and isolated in a solid state, and their IR spectra (4000–400 cm–1) are studied. Only four ether O atoms of crown ether are involved in coordination. Conformation of a macrocycle in the complexes depends on the cation size. The photoresponse of a YBaCuO/ZrO2 bolometric structure was measured under modulated (λ = 630 nm) and pulsed (τ ≈ 7 – 8 ns; λ = 337 nm) laser excitation. The shape of the measured photoresponse was interpreted by a thermal model; nevertheless, the pulse amplitude for vanishing YBaCuO film resistance was 5–6 times greater than predicted; the thermal boundary resistance RBd between YBaCuO and YSZ was evaluated ? 10?2 K × cm2/Watt, which is considerably larger than estimated theoretically for the similar situation of YBaCuO/MgO [5]. 相似文献
